There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
Despite stating in my search that I wanted a checked bag and pretty sure I added one during my ticket purchase, when I wanted to check in online I realized that the price I payed did not include any checked bag and I will have to pay extra for it at the airport. I also didn't receive the option to choose vegetarian food during the check in so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal provided by the company. On the plus side, we had enough space inside the plane to get 2 seats for ourselves and the seats were comfortable. The crew members were really friendly and helpful.
Business class is very poor , old seats with a iPad as tv…others companies offering better quality

Cons: "At the time listed for boarding, there was still no information on the screen, which was anxiety-inducing. This meant that in instead of being able to leave our portion of the terminal (where there was no restaurants), we stayed there to make sure we didn't miss any information about changes."
Pros: "The crew was helpful and I was not lost as to what was happening, they were polite in dealing with us even though we missed our flight because air Antilles."

Cons: "Didn’t have to pay a bag fee from Miami to Paris but had to pay 100€ each for two bags to come back?? Extortion and infuriating. Most likely will never use you guys again."

Cons: "The experience at the airport for check-in was terrible. The website would not allow advanced baggage check-in so we were forced to pay full price for an additional price of 100 euro (unbelievable) and then the credit card machines were not working so we were expected to go and find cash to pay."
Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

It was cancelled. And Kayak/Kiwi pocketed the money. Competence, ethics and customer service would be an idea.
There was nothing to like about this airline and everything needs improvement

Cons: "it was too hot at the waiting gate in San Juan and the flight was delayed for about one hour and fifteen minutes. the terminal building smelled of mold."
Cons: "the arrival process in San Juan was horrible. passengers walk in the sun towards immigration and customs is way too long. Standing and waiting in line at immigration without any immigration officer took almost 25 minutes. that was horrible."
