Pros: "Great crew. Comfortable seats. Easy check-in and well trained staff. Super helpful."

Cons: "No entertainment on a 5 hour flight and uncomfortable seats."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and accomodating but we received wrong information about our rebooking arrangemenets. Because we missed our connecting flight we had to spend 1 night in London without our bags and belongins for a change of clothes. We were given some toiletries and t-shirt and dinner."
Cons: "We were told to pick up our luggage at the carousel but in fact, our luggage was placed in storage, near the terminal we would fly out of the next morning. We waited a long time to pick up luggage that never came out because of lack of communication."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Because of all the uncertainty when they decided to do this, it was not caught until the bags did not show up at my final destination. They were however very pleasant while incorrectly marking our bags."

Cons: "Ancient plane. Worn and uncomfortable business class seats. iPad for entertainment was a joke - you balance it on the skeletal remains of what had been the video monitor. Cabin crew literally disappeared after "meal" service. I had to "disturb" them from under blankets playing Candy Crush to get a drink during this 7 1/2 hour flight. I usually fly Virgin, but for some reason this was cheaper this time - I will never fly BA/Open Skies again."

Cons: "Sprang for business class. Could not get assigned seats until 24 hours before takeoff unless I paid an extra $200 and therefore got the last 2 seats together. Check in was very slow. The agents disappeared for about 15 minutes. Business class lounge ran out of food but BA gave us vouchers to eat elsewhere in the terminal. Flight left about an 90 min late (seems like it is always late) so had to run through Heathrow to catch the connection. Boarding area was too small and chaotic. Seating in business class was ok for me as I am only 5''7" but would be poor for someone over 6 feet. The steak entree was brown through and through. Overall the experience was disappointing."

Cons: "Peppers in the food does not make the food taste nicer, it just adds a flavor that i think does not add great value for airport food. It is the same with raw onions. Once in a container everything tastes like the onions. This has been done away with and my personal opinion is that the same should be done to the peppers. When peppers are added to food, you only taste the peppers and not the rest of the flavors of the food. Hope you find this helpful. Thanks"

They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Cons: "Delayed for almost an hour because of maintenance issues. Then had to wait over an hour to get our bags at the carousel. Mind you this is after arriving at midnight. Didn't leave the airport till after 1am!"

Pros: "Quite new plane, clean. Some of the staff were friendly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed vecause there was no pilot for one hour. We missed connecting flight and ended up with several delayed flights, so our 11 hour trip turned out to be 32 hour long. Also, they messed up with food order, but after some time they managed to bring suitable food from business class. Some of the staff was unfriendly and whining. And our party of three was scattered around the plane, other families sitting nearby too. A little bit greedy company selling seat selection option when they could arrangeit nicely, but just don’t do it in order to get few people to pay for otherwise normal thing."

Cons: "The cabin crew on the flight to Barcelona acted like they really didn't want to be there. From telling me that they'd serve everyone when they had the chance when I asked for water to shouting down the aisles to each other while passengers tried to sleep and having an overall feeling of being incredibly stressed out by basic requests (a bottle of water, help operating the entertainment screen, etc), they made the flight decidedly less enjoyable than an intercontinental flight in economy class already is. They were not rude to me personally, more just disinterested and apathetic, but I did witness one of the flight attendants being downright rude to another passenger. This was not a British Airways crew, but an American Airlines crew, and they treated us like they were doing us a favor by paying us any attention rather than treating us like it is their job to serve passengers courteously."

Cons: "There was some type of leak above my seat that would periodically drip on me."

Cons: "Boarded early despite known mech issue. Delayed almost 2 hours. Hottest aircraft I’ve ever been on. All the passengers were sweating and complaining. Absolutely a terrible experience."

Cons: "Even though I presented a valid handicap sticker to the front desk, they treated me as though I was some kid who stole it from my grandma or something when I asked to board early. The steward was rude and pushy. I asked a question and he acted as though I was bothering him."

Cons: "The movie player/touch screen barely worked. The food is terrible."

Cons: "this ticket that included the flight was operated by american airline and jet blue and was under Iberia name... actually there was no father to that flight! and i couldn't make any checkin on line and needed to carry my bag to my connection flight.. and i did buy one ticket ! that included the connections."

I had to hand carry bags and i had to put it in front of me which is a very small space already, on top of that i had the window sit so i had no space to move. it was very uncomfortable, and flight was delayed. We sat there for an hour before taking off but i understand its due to the weather but it was my worst plane ride not worth 300dollars. I will not ride american airline again."
