I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-((((("

Cons: "The luggage’s handler was probably throwing all the luggages around which cause my items to be broken. I have informed the counter staff of my fragile item yet I was shocked when I saw what has happened. I would appreciate if some compensation will be given."

My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

Cons: "Food on the four different flights (from DFW to Doha on to Cape Town and then from Johannesburg to Doha on to DWF) was not good at all. Timing of meals, food all below expected. One flight attendant trying to serve both meal and drink to each person took a lot of time. Snacks offerings were almost non-existent. Those of us traveling on three connecting flights with no time to purchase food nor water had a rough time of it. Would not fly Qatar nor connect in Doha again unless absolutely necessary."

Pros: "The crew were so nice. But flights are very long, and coach is incredibly crowded & uncomfortable. Beverage service is frequent and generous with a good variety of fruit juices, soft drinks, red or white wine, etc."
Cons: "Using the video screen is a mystery tour - badly programmed. The Doha airport is an architect's Ego Trip and badly laid out, extremely long walks to get anywhere, ferocious prices for anything (carry snacks for your layover!). The smoking lounge doesn't even have a proper exhaust system so smoke permeates the terminal in the vicinity. Plus 4 bar stools hogged by rude, arrogant young Arab men who have NO respect or consideration for elders, disabled, etc. Incident with boarding passenger in Saigon was VERY badly handled & delayed departure over an hour, risking connections for a number of passengers. They cannot handle things well, yet crew is basically nice, kind. Food is AWFUL; saving grace is fresh fruit, roll & butter, yoghurt - the nice little side dishes."

So whatever horror stories you have heard of about European Iberia flights, the one I took was fine. But the airline's crew is being let down."
Cons: "In Chicago, our flight was delayed at least three hours for a "GPS update." The crews said the software wasn't even handshaking. Okay. But I have a feeling this is common, and wish the airline would figure out a way to conduct updates, safely, without impacting everyone's schedule. My wife flew through same connection on the same airline a week later. And her flight was canceled. Maybe for the same issue? Unsure. It could have been a a bad luck streak."

Cons: "My seat was considered "Premium." The pull out table was dirty and broken. Was not able to use it for eating or holding a drink. Food was inedible. Plane was old so there were a few screens for the whole cabin. The screen was poorly located so unable to watch programs offered."

Spent almost an hour with agent to get two bags checked for free. Iberia flight operated by American allowed two free bags. Agent took awhile to discover this was correct then she got locked out system. There was no regard that we had a flight to catch. No individual TV's."

I'm 6'2", not a freak, and my legs were jammed against the seat frame in front on this new dreamliner Legroom AND seat width both markedly less than the short haul Airbus on our fist leg. To get one of the last 'extra room' seats would have been 179.00...rediculous. This was abuse."
