For two hours I pursued different officials in Dubai until they organized a voucher for overnight acc"

Cons: "On such a long flight from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal! Way to narrow, not enough distance to seat in front of you, seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get needed rest, no footrest & way overcrowded. Although the price was good, we truly suffered on this trip."

Pros: "The flight on the A3800 was great."
Pros: "Everything was good especially the spacious seats and food"
Pros: "Punctual on Time. Clean Cabin. Nice Crew"
Cons: "They should be little flexible in timing for serving Dinner, as it happened, they served Dinner as soon as the Seat belt sign was switched off, at that time it was 4 pm local time. Since we were not ready for Dinner we suggested to bring it after an hour, which they declined stating that once they take back the trays it can not be served again."
Pros: "Business class on Emirates is superb. Nice cozy cubicle and lots of attention. The food was remarkably good. Really enjoyed the 16.5 hour flight. Made it very enjoyable."
Pros: "Very clean. New fixtures nice screen"
Cons: "The crew were so friendly"
Pros: "We were able to switch seats to get more space -- especially leg room"
Pros: "I like the flight route"
Cons: "This is my fourth time booking Emirates for my route through kayak. The route is longer but I choose it for on-board Internet for work emails. Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."
Cons: "I didn't like my seat placement this time round. Was put in the seat infront of business class as no other option. Really uncomfortable."
Pros: "This was our first time flying Emirates and it will not be our last. The staff, service and experience has been very pleasant."
Pros: "Attentive flight crew and spacious interior"
Cons: "Food, food and food"
Pros: "I'm not going to travel by Emirates again. My miles were not added though I asked multiple concerned people. Same thing happened with some of the fellow travelers."
Pros: "Excellent friendly crew, comfortable seats. Drinks menu could have a little better variety (no Jack Daniels was a little surprising)"
Pros: "Everything was very good!"
Pros: "The entertainment options are excellent and legspace on the aircraft is good."
Cons: "For a 14 hour flight there are no water bottles provided. You need more than the couple of cups of water provided on the flight, and it is not practical to keep on asking for more water from the crew. Quality of food (Asian veg) was not very good."
Cons: "Missed flight because checked bags took to long to get back"
Pros: "Wide selection of movies, TV shows and other entertainment. Food was decent. Crew was attentive enough."
Cons: "They did not have special meals that I ordered but the crew tried their best to make it up. But they had the same collection of movies both ways. My return flight was a month later. Entertainment set of was pretty good on their Boeing 777-300Er flight, but average on the A380-800. The 16 hour flight will not be pleasant for most. Why the toilets are so compact? I would pay extra for bit more room. This is a problem with all airlines. They allowed me to take a laptop and a hand baggage in LAX but forced me to check in the hand bag in Dubai. They pick random passengers for this. Irritating."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Disorganized boarding process. Old plane. Bad inflight system with old fashioned screens with poor visibility."
Pros: "Flight attendants very very helpful in fixing some kind of mechanical error with my overhead light. When it was stuck on and the remote didn't work, they figured out they could reboot the system and turn it off. I'm glad I had my own headlamp so I could read during the flight, but overhead permanently off was much better than permanently on! I'm very grateful for their persistence in finding a solution. The agents at the Seattle location were very helpful assisting with our baggage problem, caused by Emirates gate agents in Dubai"
Cons: "The worst part of this trip was the surprise demand at the gate in Dubai that we check our duty-free liquor in a bag at the gate. There was no warning, no packaging to help protect our purchase, and no recourse We arrived in Seattle to find a liqour soaked bag. The liquor, of course, was a special gift and something we cannot simply repurchase. Very disappointing experience, especially after hearing good reviews of Emirate Air's generally good baggage handling and policies. The agents in Seattle helped remedy this, but it is a big hassle nonetheless as we arrive home to be dealing with damaged personal electronics and finding receipts all while jetlagged and getting back to work. my overhead light broke on the flight! but the flight attendants were very helpful and found a way to turn it off so I could sleep."
Cons: "Was required to check my small roll aboard because I had a backpack, while other passengers were allowed to carry on multiple large items."
Pros: "I didnt mych like anything of this transit sector from colombo to maldives."
Cons: "First off, if im buying a ticket and traveling by myself and have an overnight 11hrs and 35min layover i expected some sort of accommodation given that the Maldivian airport is an outside one. Not only did they (Maldivian Emirates counter officer Ibrahim Shinad) refused to give me a lounge they said to get a room at a hotel was $400 US! Which is absurd. I had to sleep on metal chairs. They also closed most shops by 12am and by the time we landed and went through checkin it was 1130. Not a pleasant experience at all."
Pros: "Entertainment great."
Cons: "Scratch on screen. WiFi stopped intermittently and too early at end of trip. When disconnected, the 30 minute free allocation kept counting down to zero minutes."
Pros: "The planes were very comfortable and the boarding was very well organized, especially for parents eith children."
Cons: "The crew wasn't very helpful and they were a little condescending."
Cons: "Had to run across Dubai airport to make my connection. Nobody at the gate to direct passengers to their short connections under 20 mins. Horrible experience. A person without the ability to run at full clip would not have made the connection. This was an international flight from Los Angeles - Bags did not make the connection either and had to wait two days for them. If you issue tickets with short connection times, it is your responsibility to make sure passengers will have adequate time to make it to their next gate. Or airline should provide some assistance to these passengers. Making them run is unacceptable."
Cons: "Something was wrong with the boarding process. Not sure what, but we were pacing on the jetway to the plane for 30 minutes or so. People were so eager to get on, but for some reason, they asked people to board in specific sections, when they weren't ready, or the people needing extra time had not gotten settled yet."
