windsor had major problems and their flights were canceled and delayed. we got lucky and they were able to put us on another plane 1 hour late. luckily we had a long enough layover and didn’t miss our connecting flights.
Delayed for three hours. This seems to be CAL’s MO when flights aren’t filled until they fill it. Business class is nice but not luxe like other airlines. Lots of space and amazing staff.
There was no flight. They canceled the flight with no knowledge to me, and I still haven’t received a refund
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.
The flight was delayed multiple times due to the inbound flight arriving late, which is not a major issue. That being said, the boarding process was awful. The gate agent(s) didn't allow sufficient time for the pre-boarding passengers to get settled in and then called the four priority groups at the same time - i.e., called Group 1 and then called Groups 2-4 all at the same time. This approach had all four priority groups standing on the jet bridge from the airplane door to the gate end of the jetway for 10+ minutes in the heat (i.e., it was 96F outside and uncomfortably warm). This approach also made the actual boarding process a mess. There were multiple points of failure with the boarding process that turned a late departure into more of an issue.
We landed slightly early but then sat in holding area waiting for our gate to clear out for about an hour, so technically we arrived one hour late at the gate at ORD. The airport may be partially responsible here, but regardless of who is responsible, it was a bad experience to be so close yet unable to get off the plane.
I had my flight of Cedar Rapids. THen Chicago to Boston. Flight out of Cedar rapids was delayed by 12 hrs. Had to drive to Chicago to catch my flight
Trash. Sat on the runway for 40 mins…missed connecting flight because of it now I’m stuck. Thanks…a whole fkn lot.
The flight back to Dallas was delayed, which has happened to me several times with American Airlines. There was no announcement, no update sent out, no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Most miserable flight ever. We waited almost 2 hours on the runway because the flight was oversold. American offered $1200 credit. Then there was some nonsense about weight distribution. Ridiculous. No food for 8 plus hours on the flight. I will be writing a letter.
Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane
The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

InterCaribbean seems to always be late. I do not recommend it if you have connecting flights with other airlines. The rates are the same as other regional carriers, but their aircraft are not very comfortable and are often quite hot.
Flew St Vincent to Barbados on an ATR-40 (?), seating about 60 passengers. Pretty tight in there. Flt. attendant was very friendly. Short flight - up & down in 40 minutes.
No food, no entertainment - half-hour flight (up & down) Smallest plane I’ve ever been on - maybe 60 passenger capacity?
I've had bad flights with InterCaribbean before (cancellations, no gate agents, etc.), but this one went perfectly smoothly!
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
