By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Cons: "Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told "you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit." When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. The airline rep in charge of my group refused to tell us any information, however, only admitting after we got confrontational with her that we had missed our flights. She then offered no information about what would happen to us, telling us we'd find out when we got to the rebooking counter. Very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to wait for another 24 hours for the next flight, necessitating that I would spend the night in Qatar. I was put up in a hotel that was decent, but again that offered very little in terms of customer service. We were given an $80 meal allowance, but despite me not using it, I was nickeled and dimed in other aspects to where I ended up paying $20 to help reschedule a flight that I had missed in my destination country. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and mostly due to poor communication and very cold, almost robotic interactions with the QA staff on the ground in Doha."

Pros: "I flew from Bali to Doha and then Doha to Dulles after an 8 hour layover. Both flights operated a Boeing 777. The planes were spotlessly clean both flights. The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Cons: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

No justification or any reason were given to us. We are travelling with a baby. We had to get a taxi to return to our home and return back to the airport after 4.5 hours. But still the leg room would have been ok but the middle seat (second row behind the bilkhead row) had the front passenger's entertainment system arranged across the footwell, not sideways, so it completely blocked the footwell and prevented any stretching of the legs. I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. Cons: "What they get wrong- Taking the Doha to Manama flight is like riding the commuter bus from New Jersey to New York City in the U.S. You get there, but that's about it. The waiting area is too small for the number of flights and quantities of people processing through. Many passengers were sitting on the floor while awaiting their flights. Not classy. The boarding process is tedious, and, inefficient, with people cutting in line, others trying to re-negotiate seating while getting their boarding cards scanned, and others not allowing room for additional passengers on the bus that takes you out to the plane. They get on, and block the doorway, so that they can be the first off when we get to the plane. It seems like no one is interested in making this quick and easy, so we can leave on time. That's the other thing. How can a local airline, named for its country, not leave on time? We were delayed about 20 minutes, waiting on people. Just leave them behind! Stick to schedule!"

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

This other woman and I had a second plane to get onto, and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get to the next plane ride because the first plane ride was pushed back like around 10 times or so. This is my first experience with American Airlines, and absolutely do not have a good impression whatsoever. I do not support this airline because it is clear that they do not value their customer’s satisfaction, wellbeing, or schedules."

This is on top of poor customer service from the gate agents and a long delay on our outbound flight. Will not choose to fly American Airlines in the future"

Cons: "The biggest problem I had was that the gate was changed and I wasn't notified. So I had to go from Concourse A to C, then back to A. Thankfully, I gave myself plenty of time and everyone was helpful."

Pros: "United made it so easy to check in & get our boarding tickets. We were traveling with a child and it was a good first time experience!"

Cons: "I am handicapped. Boarding agent abused me. Made me walk to plane on tarmac in stocking feet. Asked for wheel chair and was denied. Have congestive heart failure and could hardly make it on the plane. The man should be fired. Deputy sheriff with him was just as bad glad to go into more detail with someone. Will report united to govt. small Airport would not ever be reorder."

Pros: "They double booked my seat and forced me to sit in an emergency exit row. Pretty sure this is against FAA regulation."

Cons: "I nearly missed getting a cup of ice as the refreshment cart went up the isle. The attendant tried to give me a small sack of "snacks" instead. I had to repeat myself, over the back of our seats, two more times before I got my cup of ice. I said Thanks! But the look on the attendant's (male, black) face said I wasn't "welcome"."

Pros: "I liked that the crew were very helpful, they assisted me to my seat and showed me where to put my bags, It was my first time flying in such a big plane."
Cons: "I didnt like the lack of leg room, I am a fairly tall person at 6 feet 4 inches tall. I didnt think there would have been a difference between economy and economy plus, but economy has barely any leg room and the seats in front of you still recline their seats while you struggle to get seated comfortable."

Pros: "Loved the snack! The plane was small, so when we hit turbulence my bottom actually left the seat....SO glad I had my seat belt on, fun ride."
Cons: "It was a bit hard to get up the stairs, would like to know ahead of time if I have to go outside & climb ."

Pros: "The seats were very comfortable"
Cons: "The flight attendant took our order but didn't return with our drinks for another 10-15 minutes (I expected more in first class, probably wouldn't upgrade on a shorter flight again). The blankets were not as good as the other flights I had been on."
