People were standing in the walkway for almost 15 minutes because of wheelchairs that had to come of the plane. Disgraceful. And getting off was out of control. All crews are so thoughtful, friendly and helpful to me and passengers. In flight meal was great too. I always love flying by Japan Airlines.
Two meals were served in the First class during 9hr long flight! Great for domestic!!! Mai Tai drink was excellent!
Cons: "My comments for the Charlotte flight were supposed to be for the flight to San Diego. Boston to Charlotte is too short for there to be any issue."

Cons: "First of all, this flight was not good; that was my rating for the first leg of CLE to DFW. DFW to SJC was a disaster due to weather and multiple equipment changes. Overall the flight was delayed 7 hours, from 4:50pm to 11:40pm. I opted to reschedule for the following morning -- and that flight ended up being delayed for an hour due to equipment changes and mechanical issues. Door-to-door I spent 30 hours getting from CLE to SJC."
Pros: "When I went from London to Chicago, I felt one male crew member wasn’t very kind. He wasn’t tall but healthy and serving the other side away from the main door. I felt him greeting others with a smile but with no smile to me. I thought in my heart seems like he is discriminating, I could be wrong, but I always felt he wasn’t so humble while serving to me or may be other Indians too. But he was smiling extra to rest of the passengers,"
Cons: "I didn’t like his attitude. I would request you to request the crew members to be kind to everyone. Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "We were delayed because of a broken tray table and then the broken tray table was mine. But we made it, and the flight was good, so it was fine."
They cancelled our flight at the last minute due to mechanical issues. Rather, they “delayed” it till the next morning. A pain in the neck when traveling with two young children. Crew was really nice, which made up for it somewhat. This is the second flight from delta that was cancelled this year. Definitely going to fly another airline when possible

On Wednesday we boarded late and pushed people’s flights back because the cleaners didn’t show up at boarding time and at landing time we had to go back up when the prior flight was still on the runway."

Nothing I missed my first flight because my boarding pass said one thing and another passenger on the same flight said another. I didn’t get notified of a gate change until 8:39 pm which was one minute before the flight departed at 8:40pm when we explained this to gate agent Dorsey prior to the flight departing she was extremely short and had nasty attitude. Some of the passengers in my party including myself needed to catch that flight due work the next which included presentations and court litigation. We were deeply saddened and frustrated how Frontier handled this situation. We were told that the flight was over booked by 19 seats and they constantly change gates to make people miss their flight. If that is true I will ensure there will be a class action lawsuit against frontier airlines.

Then it was almost 15 to 20 minutes for them to check us in once they were there. I was Furious over the $45 each for the 2 bags I had. Terrible s huh ock.. a friend had 3 bags and was required to pay $170... Had to pay for pop. Wow... the seats were tiny and no padding"

Now I miss days at work, miss appointments I had, etc..... I am absolutely done with your airline.... Thanks for nothing and I will be sure to let all know on social media of this constant problem I continue to have with your airline"
Pros: "I liked I didn’t have a connection to catch. Once in air everything was fine except no entertainment, which I can live with."
Cons: "Computer system went down and I was told it was across the nation. So no boarding passes, no boarding and no flying until the system was back online. It took well over an hour and probably more than 2 hours to fix. Good thing was no one was left off their flight as I was one of the people needing to get a boarding pass and through security."

Having the option to choose is what i like the most. Other airlines are more expensive because they have these items included with your ticket"
Cons: "It was very clear the staff hate there job, every time I got with spirite I can see the crew looks like they hate what they do, customer service is never a priority with them. If they notice someone disturbing another passenger they really don't say anything."

Cons: "I had to pay $97 to check my bag...kinda defeats the purpose of booking a cheap flight. This was by far the smallest seating space I've ever had...I'm 5'9 so normally I don't have an issue with this but my knees were about an inch away from the seat in front of me and I had no space to move around. The headrests were hard as a rock, and I could feel a metal bar in the middle of the seat poking out at my back. The seats don't go back, there was no entertainment whatsoever, not even a magazine to read. The main lights were left on during the 4.5 hour nighttime flight. There was not even a complimentary cup of water...$3 for water. It was also freezing in the plane and there was a 2 hour delay for no apparent reason. Look up the fees they charge for everything before you book with Spirit."
