Cons: "nothing all excellent"

Pros: "Super respctful"

Pros: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."

Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."

Cons: "Meal service and trash pickup was poor. When meals were served, within 15 minutes food tray pickup was rushed making me feel like I had to cram the food down my throat. I did not and there was no further trash pickup for several hours. I initiated the attendant lamp and no crew responded."

Cons: "Even vegetarian Hindu food was ordered over the phone. We're presented non veg food. When asked about the non veg food we were told that we dint order. Lie right away. Alitalia members showed worst and discrimination based behavior. Very rude. Won't travel on Alitalia in future"

Cons: "Poor service onboard. Flight attendants showed little care and were curt. Ordered halal meal but were given vegetarian. It was bland and tasteless. My wife ordered drinks that never came. The armrests were stationary adding to the discomfort. Unfortunate how the international service experience is so much worse than domestic."

Cons: "About 7 of 8 crew staff was ladies in their 60’s. Grumpy old women. In case of emergency I would help to help them instead of crew members helping me off the plane."

Cons: "Asked to have all the food (appetizer, main course, etc) served together , as they advertise, but was told that service wasn't available. Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service."

Pros: "Flew into bad weather event with thunderstorms, lightning and tornadoes. The flight was relatively turbulence free, flt had only one attendant in the cabin however she was able to serve beverages and snacks asks made sure everyone was comfortable. Can't thank Delta enough for the professionalism of their crew, great service and communication, and for getting us home safely. Thank you!"
Cons: "Made us pink tag carry on bags on flight deck. Had to retrieve bag from baggage claim after flight. My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

Pros: "It was wonderful to have a non-stop from Rome to Atlanta. The flight was comfortable and punctual. The in-flight entertainment was very good and helped pass the long flight."
Cons: "I liked the complimentary beverage service and many meal and snack interludes, although the food was sub par, especially the snack. I don't know how you can mess up crackers, but they were terrible, even slathered with the accompanying marinara. Also not sure that I ever met a shortbread cookie I didn't like until this trip; why lace it with artificial strawberry flavor?"

Cons: "The flight was delayed from the start. Then furthered delayed at taxi. Then delayed again at arrival because there was no ramp. WTF"

Cons: "There ought to be a better way to go from an international flight to a connecting domestic flight. Security and Customs should be combined to expedite the process for passengers and crew members. I'm not suggesting not going through security, buy why couldn't we do it at the same place as customs? Too often Delta flights are delayed and I don't understand why Delta wouldn't do everything it could to expedite every part of the process for its crew and passengers. I went through TSA pre-check with Delta crew members. My connecting flight was delayed. We were waiting on the pilot..."

Pros: "2 seats by windows, rather than 3, and the roominess plus ease of using the media tv screen and options. the beverage options and food options were plentiful as well as good quality."

Cons: "90 minute delay almost caused missed connection"

Cons: "Check-in process took nearly two hours because of other flight cancellations. Very chaotic process. Seat on plane was not very comfortable and arm rest was broken. However, flight went smoothly with an early arrival. Very good flight attendants and good food."

Pros: "The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!"
Cons: "My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort."

Cons: "Hated the tight seating, very narrow, so uncomfortable; Couldn't sleep and I WAS FREEZING. Ended up with a terrible cold and sore throat. Angry that I had to pay $100 each way for my second checked bag. Terrible policy. Probably won't fly anymore, if I can help it!"

Cons: "Multiple delays mean we deplaned nearly 3 hours late in Chicago. The plane was late inbound, had a minor mechanical issue, and on top of that we were at a remote gate so they had to bus everyone to plane. After all that, we sat on the tarmac even longer because of “traffic”. Our takeoff clearance had expired and we were behind a bunch of planes. After landing in Chicago, we waited an additional 30 minutes because our gate was occupied."

Cons: "We almost miss our flight cos the line was so long in the custom check out n the airport crews kept directing us in the wrong lines. It was very unorganised."

Cons: "The flight from Chicago to Moline was delayed over 3 hours due to an engine issue. We were delayed to board, then once we were boarded, we sat on a cold airplane for over 30 minutes in sub-zero temperatures in Chicago. Maintenance was called to start the engines externally but the starter machine wouldn't work. Finally, we were made to de-plane. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting on information. Never received meal vouchers. No snacks or water was given during the wait. The steward was very nice and helpful but the gate agent was horrible. She seemed "inconvenienced" when you went to ask her questions."

