Cons: "Due to my husband’s knee replacement, he is always taken to another area to be searched and checked while his wallet and all of his valuables ate left on the conveyer belt unattended and could be stolen by anyone. I grabbed his stuff but they didn’t know who I was. They need a more secure policy."

Cons: "For a first class flight, I think they gotta change everything. Concorde lounge in london outdated, bad food, no snacks.. on board monitor was so low in resolution that watching was a pain and movies with subtitles impossible to watch. Compared to LH Air France or any Asien Avery bad"

Cons: "Cramped, bad seats. Every time the guy in front of me shifted in his seat he bumped my knees and even sent my drink flying into my and my seatmate's laps."

Cons: "The plane was at the gate for almost 2 hours due to the fuel tanks - apparently the engineers didn't know which tanks were refueled. Sounded a bit weird. I bill at $800 per hour - I think I should be compensated for my time."

Pros: "Six years ago, after a very bad experience with this airline, I swore never to use BA again. However, this year, because of my children, I found myself on this airline again and had a very positive experience. The flight was on time, luggage was transferred without a hitch, the food was excellent and in-flight entertainment had a great variety to choose from. The 747 provided a very steady flight experience. Personnel were reasonably helpful. Continue this kind of service - it will help you remain successful."

Cons: "The boarding process was everyone for themselves. No priority boarding at all - except for handicapped. After that, it was catch as catch can - even if you were first class or business class. The audio selection was the most sparse I've ever seen. Only 5 titles in classical music. Also, the movie "library" had only 5 choices. The flight map was a dated version. On other BA flights, there has been excellent attention to detail in Club World. This one was very poor."

Cons: "My wife didn't able to travel. She is on h4 visa and when we tried to checkin at airport staff said she can't travel because she doesn't have valod visa in her passport for us. I tried to explain to staff that her h4 visa is her us visa but didn't accept. I have no problem with uk policy but atleast britiah airways should let is know when we booked ticket that you need visa on your passport. I will never ever travel through british airways."

Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."

Cons: "They ran out of the meat option for my meal. Understandable but I couldn't eat the veg option either. The flight attendant literally said to me that they had no other food on board - a complete lie of course which I didn't appreciate given the $1500 ticket I paid for the flight."

The TV monitor system broke down consistently so could not watch a complete movie. Captain apologized and kept rebooting but it didn't really work. Long, boring flight with no entertainment..... not what we are used to these days."
