Cons: "We boarded the plane late, sat on the plane for almost two hours before taking off (because of maintenance issues) and then waited to get to our gate upon landing. This happens to me almost every time I fly United."

Cons: "Paid an up charge for a seat that didn't recline; guy next to me was farting all flight long"
Pros: "The plane was large and roomy. The employees were great. If the amenities that they offered would have been working I could have possibly given five in every category."

Cons: "Plane was small and cramped. So small you could not get a carry - on in the overhead bin. Also I did not receive an electronic scan to get on the plane. Wasn't I supposed to get one ?"

Cons: "I couldnt figure out their wifi to check on my connecting flight. I could get other stuff to work on it but couldnt find flight information"

Cons: "My Flight was delayed various times, I was put on standby twice. When I looked for help I was left waiting at an empty united counter for half an hour until an employee decided to show up and offer no assistance. This has been the MOST unprofessional and stressful airline experience I have ever dealt with. Never wasting my time purchasing tickets from united again."

Cons: "My flight out of Chicago was cancelled. I hate when they lie to you that it was weather related. At the time of my flight to White Plains at 1:50 PM there was no snow in Chicago or at White Plains, Moreover the 6 PM flight left to White Plains when it was snowing both here and there. The only option given to me was standby on the 6PM flight. So, I had to cancel my flights and it ruined myu weekend."

Cons: "I sat in 3A. Almost every passenger getting onboard hit me with his or her bag. The guy across the aisle stepped on my foot. There simply was not enough room for people to move in the aisle."

Cons: "First of all the flight was delayed for hours for no reason then the plane got packed because it was delayed so they kept on selling tickets to fill up the plane because the plane was half empty all of a sudden the plane was full of people no more chairs I tried to get the exit row from where you do a check in to get your pass to go through security my credit card was not being excepted nothing wrong with my credit card it worked totally fine in the airport restaurants and for other uses I had to use for but it would not work to upgrade my seat to an exit row united is the worst airline ever seen in my life I am a little bit big for normal size I totally understand that but when you have people that are big like me not that big I'm only 61 230 pounds I was put all the way in the back would not be able to fit in my chair for a four hour flight and when the plane had three exit rows available and the crew for their flight 395 United from Chicago to O'Hare October 18 I will never forget this day totally beautiful day in the city Chicago United Airline decided to delay to make more money I understand it's good business but there are people arranged for the flight do you have available of time therefore now the plane is totally full understand you're trying to make more money this is not the worst of it here comes so when I asked to get the extra chair because my credit card was not working when I got my pass to go through security at that point the exit chair was $67 to upgrade I was totally afford was willing to pay because I understand my size but then when I got to my flight into my airplane that's the airplane Stewart to allow me to get a extra chair and I told her I would pay for it then the lady came and told me a ridiculous price told me $149 not acceptable was not able to afford double the price when I already purchased a ticket and was willing to pay the $67 that's one issue on how the plane flight started when we are sitting on the runway for over one hour and not moving something is wrong with the plane they're saying then we should not be waiting over four hours of delayed then we should've been put in on a new plane fine you're looking to make more money this is good business whoever was the decision-maker of tonight needs to be fired from United or O'Hare airport when all of this is going on don't forget now I am the last seat on the airplane but cannot fit in my seat my knees are smashed against the seat the seat that's not decline it is the last row in the airplane now i'm totally not comfortable that's fine so now the store is giving drinks and taking orders for people to eat or order their food when the story gets towards the back she says we are totally out of food packs we only have snacks which is peanuts after a delay of an airplane I think you should understand it's obviously the people are hungry in the airplane for your mistake there are kids that were on the airplane crying there was a lot of chaos in this flight"

Cons: "United is a bare bones airline with poor everything. Flight attendants that project ther roll MAINLY as safety technicians, uncomfortable seats (not to mention right packing. Booked this flight when it was listed as Luftstansa, but should have made another choice when I saw it was United."
Cons: "The flight was canceled with no explanation or an offer to reschedule. The next flight available was tomorrow afternoon which was not acceptable. When I asked customer service about a refund I was told to go to the website, but it was not guaranteed. Highly disappointed."

Cons: "Our flight was 2 hours late, the customer service was horrid and didn't even acknowledge people who needed help at the front desk. They we're too busy talking to their coworkers. We then get on the plane and it's old, run down, and the take off and landing were the roughest I've ever encountered. Nobody was remotely professional and we landed after our rental car company closed so we had to go back to the airport the next day. NEVER FLYING UNITED AGAIN!!!"
