$963 Find Cheap Flights from Poznan to North Carolina - Compare and Save

Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

My flight was cancelled on April 15th due to Lufthansa strike. You basically lost customer since it was important for me to reach Poznan due to my friend’s terminal illness. I rebooked my flight with KLM and will travel with this airline in the future.

flight was half full, plenty of empty seats, was able to lie down across 4 seats, food was good, arrived on time

Excellent service. The crew goes above their way to make the customer comfortable.

If the plain wait for the passenger it should wait for the baggage!!

I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.

It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.

Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!

Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.

Short time between flights. Most important things special for my age. I choose another liner but I going to stay with LUFtHANSA. Thank you.
