Pros: "Crew was very helpful. I volunteered to move so a mother could sit next to her 4 1/2 year old daughter. The flight attendant found me a seat with no other passenger. She also comped by glass of wine."
Cons: "I wish the flight was a bit longer so I could eat a bit."

Cons: "Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight."

Cons: "The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

Pros: "I feel like there is more leg room in the seats then in other discount airlines! I like the snack and drink, this breaks up the flight a bit. This is nice for me because I don’t like to fly."
Cons: "The staff seemed miserable. No one was nice or even smiled. Just felt like they couldn’t wait for this leg of their day/trip to be over."

Cons: "Plane was jammed full; so much so that even passengers like me, who paid to check one of my bags, still had to put my one carry-on under the seat in front of me instead of in an overhead compartment. I expected some legroom because I paid to check my bag. Unfortunately because of American Airlines I had next to no legroom. I'll be avoiding AA where possible on all of my future travels."

Cons: "We weren't assigned seats together. It ultimately worked out OK because I was assigned to sit between a mother and her young child. They asked if they could have my middle seat so they could sit together - hurray! After that, the person in the aisle seat next to my husband was willing to swap her aisle seat for my new-found aisle seat. But on long flights, greater efforts should be made to seat couples together."

Pros: "The flight was very smooth and the food was good as well. However i was disappointed that’s I paid $90 for a 23kg bag just because I didn’t add it prior arrival."

Cons: "I've had flights canceled before, but clearly American Airlines/ JFK is not equipped to manage. American Airlines online hung up on me after 24 minutes of being on hold. I waited in line for 2 hours to get on another flight home and the attendant first suggested to fly me to Charlotte then Cleveland where I would arrive a day late after I'd been traveling with my elderly parents for 24 hours. Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. I was displeased."

Pros: "Crew was extremely nice. I dont' like to fly and the take off was so rough, I spent the whole flight in the bathroom. The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

Pros: "I liked that we arrived alive. Bad weather had been forecasted for several days before our flight. Yet the pilot did not change direction to avoid the horrendous bumps until about 30 min. Outside of Dallas when he opted to come in from the West. Although the pilot said it was safe many if not most the passengers were very concerned if not terrrified. Even the stewards were not able to work. They were directed to stay in their jump seats."
Cons: "I know you have to make money. But squeezing so many into such a small space is not only uncomfortable, but dangerous. If we would have to evacuate the plane most would not have been able to dot out of their seats."

Cons: "After choosing seats through this website we were kicked out of all of them and was separated from my partner. Every single flight we took was late and we missed a connection due to a late take off. The low cost was not worth the extreme effort and connecting flights."

Cons: "Had to lie about forgetting my phone charger in the waiting area to get off the plane & give my niece a hug who arrived early on a neighboring flight from NY to RNO as we switched off to take care of my dad who just had a triple bypass. If two people are past security - there should be NO ISSUE with them meeting - we have already been screened & a hug or anything else should not be a crime."

Cons: "- Delayed by 30 minutes or so at take off - Too cold in the cabin, no more blankets to provide - Overhead compartments were full so people with a luggage where asked to get back to the front of the plane to check in their luggage. Very inefficient process as there were still people trying to board at the same time - No in-flight entertainment"
