My flight being automatically moved messed up my travel plans, and I had to quickly find an alternative mode of transportation. I couldn’t get a refund from any of the companies involved. Kayak, Ibiza, or Vueling. I am still unsure of how to settle my concern.

the seats were bad and uncomfortable and the food was not tasty.

It was budget airline Veuling, even though we booked Iberia.

Was all good.l including a sofdrink. AA improved significantly. There was no entertainment.

We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.

It was a good flight overall. Nothing to add. Keep it up!

Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

Arrived on time. Great crew. Good food. Luggage delivered promptly
