Poor coordination between Delta & Jet Airways - the meal preference was selected before flight at the Jet Airways website but the same didn't get registered properly, even though the website confirmed to me that it was all set. This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. Turned back at the air port in Rio I had to spend an extra 13 days in Rio de Janeiro at my expense, three to see doctor and get vacine, plus ren day waiting period."

Needless to say I was on the hook for the time and the bill. Sometimes you can watch on the iPad in a browser, other times you need a flash player or the AA app. Have a common way of at least accessing the internet, otherwise it can take 10 minutes to log in if switching from a GoGo yo Panasonic service. It is just too difficult and buggy. I am glad I don’t actually pay for the internet."

AA should reconsider who it places to interact with the general public."

This wouldn't be so bad if they were able to handle it in an orderly way, but the airport showed complete incompetence in organizing anything and there were people everywhere trying to find the right door which kept changing on them, and the times kept changing...it was a mess. Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say."

They covered a meal for us which was good and gave us $50 off our next flight. But I’m not sure I want to book united again. The lady at the service desk was not very patient (which is understandable since a loy of people had to rebook their connecting flights). But I was smiling at her and just asking how to go about changing our connecting flights and she seemed a little bit ready to get rid of me. And the next plane we got on, one of our tv screens didn’t work. And the connecting flight was delayed also because of a technical problem."

Pros: "The Rio de Janeiro international airport is very difficult to traverse. However, the airport staff was very helpful in directing me several times to the correct location."
Cons: "United needs a check-in kiosk located between the domestic arrivals section and the international connection hallway just before security. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot."

I hated the entire trip. I was cramped up and extremely uncomfortable. This is simply unacceptable to have this happen because huge people can't fit in one seat. I want these obese people to be required to purchase 2 seats because they take mine."

Pros: "The crew was great and the pilot kept us informed the whole trip."
Cons: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable and there s no room to move. The seat in front of you is so close that watching the TV is uncomfortable. The seat pockets have no room for anything - a bottle of water doesn't even fit in them."

Cons: "This flight was canceled because my initial flight was canceled by united and then I could not take the rebooked flight so I could not keep the seats together with the travellers I was with and then was placed in the back of the plane. When my flight was canceled initially no one informed me that my return ticket would be canceled which I specifically asked about. I hope never to fly united again. The day to day staff at ohare and on flight were good and courteous."

Cons: "Crying baby + woman behind me non stop talking very loud during flight"

Cons: "Flight was at 0700. Delayed until 0831 then 0900. Then we were taxi-ing for an hour. Didn't depart until a little after 1000."

Cons: "The $230 change fee for a ticket that cost me $70. No recourse but to lose the money completely."

Pros: "I arrived two hours early to the airport as specified and arrived to find out my flight was delayed by over four hours. So my daughter and I had to sit in the airport for over six hours."

Pros: "Flight got cancelled after a 10 hr delay. No compensation offered. Told us too bad so sad. Pushed us off onto American and acted like they were doing us us a favor. Today was the day I swore my allegiance to Southwest Airlines. I don't care if you gave me a lifetime supply of flights and the CEO, your business model pales in comparison to that airline. Disgusted is the only word I can use to describe my experience. Save the hassle, use southwest even if it costs more."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled and no reasonable accommodations when I asked about a month ago to cancel and was told non-refundable or additional charges for changes"

Cons: "It was terrible. It was ridiculously hot and the plane smelled like pee. It was the worst flight experience my fiancé and I have ever taken. Shameful condition and experience."

Cons: "I payed for my flight about a month prior and for some reason still did not have a guaranteed seat on the flight and almost got left behind"

Cons: "Both domestic flights got cancelled. I lost the first day of my vacation and had to miss an extra day of work on the way home."

Cons: "After boarding we had to wait for an hour before we could take off because of a mechanical problem."

Cons: "They lost my husbands luggage from Morgantown to Charleston and we sat for about 10 minutes with no gate in Charleston when we landed!"

Cons: "The Gate was changed several times with very poor announcement. Entertainment is N/A on these type of flights."

Cons: "Plane too small to support carry-on suitcases, so everyone had to check them gate side and then wait for them right outside plane. All the hassle of carry-on (carry belongings through airport) without the perk (having belongings available during flight)."

Pros: "The flight crew and flight was perfectly smooth and crew was very nice and appologetic about the delay etc. even gave me a separate snack due to food allergy."
Cons: "Delays are never fun and unfortunately our flight was delayed, but more importantly the pre-boarding staff and crew were rediculously rude. They yelled at one lady bc she didn't speak English. They were stressed I am sure with delays and working the gate that has like 5 flights leaving at once, but they could be a bit better at their job by being polite to us the customers! They were so frazzled bc of what was going on that they acted like it was our fault, which of course it isn't! Additionally, our flight was overbooked by 6 people! And had standby of 4 and the staff kept announcing they were going to kick 6 people off and we wouldn't know until we were boarding and it was going to be by whoever paid the lowest price per ticket which btw is not the policy. The United policy says that it goes by class of ticket, which probably goes hand in hand, but hey really need to get thier staff on board with the policies. It makes you feel pretty crappy sitting there waiting to see if just bc you bought your ticket on a Tuesday at a good rate that you are not going to make it home to see your family! And the people making the announcements could be a bit more chipper also, we the customers didn't overbook the flight and we surely do not want to miss said flight so don't announce over PA system in threatening way bc United is trying to make more money by overbooking flights! This might never be read, but I hope that kayak can pass along this information to the Dullus United team to try and make the flights more enjoyable in the future"

Cons: "No entertainment, really uncomfortable, arm rest don't go up, planes are not cleaned from previous passengers, flight attendants hardly smile and don't interact as much as other airlines, delayed flights every time I fly with United."

Cons: "Boarding a small plane on a cold rainy day by waking along the tarmac out to the plane. umbrellas are wet and wind insures passengers are wet before getting on board. A experience I hope to not relive. Oh drop the Asian "Style" snack and bring back peanuts"

Cons: "Had an extended overlay because of an overlap booking with our pilot. He was on another plane that wasn't due to come in until two hours later."
