Cons: "Our bags were lost going to Rome for a wedding and our cloths were in the bags for the brides father and sister bridesmade. No updates and the have my phone number and email address. You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!"

Cons: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of ‘weather’ from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

We were delayed because an fight attendant failed to show up, and there happened to be another off-duty flight attendant passenger on board who volunteered to work the flight so that we could still depart on time. Real thoughtful dedication!"

Cons: "I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD MY FLIGHT BECAUSE I WAS ONL,Y 19 MINUTES EARLY RATHER THAN 20 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK-IN. SOUTHWEST WOULD NEVER BLOCK A PAYING PASSENGER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHECK IN 20 MINUTES EARLY. I PAID $600 FOR THAT FLIGHT AND WATCHED IT SIT ON THE RUNWAY WHILE I WAS BLOCKED FROM BOARDING. IT WAS 20 FEET AWAY FROM ME IN THIS TINY AIRPORT. MY CO-WORKER WAS ABLE TO GET ON, BUT I WAS A COUPLE OF STEPS BEHIND BECAUSE OF RETURNING THE RENTIAL CAR."

Pros: "The entertainment selection was prolific, with many many movies to choose from including recent releases. The staff provided plenty of beverages to help the time slide by nicely. The seats had both USB and 110V power outlets which was awesome. The entertainment systems work with regular iPhone headsets which was good."
Cons: "Couldn't get our meal preference selected, Iberia page for the flight check-in didn't work at all, getting a page not found error. Then after calling Iberia, and getting the AA confirmation managed to at least get into AAs web site for the flight, but now it was apparently too late to change our food option, and AA wouldn't work with us at all, the phone agent event LIED on the phone suggesting we could talk to customer service at the airport to have them provide an appropriate meal option. The customer service line was CORDONED OFF at LAX, and getting help out of their agents was like trying to get blood from a stone. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, even than Comcast. Then, I guess this ticket is economy minus, you have to pay more for seats that aren't at the total arse end of the plane. WTF. Economy means economy, not the back end of economy, but now you gotta pay to "upgrade" to regular economy. I can't imagine what that must have been like for families of four with children who are being extorted just so they can sit together. Then at the airport, despite having been assigned a gate, the plane came into a different gate, and we're just sitting there slowly wondering more and more why there aren't many people around. Finally we have to go ask another airlines' desk where our plane is at (it never had a correct gate assignment on the monitors) to figure out where we had to board. No announcement, no agent at the old gate to direct passengers to the correct place. Upon traveling to London on the red-eye, they proceeded to keep the plane completely dark the entire trip. No attempt to help passengers adjust to the destination time zone at all. Trying to open a window resulting in being curtly asked to close it. Jet lag on eastbound transatlantic is bad enough without the airline making it worse. On the return journey the line for the gate was around the corner AFTER boarding had started, and people couldn't board in any sort of order. My entertainment system crashed, when they finally came round with food, I could ask them to reset it. Having paid for the Wifi, which is fine, it's an add-on service, it was difficult to connect to, my phone really struggled to bring up the sign-in page, and I had to reboot my laptop three times, clearing my browser cache to get it to connect. The connection and payment screens were very slow, which was because the wifi overall was very slow. I am sitting on the plane waiting to hear from my father about his critical surgery with my phone dropping on and off the wifi due to slowness and extreme packet loss (>50%). I had been hoping to get some work done on the flight, so much for that idea, I couldn't maintain a solid VPN connection for more than 5 minutes at a time. I will never fly AA again unless they are the last option at a non-horrible price. This was an emergency trip as it was, and booked through Iberia; thanks for nothing Iberia."

Pros: "The pasta coming out of Frankfurt that was served on the plane was actually phenomenal I have never had that kind of cheese spaetzle in an aircraft before absolutely excellent. The desert choice of the crumble tart was also very good. The roll was cold as usual in economy class. The rap served as pre arrival meal was also very good. This was by far the best food I have ever had and economy class I have never encountered this food traveling from the US to Europe but traveling back from Europe the food is often better. This one was phenomenal."
Cons: "Selecting the entertainment choices was very very sluggish to the point where I just discontinued trying to find a show to watch. On both flights, going to Frankfurt and then returning from Frankfurt those international flights, the video or entertainment was very slow to select. I also noticed in some seats it wasn't working or people also just gave up. I did however like the fact that some shows we're closed captioned, that is really helpful because sometimes it is difficult to adjust the sound to to be able to clearly hear the conversations in the movie. Subtitles definitely help. I wish all of them had subtitles. The boarding is okay and I understand all the emeralds and rubies and platinum's Etc, but sometimes by the time group for get seated there's not always enough room in the overhead compartments because people tend to put all their bags their. And some people still take oversized bags that should probably be checked this is quite a nuisance."
