It was mixed. Some of the staff were wonderful, some a little surly. I also had some issues with my flights, and when asking for answers and clarity, no one seemed to really know things that really should be part of the knowledge available. My baggage ended up being "lost" or delayed, there just seemed to be a lot of confusion. The flights themselves were comfortable overall.
It started bad at the gate. We were rushing due to the plane transfer. Then when we got to the gate, we stopped for coffee and then they made us throw away $50 worth of coffee. Very upsetting. Then my daughter’s bag never got put on the plane, so I had to spend another $600 on clothing for her in Prague. Needless to say, this is a failure.
There was a delay in my flight so we missed our connecting flight. Now were in dubmin for the night and getting home a day and half later
Boarding was extremely efficient; I appreciated the back-to-front loading strategy. The instructions from staff were very clear and thoughtful, and they were friendly and generous with service. In-flight entertainment was top-notch.
Everything is good, but my luggage was damaged. How are you guys gonna pay for my luggage?

The overall sports experience wasn’t even OK. The fact I canceled when I was on my way to get food at the airport again this was a international flight. I was out of the country and I did have work the next day. It was very inconvenience and very last minute and it was very poorly communicated.
Excellent as far as the flight is concerned. Faro airport passport check was a huge delay and worrisome re missing the flight. 45 minutes there through passport control
Excellent service, full flight but all went well ; slightly delayed start at Faro but arrived in Cork on time.
Seat was very uncomfortable. The worst in all of my travels. It sagged in the middle, worse than anything any airline can offer. Not flying aer lingus again.
They ran out of food and on the flight back to NY there was no wifi nor any socket to connect your plug to charge your phone. Also the crew was not friendly as they did not want to throw out my empty water bottle after she told me to hold on to it and then said no.
Boarding slow and chaotic. Food was terrible. Flight attendants were nice. Sears were comfortable.

I feel like the boarding process could be a little better. But the staff and everyone does a really great job.

Flight was late, and not sure why. The business class lounge in Porto is not proprietary to TAP, and is really substandard, almost as bad as "The Lounge" in Boston. It was a D, which is better than the F experience in Bostonm where we left "The Lounge" for a better experience in the terminal. It had better food (an extremely low bar), ok beverages, and wasn't as crowded as the Boston one, but no restrooms. To use one, you had to leave and go downstairs. There's no down escalator, and the elevator might be able to crowd 4 people. Otherwise, you're carying your bags down the stairs. I hope the Lisbon club is better, but for TAP to provide this in the 2nd largest city in the home country is disappointing. They put out an announcement to proceed immediately to the gate, but there was no plane and few seats. from the lounge, 8 people with bags waited in line for the single tiny elevator. After almost an hour of standing, we finally boarded. TAP, at least on this plane, doesn't offer a welcome drink to business class passengers. Having said that, the crew was very friendly and accomodating. We landed about an hour late and then were told we were going to be on the runway for at least a half hour because no gate was available. So, bottom line, D- for pre boarding, A for flight attendents, B + for business class food, and Incomplete for post landing.

Excellence’s Class booked and we had to wait 15 Hours when we could downgrade to an earlier flight. The logic makes No sense?
Flight was ready to depart on time. We had a 20-minute ATC hold. We still landed on time. The landing seemed fast and rough.

I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.
Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.
Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at check in. They did not understand laws related to Spanish residents flying with family It was very discriminatory the way we were treated.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.
