The last 3 flights between BWI and BDL canceled the beverage service mid- way. Just say up front that the fight is too short. Thanks!
It was canceled. Supposedly weather. But there was no snow in Baltimore. At least we found out before driving to airport
I have not flown Southwest in awhile and had a very pleasant experience. From ticketing to boarding to the flight. The flight left on time and landed ahead of schedule. It won't be so long next time!!
The Southwest experience has definitely taken a dive from its early days. You can no longer deferentiate from other airlines. Air travel is too expensive. Southwest is no longer budget friendly. They have lost me as a loyal customer.
Flight was hours late, unable to sit next to spouse, I have had so much better experiences. Substantially better, only saving grace was that it was a short flight.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
The WiFi and crew on the plane were good, however, the boarding experience was awful. I paid for the Choice Preferred and was boarded in group 5 so all overhead storage was full. They found room for our luggage, but further back making getting off the plane a nightmare. Also, we were in row 6 and the seats were extremely uncomfortable. Both my daughter and I had no leg room and couldn’t wait to get off the plane.
The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
WiFi did not work. Boarding with the new seating assignments took too long. The temperature in the terminal was obnoxious. +/- 80°
There’s not much to say about a one hour flight. This is a connection from LA to RNO that I missed the previous night due to a mechanical check delay on my originating flight from JFK to LAX. The short flight itself was fine. Instructions from the pilot and crew were per usual. The coffee was barely lukewarm, which possibly was purposeful so we would down it quickly. Bags were already on carousel upon reaching baggage claim, which was excellent.
Flight was warm for first few hours and quite rough
Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.
Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!
The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.
two hour delay and the Delta representative on the PA system was unable to understand

Flight was delayed by 3-hours and their fix was… complimentary pretzels.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
This trip did not start off well. The inbound flight was delayed about 20 minutes. Then, after initial onboarding, the passengers had to deplane due to a mechanical problem. That took about 30 minutes to fix and be cleared. Then, reboarding was chaotic. It took a long time to sort passengers and two passengers on standby were ticketed but there was no seat. So, they had to deplane. One of the flight crew was trying to help passengers figure out a place to put their carry-on bags and that took more time. In the end, our scheduled 10:30 am departure did not actually take off until about 12:05 pm CST. The flight itself was long but we got to Houston. Some passengers missed their connecting flights and had to rebook. Not the best of flights I've had.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
Complimentary light meal would be appreciated. But great flight crew service on all legs
Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.
Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate
We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
Flight on time. Excellent service in Premium Economy. Great food served and cleaned up promptly. Unfortunately the climate control was malfunctioning and it was very cold and felt a bit like camping. Cold helps with sleep though so not complaining too much. Slept well. It asks to rate "entertainment". I do not like any IFE, don't shove a big screen in my face—I have my own phone if I want it. So this will always get low ratings.
Beverage service was not good. Also just one service in 5 hr 30 min flight. No ask fir water ir anything beside one time beverage service.
They are always late and seats was also not having working charger

Pilot navigated severe weather/snow storm with skill. Described his intentions clearly
This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Long delays, lack of information about the status of the flight. The flight was delayed 4 times.
Everything about the flight was lovely. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more options of tv series from Apple TV or HBO.

Not comparable to Qatar Airways services on flights to Doha. Flight attendants provided basic services; I was never recognized by name or as an Executive Platinum member. Restrooms were not kept clean during the flight.
bought basic spirit fares, add checked bags - like the up front info on website about this. bring your own snacks, buy a soda after TSA security to bring with you, or buy on the plane (limited selection) all in all, a good experience
I cannot effectively rate the food and drink as I had not. Otherwise, the trip was fine. The seats were nice, the crew was fine. They could smile once in a while. They all look like they were mad.
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.

They charged late fees for selecting seats (no $0 options). They also changed my gate within the last half hour and are refusing to reimburse my costs to drive across the country with two small children in a rental car.
I was waiting in line for the restroom onboard, the flight attendant told me to step back two rows and stay on the carpet. She was rude and I expected a tik tok experience with me getting thrown off the plane. She was rude and frankly there was no where else to stand.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.

gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
