Cons: "So first thing before takeoff one flight attendant told someone to turn there music down because it could be heard outside of the headphones, but then proceeded to talk extremely loud throughout the entire flight to the other attendants. It was a 6am flight and mostly everyone was trying to sleep, but she was so loud that I gave up after trying to. If you tell someone else to be quiet because of sleeping passengers, I recommend you follow your own advice."

Cons: "Ticket was 76$. I needed to push it back a couple of days. Jet Blue wanted to charge 75$ to change dates. I blew off the plane and bought a train ticket for 66$ Also, I had the insurance but was told my reason for moving may not be covered."

Cons: "The flight was over an hour delayed in reality, but we were only told it would be 30 minutes late. We then waited on the runway for a very long time, which wasn’t incorporated into the information we were given. This made me miss a dinner reservation in buffalo."

Cons: "When I boarded and got to my seat a passenger with a dog in the seat beside me. I’m allergic to animal hair and fortunately I could switch seats with my daughter on same flight but different row. There should be a screening method in place to prevent this from happening to not inconvenience passengers."

Cons: "Late leaving Boston on the outgoing flight and 30 minutes late leaving Buffalo on the return flight. Not the usual JetBlue quality. I'll chalk this one off but hope my next flight with them is up to their usual standards."

Pros: "Comfortable, great service. We were headed home in bad weather and were anticipating the possibility of cancellation, but the flight was just delayed a few minutes. Then there was a mechanical issue and we had to deplane and were moved to a new plane which got us home 3 hours after originally anticipated. But then we all got $75.00 gift certificates, so it was all good."

They swapped airplanes gave us a new gate and the same problem at the new gate as well..... the maintenance is in the plane and we will begin boarding once they give us a green light..."

Cons: "On both the flight to Orlando and the return flight home, we declined to check our one bag each because of the additional cost. Yet each time when we got to the boarding gate, we were asked if we'd like to check our bag for free to help with the overcrowded overhead aboard plane. 15-20 bags were checked for free. Why don't you just offer to let customers check one bag at no cost - on top of the one bag their allowed to carry on. If you're giving away free checked bags at the counter anyways, there can't be that big of a difference is there? And offering one free checked bag would be a great promo."

Cons: "The flight had to be rerouted halfway through the journey due to a weired odor on the plane. There was horrible communication between the flight staff and passengers. The staff at the gates were not helpful either once it was time to deplane."

(An issue with another passenger arised and they were unprepared to deal with it). Also, the seats weren't all that comfortable but JetBlue does give you a sleep mask and ear buds for red eyes."
