Scored an awesome seat with no one next to me in a small cabin between first and coach class.
Even after I had carefully check luggage restrictions I got thoroughly hassled about my ski bag and had to pay considerably extra and do major persuading. The fact the air china desk doesn't open till within 3 hours of flight time at Tom Bradley international terminal at lax is madness. All these red eye flights going through security at once was one of my worst flight experiences. I the picture I took of it is an awesome representation of the term madness

The flight crew was great. Very pleasant and helpful.
They lost my luggage. Also the plane left Seoul almost an hour late. The plane itself was very old, so no electronic devices of any kind were allowed, some of the seat controls didnt work, and there were no private video screens. And this was in business class.
We spent 2 hours at the check in because China eastern changed our connecting time and we were going to miss our flight. The food was terrible, they lost my husbands luggage. We are on our honeymoon and he has no clothes. And they put us up in a very dirty hotel.
I enjoyed Honolulu to Shanghai journey meal was provided as expected vegetarian meal (on request) really appreciate your service, hope I will receive the same on my upcoming return trip to Honolulu.
Well it's a small flight from Shanghai to Bangkok and no entertainment on board.

Drink service was spotty, very limited and not pleasant. The meals were skimpy on portions, and variety. Only two meals and no snacks were provided. Was difficult getting more beverages. Only beer and wine. Small seats but then every airline has small seats these days. Seats also do not recline as hey once did
It was on time and we got there safely, otherwise not memorable in any way.
The staff...not very outgoing....they clearly wish that they were somewhere else.
Transfer desk in Istanbul is terrible. Poor customer service. It took 6 hours to get transferred from the airport to the hotel.

flight attendants from Nairobi to Istanbul were rude and unaccomodating. asking for a glass of water appeared to overwhelm the flight attendant.
Overall the experience was good. Cabin crew helpful.
while going to US from Mumbai -Wheelchair service at Istanbul was found unsatisfactory. The attendanct was unfriendly adamant and rude. overall the wheel chair persons were neglected by the airlines (even at Boston ) but the cabin crew took care of all wheel chair persons.

There is nothing to like about Air Canada anymore.. unless you happen to like the abuse and indifferent service. Employees seem disengaged.
AC used to be mindful or customers with connections. This is the reason I booked all segments with air canada. Found out the hard way it is no longer the case. Lesson learned. Missed connection and ended up on stand by for the next flight ( no more protected seats folks). Was not even refunded the money paid for seat assignment on the missed connection.
was not offered a direct flight to Vancouver when it was obvious that I would miss the connecting flight.
I think the air quality on the flight from Toronto to Seoul was bad. I felt really neaseous for most of that flight and thought I would be sick on the landing. the illness went away completely once I landed and I didn’t experience it on the Asiana flight from Seoul to Phuket