Cons: "Somewhat condescending comment from one of the flight attendants when I asked if they had a blanket. She said oh no, we haven't had them for ten years! I wanted to say -- must be just on the larger flights then- as I had just gotten off a United flight from Honolulu to Chicago where there weee plenty of blankets. I just smiled and said ok."

Pros: "Very nice flight. Especially since it was 10 hours. The staff brought water around as an extra which was great to keep us hydrated. Plus a decent lunch ice team and snacks. Comfortable plane."

Pros: "The TV's on the plane were newer and easy to use."
Cons: "The crew was not friendly, particularly one woman who would roll her eyes at folks anytime they asked for anything. Occasionally, they would say they were out of something only to "magically" have it appear later. The landing was about the worst I have experience. Must have been a rookie pilot."

Cons: "United has changed my seat twice. I sign up for an aisle and they move me to the window. I can't believe that if there is a plane change they move people in Business and First around without notification. On this trip, they did it again, on the flight leg from Rome to Chicago. If I hadn't noticed the change as soon as I checked in I would have spent over 9 hours in a window seat, which would have meant being unable to get up and move easily to prevent sciatica and other issues. Hard to hear the gate crew in Fiumicino."

Cons: "Seats can be moved back too far, so person in rear has too little space."

Pros: "The crew was nice and professional. I also enjoyed the entertainment system."
Cons: "I felt like we had to go to terminals to terminal, and get on so many shuttles."

Cons: "We had a 2+ hour delay after boarding and prior to takeoff due to some combination of a problem with the auxiliary power unit and rerouting requiring additional refueling. No air conditioning and very hot environment for most of this time. The crew was visibly upset by the delays and repeatedly blamed the local groundcrew/staff while doing very little to make the passengers more comfortable. It took >1hr for them to pass water. No apologies. No effort during flight to make up for the discomfort (eg free wifi access). Very frustrating experience."

Cons: "The crew was terrible. We sat on the Tarmac for over an hour, very limited information. Flight attendants were asked for ETA several times in flight and never gave any information to passengers. At one point saw them taking selfies in the front of the plane service area. Worst service I've ever had in a flight"

Cons: "The one tee member kept repeating things that had been said on the intercom & then announced the wrong time when we landed. She seemed quite distracted."

Cons: "I sat next to a very large old woman who was spilling out of her seat into mine. I was told at check in it was a full flight so did not think to ask to move. But then I mentioned it to the stewardess near the end of the flight who was sympathetic and said that she wished I would have said something earlier and that she would have moved me because there were other empty seats."

Cons: "45 minutes delay at Rome during departure. Dirty bathroom. Limited movies."

Pros: "The actual flight was great. It was very easy, the movies were new and good. The food was surprisingly good (as I was coming home from Italy). The crew was great and always nice"

Pros: "I missed my flight and was willing to rework my schedule and therefore United was willing to work with me. I received a flight change for free because of recent terrorist events and I am grateful for the help. All of the staff was extremely friendly."
Cons: "It probably isn't United's fault, but since a terrorist attack occurred in France a lot of people were trying to fly back to the U.S. from Rome at the time. I missed my flight because the line just to get into the terminal building was hours long. See positive comments to learn how United handled it, but was still stressed I missed my flight home. I actually ended up flying home from Barcelona"

Cons: "Don't fly United. In boarding my first flight, they asked me to check my carry on (my only luggage) since the flight was super packed. We had to deplane shortly after boarding and switch to another plane. Since this delay was going to make me miss my connection, I got on the phone with a United agent and changed my reservation, but the agents at the gate refused to help me get my bag off the plane, so I didn't have clothes for the majority of my trip. The worst part was the attitudes of the gate agents and customer service reps toward all the passengers. Perhaps they couldn't be outwardly apologetic to avoid liability, but there was no excuse for them to be cold and dismissive."

Pros: "We got off the ground very nearly on time, and the captain was communicative about our short delay. The entertainment options were good, and on this particular flight - though not the one in the other direction - the food was quite tasty. (I had the artichoke cannelloni.)"
