Cons: "The flight from LAX Ron Istambul was delayed for 2.5h, then the flight from Istanbul to belgrade was delayed by 3.5h. Then we learned that our luggage did not arrive, after waiting for all the bags to come out. This was by far the worst flight we have ever experienced!"

The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."

Cons: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

Cons: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

That made it spacious coupled with a relaxed pace of passengers and crew. The lunch served was quite tasty and satisfying. No hassles about carryons weight or size. Electronics aboard seemed to work fine for those interested."

The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding."

Cons: "My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you."

Pros: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Cons: "No leg room and as usual I had an uncomfortable 6 hours with my legs jammed against the seat in front. Having spent $900 on the flights I am not going to pay another $81 for the 'upgrade'. Also, even as a slim person, the seats are crammed together so we all knock elbows and I am disappointed that all the airlines continue to reduce space. Arrival at Logan, Boston was a nightmare...2 hours to get through passport control, customs and baggage pick up. Don't fly into Boston at 9pm Saturday night! I flew outbound with AerLingus and the leg room was better so I will look to fly with them next time."

It was very frustrating, esp when there were 3 people working in the world club section when that line has fewer people in the first place. I suggest having the world club staff taking some of the regular customers and alternating with the world club members"

I would have much preferred a fresh salad with fresh fruit as a dessert and a simple meal of vegetables grilled than risoto and pasta. Too much starch and too heavy. Also, the entertainment choices of movies in English were poor. I would have preferred great classic movies that can be watched over and over than new ones with a low rating. I only watched one movie. Also, found the map hard to navigate and understand. Landing was painful to my ears as usual and not sure anything can be done about that. I did take a pill to help with the pain."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours because maintenance needed to change a tire on the airplane. The delay would have been acceptable if it wasn't for the excuses the airline offered. First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."
