Finland has resumed passenger flights from the UK, Ireland and South Africa. However, Finland's borders remain closed to non-resident foreign nationals entering the country, with some exemptions.
The Finnish Border Guard has is maintaining a list of countries with reduced border controls - travelers arriving from these countries will not need to self-isolate on arrival in Finland.
Nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland residing in Finland, and their family members may enter the country for some essential reasons.
As of 13 July, travel between Finland and countries in the EU/Schengen Zone and the UK as well as Algeria, Australia, South Korea, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay and China (provided that reciprocity is confirmed in the EU) will be permitted for work and other essential purposes for residents of these countries. Additionally, there is a special exemption allowing a quota of workers employed as berry pickers to travel from Thailand to Finland.
Travelers arriving from within the EU or a Schengen Member State may enter Finland if they are traveling for work or study in Finland. Healthcare professionals, transport personnel, diplomats, humanitarian aid workers, military personnel, travelers entering for imperative family reasons, and workers who commute to another country daily may also enter the country. All travelers arriving at the Helsinki airport from abroad will be offered a COVID-19 test. The test is voluntary and free of charge. All travelers arriving in Finland are eligible for free COVID-19 testing via the FINENTRY program.
On arrival, travelers will be directed to undergo a health examination and may be asked to undergo a COVID test even if they do not show symptoms. Testing is available at Helsinki-Vantaa airport and is free of charge.
People arriving in Finland from countries other than those mentioned earlier will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. The self-isolation period can be reduced if they provide 2 negative COVID test results. The first test should have taken place no more than 72 hours before boarding a flight to Finland, and the second test no earlier than 72 hours after the first test.
Nationals and residents of the above-named countries who are returning to their home countries through Finland may also transit through the country.

We ended up paying for the lounge, but then so did about 1000 other people, there was no room for us to sit together. My wife's allergy free meal wasn't provided on the first flight. We had to speak to about 5 people to get a meal ticket at the airport and they were very reluctant to give us one. I told them she was hungry and needed to eat. They told us we could take the meal we got with the ticket on board, when we went to use the ticket we had no choice in meal, were given a coke at 6am and weren't allowed to heat up our meal or take it on board. In summary, all the cabin crew on all 4 flights were excellent. Staff at Doha airport were incredibly poor."

They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."
