Cons: "Seat 26 beside exit but cold air passing through the door/fuselage made the overnight flight very cold and uncomfortable. Very disappointing."

Cons: "No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost."

Pros: "The plane was huge with lots of empty seats. This is better than my flight out, which was oversold (I was the person who didn't have a seat, until just before departure when someone else didn't show up). The seats appeared to be new."

No information was available about what gate the delayed flight would be departing from, which made it difficult to relax while waiting due to fears of missing the flight whenever it finally took off. The electronic flight list said to check the monitor at 6:38pm to find out what gate would be used (for a 5:30pm flight). I checked the monitor at 6:14 and it said the flight was boarding. This seems like a recipe for making people miss the flight. At the very least it made things stressful. No free food/beverages were provided (some is available at a cost). A family with a very tired baby was forced to wait in a huge long line rather than being pre-boarded. That just seems discourteous to me."

Pros: "One aspect that was greatly appreciated was when the cabin head came over the speaker and asked everyone to please return their seat to the up right position so that everyone could enjoy their meal. When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."

Cons: "British Airways issued me and several others faulty boarding passes so I could not get through security and had to wait over 6 hours for the ticket counter to open so they could print me a whole boarding pass with a new barcode (I tried calling and they just told me to wait for the ticket counter to open). The emails they sent me with my tickets were all different and confusing, sending to different web pages to retrieve my boarding pass."

Very rude immigration and security people at Riyadh, I realize this is not BA's fault, but it was very annoying. Second level search of my carry-on bags at the gate very invasive procedure."

No personal TVs, seats were not great either. Crew was super slow... I found that the majority of British Airways attendants were slow, but there are a few that are efficient."

Pros: "The cabin crew were exceptional. One flight attendant in parifular was extremely helpful to us in helping place our carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. I did not get his name but he told me he was from Spain."
Cons: "- Landing cards were only distributed 20 minutes before arrival. The seat belt sign was already on. So, I could not use the food tray to fill out the cards. I tried to use the magazine to put under the landing card, but there was some turbulence and I could not fill out the cards n the plane. Cards should be passed to passengers an hour after Akef off. - no gifts given to kids like small games or coloring crayons to keep them busy. - food took hours to serve and was not comparable to BA's image. - the water pressure in the toilet's wash basin was too strong and was splashing all over my cloths."

That's insane. We had to wait forever to get the bags checked in and make it back to the gate. We didn't feel like valued customers and never going to fly British Airways again."

Cons: "The diabetic meals lacked variety and there was no choice. I was given a chicken dish with potatoes and mushrooms for the first meal and then given another chicken dish with rice for the second . Unlike other passengers I was not offered a choice. Both meal had a high carbohydrate load as they came with a separate bread bun . The first meal had peaches for dessert but my second meal offering had no substitute for the cake given to other passengers. The snack box contained sweet and salty popcorn,salted crisps and malteasers which are to be avoided by diabetics . Overall my dietary needs were poorly serviced by BA on this flight."
