The toilets weren't kept clean -- bins not emptied, some kind of snag with one of them. I've never been able to get STAT's entertainment system to work. This time I couldn't even connect to their internal wifi. Overall, it's a decent airline: relatively roomy seats, good meals and drink service. They could distribute water on longer flights.

I like that Sata service a mean as part of the ticket price and includes wine too, wish other airlines did that as well. Thanks, tm

I had a nightmare with this booking. The airline had to change the flight and this messed everything else up. It was a huge pain because I called chatdeal, which is part of Kayak, and they kept asking me to give them more time to figure out my flights. I had to keep calling because I never got any of the callbacks that I was promised and I didn't have my flights figured out until the day before I was to fly out. Then!, I got to the airport to fly to NYC and found out that the flights were still not figured out and I was lucky enough to only get it figured out when someone from Jetblue figured it out for me. I'm happy that I was able to get it figured out, but I did have to pay for my own stay on the first night because my layover because 29 hours and was not offered a way to get a hotel voucher, which I should have since it was not my fault that the flight was changed.

I didn’t buy any food and there wasn’t any entertainment provided. There were outlets to charge your personal electronics, which was great.

Bumpy flight (lots of turbulence) but the pilot did great in letting us know ahead of time and flying through it. There was no food/beverage or entertainment available.

The crew was friendly. But boarding was disorganized (passengers with kids or needing help were scanned first, but not given actual boarding access first). But the worst part was the plane’s air conditioning was either not working or set poorly. It was a stifling, hot flight. Extremely uncomfortable for everyone.

Everything was fine. No complaints. It would have been nice to get a drink w the flight. Also I would have liked notice that no meals were included beforehand.

In a 6 hr flight after paying over $700 dllrs of ticket and we still needed to pay for our own food and given ONLY a small glass of water!!! Will not be flying internationally anytime soon with them They are good for very short flights

No food was served on the flight. Boarding desk open two hours before departure. But they recommande to be there three hours before departure !! So we where a group waiting 1 hour in Line for nothing …

They charged us 100 Euro per bag on the return leg with no explanation.

There is one flight a day and it was canceled with no explanation

Coming from USA it was nice to be treated nice for a change. Even though our flight was pretty short we were served breakfast. On time flight with very caring staff. Please teach American carriers how to treat people.

Waited in line for hours just to get a boarding pass which would not print at the kiosk or load on my iPhone. Waiting again for about 45 minutes to get through passport control. Poorly managed airport. The flight and crew were great and the flight was very comfortable.
