Cons: "Extremely unsatisfying, to the point of not wanting to fly BA again. If I had not had previous satisfaction with Kayak on other flights, I might not use it again. They my bags for 3 days and had hideous communication about it. Had no feeling that anyone could be reached about or that anyone cared at all. Late takeoff again. There was an impossible amount of time left under even the best curcumstances, to go from one flight to another, resulting in flight being missed and being sent to another city and losing my money on ground transport that was prepaid. The communication issue is the worst of it all. Massively frustrating."

Pros: "I need to have leg room because I have a high risk for blood clots and need to get up frequently. I selected an aisle seat when I purchased the ticket, but this was somehow lost in the system and I was assigned a middle seat. Fortunately, an attentive desk agent found me an exist row window seat that was sufficient."

Cons: "British Air overbooked the flight; I checked in on time but there were no seat assignments left. I went to the gate anyway to try; the gate attendant kept me waiting for a seat so long that the gate closed. He was not nice. His colleague booked me on a different flight to LCY airport (instead of Heathrow). But that different flight got diverted to Manchester. So the fast that BA overbooked cost me an extra 6 hours and $140 to buy a train & tube ticket to get back to Heathrow. The fact that there was not a single smile among the staff, and I had to argue to even get on the second flight, is inexcusable."

Cons: "We were unable to order special meal online and were told to contact onboard crew for meals. When we contacted them inflight, they said they don’t have meals!!! And we were left to starve the whole night, while food was served for all around us. The really shocking thing is none of the crew had the courtesy to offer some snacks or bread. These especially when we were seated in business class!"

This is on Kayak because none of your information indicated anything except a British Air flight. We asked several people and finally figured it out only they changed the gate at that point and we almost missed the flight after sitting in the airport for three hours"

Cons: "the older plane did not have personal air vents and it was hotter then I would have liked. Also being in the last row of a section allows us not recline as much while the people in front could recline more, which made for a cramp feeling during the flight."

Cons: "Paying for something basic to drink is something you'd espect on Spirit airlines not British Airways. The cabin crew and gate agents were rude and inconsistent with their behavior. They used to be full of class and unfortunately they are now trash. If I have other choices I will most certainly not choose BA."

Cons: "No food or beverage served on this 1.5 hour flight unless you paid extra. Not even water. Had to pay extra to select seats. You could wait until the day of the flight and do it for free. I wish I was informed of this before purchasing the non-refundable ticket. BA "customer service" was absolutely no help on this front and merely reiterated their policy. They are NOT a premium carrier and their practices have relegated them to bargain carrier status. I will not fly BA again."

Cons: "I was in the premium economy section, which was definitely more comfortable than regular steerage but the 777 cabin was old, and the amenities out of date. No plugs for phone or ipad charging; the in flight entertainment system was buggy and the selection was very limited. There was one drink service. Even business class looks worn out and tattered. No wonder the Gulf based airlines are eating their lunch."
Cons: "When we went to check in on 6/30, the website said all legs of our reservation have been flown. We had to call British Airways and then the booking company (Webjet) to finally get things sorted out. British Airways counted our flight from JFK to CDG as a "no show" but in reality, we had just missed our connecting flight because of so many delays at JFK. We had received no notification from Webjet or British Airways of these changes and were told that our taxes were refunded for the return tickets."

Cons: "There was a massive delay and I stood in line 6 hours to rebook. Because of the long rebooking line, I missed multiple other potential alternative flights that day and had to spend an unscheduled night in the suburbs of Glasgow. Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed."

Cons: "The food was absolutely atrocious. There was not one thing that was even remotely edible. Even the bread was cold and hard. It was abominable, as it always is, in my experience on BA. Even worse than American Airlines and that is really saying something. If there had been some crackers or nuts or cheese, or something like pretzels, it would have been nice. The effect is that British Airways looks stingy and upholds Britain's old and actually outdated reputation of being absolutely terrible at food. The entertainment was not working on the seat that I was sitting in, except for some awfully old TV programs from a million years ago. I tried to listen to the music but it was terrible quality. On the seat next to me the entertainment was available but very difficult to navigate and the screen was snowy/blurry. The reading light was positioned so that it was very uncomfortable to read by it."
