Pros: Very grateful for this airline. Staff with their due precautions. The seating area was clean, the food was light (but it is understood by the situation that we are going through Covid 19). All in order.
Cons: I only found that they must be a little more rigorous with the rules of keeping distance when entering and leaving the plane.

Cons: The entertainment display in my seat did not work.

Cons: It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold.

Pros: My wife and I were seated separately due to booking complications. The woman that helped check our bags was able to rearrange passengers and allow our family to sit and fly together. Excellent service!

Cons: Arrived 10 minutes early, which can be that unusual, but waited on the tarmac because “the gate wasn’t ready”.

Cons: Flight was delayed by one and half hour because crew members were travelling to Newark airport from other place. Flight was scheduled at 6:00 PM and Crew members were scheduled to arrive at 5:51 PM. Poor scheduling. Boarding started only after Crew member arrived. Then came the glitch in accounting for fuels filled in the aircraft.

Cons: Everyone boarded on time and were seated ready for takeoff and we sat at the gate for another 30 minutes before taxiing to the runway. When I got on the plane, it was freezing. It was the coldest flight I had ever been on, and I was told I would have to pay $5 for a blanket. I had come off of a flight from Europe, and was tired and probably not at my best, but the flight attendant was a little snarky with me because she thought I was asking for refreshments rather than to get up and get a jacket out of the overhead. She wasn't really listening to what I was saying. JFK was its usual ugly, no sense of design, loud barking people yelling out orders and a loud alarm at the gate with no one doing anything to shut it off for about 10 minutes. It left me with a headache. I wanted to go back to Portugal where comfort, aesthetics, and human decency were evident.

Pros: Did not board that flight... I received emails throughout the day of departure time changes and the last email indicated that they had changed the departure time 33 minutes earlier. I was already en route for the flight when I received the email . When I got there they refused to let us boar stating that we were late!!! The attendants were very rude and not at all helpful! Instead they booked a flight for me the next day at a very early time! I lost out time and money! I had booked a hotel. I will never book any flights with Jet Blue ever again.

Pros: Lots of leg room! Flew with Delta on the way up. My 6'5" son and I (5/10") were extremely cramped on the Delta flight, having to sit side ways in the seat for almost 3 hours. Won't do that again. Jet Blue had plenty of room to spare - over 5" to seat in front of us! No comparison!! Thanks, Jet Blue.
Cons: Lots of hassles at NY airport. Staff did not agree with each other as to what should or should not be scanned...confusing to say the least.

Pros: Over all the flight from Richmond Virginia to Orlando Florida was good and even with delays the staff were very friendly and helpful in informing the passengers of what to happen next.
Cons: Delays! That is all. Huge inconvenience. Overall it turned out okay though.

Cons: None of the TVs worked on the flight. The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit.

Cons: I had a great flight! No complaints! I didn’t use I flight entertainment, so I can’t recommend either way. The food was good, but I did purchase it. Hence the 4 stars.

Pros: Nothing.... we had to book another airline to get us home as We were bumped from our flight a few weeks before we traveled.
Cons: The airline canceled our flight and rebooked us for a late afternoon flight the next day. We had to book a return flight with another airline because there were no hotel vacancies in San Juan, due to the recent hurricane..... Didn’t even get a refund, just a credit with the airline, which they put a time limit on - one year from the original date.

Cons: My husband & I were in Row 5 & in last boarding group. When we got to our seats, all of the overhead bins were filled all the way back to Row 8. So, we put our suitcases up there. When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!

Pros: The best part of this trip was checking in.. it was a breeze.. I must say the Orlando landing was the best touchdown I've ever experienced..Smooth..
Cons: Let's start with getting on the airplane was like herding sheep.. When I finally got to my seat someone was in it.. And I had no place to put my carry on.. The flight was suppose to leave 9:00pm.. we didn't leave til 9:40.. The safety announcement was awful. We cudnt hear most of it.. The turbulence was scary and the noise made me put on headphones to sleep. Once it landed in Orlando the airplane traveled around the entire airport .. It took forever to get off the plane but I was so happy to get off

Cons: JFK security screening was slow for the volume of people. LONG queue line. Made me reconsider and apply for PreCheck to prevent future backups. Not JetBlue's fault, but JFK, like LAX and other major hubs is a labrinyth with many levels of hell to overcome. Leave ample extra time. Esp if you have checked luggage.
