Pros: The flight wasn’t overbooked so there was plenty of room. So important on such a long flight.

Pros: Seats were comfortable but crowded. Was nice to have the built in screen for entertainment.
Cons: Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate.

Cons: But the seats are so tight that we were definitely elbow to elbow and once seated I was unable to access even the purse that was at my feet. There was no entertainment and the tray table was tiny, not even an indentation for a cup!

Cons: I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well.

Cons: The booking was done through vayama and the confirmation numbers didn't match with delta's. It was confusing. I had to talk to a delta rep and give her the eticket # and at that point, she gave me a new confirmation #, that I was able to use to check in with on delta

Pros: I have always known of airlines to offer preboarding to those military members in uniform or on official orders. Delta took it one step further and allows prior service members to board also.

Pros: The free TV was nice.
Cons: A tiny bag of pretzels is a stingy snack. Aeromexico gave us a croissant with two pieces of cheese,applesauce and a square of chocolate.

Pros: The crew went out of their way to make sure they got the plane ready as quickly as possible and get us to Jacksonville as quickly as possible.
Cons: Delta lost the plane for over an hour. After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience.

Cons: The crew was late so we were delayed two hours. I find that extremely infuriating when you are a passenger and have to show up two hours before your flight. I also would lose my job if I was two hours late for a client.

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. Cons: Had the boarding queues setup and when they got to group 5 they flipped the sign and those of us in front had to go in the back. Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front.

Cons: I was asked to check in my carry on but I couldn’t do it bc I had lots of fragile items packed. I was told that overhead compartment was full which was not true as there was a lot of empty space left.

Pros: I left my laptop behind accidentally in the hand luggage space as I had to separate my hand luggage due to other seats nearby who boarded earlier used the space over my seating row. BA crew found my laptop and the swiss lost property retrieved it for me. Very thankful for their honesty
Cons: My seating was directly behind a curtain and partition to business class, therefore my seating space was very limited and squashed. No refreshments unless you paid??? why?? I would expect this from companies such as Easyjet or Virgin, but not BA. Even Qantas provided a light refreshment for short runs, say between Canberra and Sydney (Im an aussie)

Pros: We pushed back from the gate about 24 minutes late and arrived at our destination about 38 minutes late. The four-course dinner (Chicken Tikka Masala or Penne Pasta) was good for airline food. The crew was friendly and professional.

Cons: The boarding was chaotic and confused. Many passengers complained. But the MUCH bigger issue was we weren't told until we got to the airport that NO bags were included as part of the fare. We had three (we are traveling around the world). Yes, when I looked back at the bottom of the reservation there was a note that said bags not included, but as this is such a significant thing, I think it should be made much clearer. I direct feature films and travel a great, great deal. I rarely make my own reservations, to be fair, but I still think this is worth noting. In the end I just bumped my wife and I up to Business class, but for others who can't afford it, I think you should make this clearer. I will write to your facebook page etc later in the hope you will get the message. That said, again, your flight crew was great.

Cons: BA doesn't allow guitars as carry ins, unlike most every other overseas carrier. That's a major negative for me, and I've spread the word to other musicians who will avoid the company. Terrible policy.

Pros: The plane was comfortable and clean, and there was enough legroom for me even in economy. The flight attendants were friendly and meal services were well timed. For a 10+ hour flight, this was about as comfortable as it could be.

Pros: The cabin crew were exceptional. One flight attendant in parifular was extremely helpful to us in helping place our carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. I did not get his name but he told me he was from Spain.
Cons: - Landing cards were only distributed 20 minutes before arrival. The seat belt sign was already on. So, I could not use the food tray to fill out the cards. I tried to use the magazine to put under the landing card, but there was some turbulence and I could not fill out the cards n the plane. Cards should be passed to passengers an hour after Akef off. - no gifts given to kids like small games or coloring crayons to keep them busy. - food took hours to serve and was not comparable to BA's image. - the water pressure in the toilet's wash basin was too strong and was splashing all over my cloths.

Cons: A lot of stress: our 1st leg IAD to Dublin was cancelled, than we got 2 set of tickets rebooked. On the way back there was a stress since we had a "problem with the ticket" Apparently the Aer Lingus made all those mistakes. In London I was told to go to the end of line 2 times, the BA employee was olaying really weird games. Pretty annoying.

Cons: My husband and I weren't seated together. No matter how we try to change or ask for it even before check-in we couldn't change our seat locations. I am 5 months pregnant and it was not comfortable not having husband close to me, when in case of emergency I need something and he is not able to help right away.

Cons: Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways.

Pros: Hard to say after they lost my luggage, cramped space, no leg room because of electronics box under seat, then the person in front of me decided to recline all the way back on a 12 hour flight. So I lost my luggage, and had some smelly stranger practically laying on my lap for 12 hours. Talk about insult to injury!
Cons: They forced me to check my bag, even before I boarded the plane and said there wouldn't be any room. Then they lost my bag. Worst thing I ever did was listen to the lady at the ticketing booth! Also, the way they do boarding is a total joke. All they care about is their first class passengers. For the rest, it's a free for all! Terrible, even Southwest has more organization! Sputhwest might not have assigned seating, but they're much more organized and significantly cheaper. How do you lose someone's luggage British Airways?!?!?!!!

Pros: I liked the demeanor of the crew that I interacted with and I appreciated the updates from the pilot since we were delayed into London and I had a quick connection.
Cons: The breakfast option ran out by the time the crew got to me in the middle of the plane. The delay was nerve-wracking with the very close connection to my international flight.

Cons: American did not check my luggage to my final destination, even though they should have. Spoke with an American Airline luggage rep at Heathrow; he was rude and condescending - "You go get your luggage from Terminal 3 and bring it to Terminal 5. If you don't, your luggage is not going to with you!" Thankfully a more reasonable British Airways agent at T3 took care of this.

Pros: Crew were attentive and competent.
Cons: The food was just not very good which is a bummer since it was a long flight.
