Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

It seemed like forever before we received our snack and then we're told we couldn't use our tables. I think they should have started the snacks earlier as it was quite a big plane and it probably would take quite a long time to serve everyone and the worst part of it all was that I had asked for a can of pop, so I had to hold my can of pop, my glass pop and try to get my snack out of the package which was not easy at all."

United crew politely asked if the gentlemen was willing to move to 6B, which his original seating in the system but he refused to do so. We' also personally explained to him that if he can yield the seat so that our family could sit together due to my wife's medical condition but he would not cooperate. I noted Those gentlemen on 1D and 1C are either buddies or coworkers. The crews were looking at each other without offering a solution. I ended up telling the crew that I could sit on 6B so that the plane can leave. The departure time was 20 min late u related my seating issue and de-icing took another 40 min. I am a Global Service member and I am very unhappy about the way the whole situation was created and handled by United."

Not something that I want to deal with at 5:00 am. Moreover, due to the de icing, the flight was late and i just made it to my connecting flight in Newark. It was quite a hair-raising experience overall."

Cons: "Delayed for a latch for 10min then 10 more then 30 in reality was around 1:30 plus when we finally bored the plane we got delayed again because they had to spray the aircraft because of the snow supposedly 5 minutes it took 25 My overall opinion about united airlines is: Never again Bad customer service"

Cons: "I was put on an Air Canada flight and sat on the tarmac for almost THREE hours in MTL. Finally took off and am stuck in Toronto overnight. Air Canada was very unhelpful. I have to sleep in the airport. No food vouchers. Sucks."

Cons: "Delay caused us to miss last flight of day. We have been sleeping on floor of airport for 9 hours. Same thing happened in the beginning of the trip from dallas to chicago. Oh, it was our honeymoon!"

Cons: "The fact that we had to get off due to too much fule,didn't make a lot of us comfortable..when it comes to flying,the whole team needs to be on the same page..makes flyers more comfortable..but things do happen.."

Pros: "I liked: Fellow passengers were quiet and sane. Professional and friendly crew who didn't spill drinks or crash the plane."
Cons: "I didn't like: The fact that my final destination was Omaha. Thank God it's only temporary."
