Flight incrementally delayed for hours without advance notice, at the very last minute changed by over two hours into past midnight
JetBlue doesn’t inform their passengers of why the flight is delayed. If you land it and don’t get out of the plane yet they don’t tell you what you are still sanding in the plane. JerBlue doesn’t keep their passenger inform of anything. They really should be thankful that they are still in business and is that is to all their customers but they don’t value that at all.

Having to pay $35 to check my small suitcase that could have fit in the overhead compartment. Poor communication with baggage claim carousel pickup. Upon arrival, the same baggage claim carousel (marked “United”) was used for multiple flights, causing over crowding (COVID concerns anyone?), and waiting too long to retrieve the bag.
I did not like the spontaneous stop in Puerto Rico. The flight staff was kind
I don't recall hearing any boarding announcements, people just started getting in line. Flight attendants were nice. A bit chatty with each other but helpful enough during our tarmac delay. Plane ride was very comfortable.
Pros: "The crew in the plane was good and the fly was good."
Cons: "Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!"

They tried to reboot it several times and it still didn’t work. You seen your advertising that you’re not going to be bored well it’s not true I was bored It made for a very unpleasant experience and I was very disappointed."

I probably won't use Cape Air again unless it's an emergency situation"

For a few extra bucks, I can fly to Lebanon, NH thanks to Cape Air and save my family members hours and hours of driving. Very convenient. The Cape Air staff and pilots are always super friendly!"

Cons: "At the Nantucket airport, they don't let you through security until your flight is called. I heard mine called and went up but the woman at the desk said she hadn't heard it so wouldn't let me through. Ten minutes later, I'm being paged over the intercom. Again, I wasn't let through until I tracked down someone from the airline. By the time I finally got through, my flight had gone and I needed to be rebooked. Incredibly frustrating as the intercom is the only way to know what's going on with your flight, so I couldn't look at a board or anything to know the status."
Cons: "My flight from Rutland to Boston was unexpectedly cancelled with very little notice. I could not reschedule my trip because I needed to catch a separate flight from Boston. My alternative was to drive there and stay the night in a hotel, which was expensive and frustrating. I will be calling for a refund."

Cons: "The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments."

Cons: "Booked a 8:30 AM flight VQS->SJU. At 10AM the night before received an email stating the flight "may have been cancelled." Called cape air, they confirmed cancellation but couldn't rebook me on another flight; went on their website and paid for another flight (10:04). The next morning for way of explanation told that "the plane broke." Got to the airport, initially the replacement flight was delayed till 10:30, then at 11:00 we were told that flight was also cancelled. Since we did not have a connecting flight we were placed at the end of the line. They did get us out later in the day, although i suppose because we were just squeezed in I was sitting in the back where I had to sit cross-legged as i only had about 4 inches of legroom. So 2 cancellations and poor communications on a round trip ticket = mediocre review. If I don't get my money back on the first flight I'll revise this to 1/5."
Pros: "All aspects of the flight were smooth on a nice day and I really enjoyed flying at 7k feet. A lot of people don't like flying in small planes but I do. There is no bathroom, food or entertainment available and all of your bags go into cargo. I was the only passenger so it felt like a chartered trip. Arrived about 5 minutes early."

One week before our departure Cape Air cancels the tickets. No explanation, no rebooking, just a "I'm sorry, too bad, go find something else," we ended up paying full fares through United for another $1000. So much for our affordable weekend getaway. Thanks Cape Air."

When I first checked in I was told there was a slight delay due to 'wildlife management' then we got word that it is cancelled because of ice in Boston- it was 46 degrees. There was no compensation because the cancellation was due to weather. However, we were later informed that it was due more to lack of equipment. I have lost my faith in cape air"
