Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.
Why no entertainment? Also water should be free, it is basic human right.
