Cons: "Panamanian TSA has a second checkpoint at each gate. This means you get the general check we are all used to, but at the gate there's a second patdown and x-ray where liquids purchased inside the terminal are discarded or you have to exit the gate area to drink it! People had to give up their sealed, duty free bags and we had to give up our cans of soda we had just purchased. Fuller disclosure- in Spanish and English- should be given to patrons at stores and BEFORE entering the gate to avoid displeasure. We know drug traffickers are slick, but innocent people don't appreciate the inconvenience. My son's blunt tip, plastic, safety scissors were also taken at this airport because of the thin "blade" affixed to the plastic, but it left the USA in his school pencil case without any issues on our way there."

The film was the same one shown Southbound, not as listed in magazine. Also I was given an exit seat and was literally the first person in line that morning to check in but when I boarded I was told I had to move my seat because I didn't speak spanish... So why assign me the seat in the first place. Also flight was delayed about an hour and a half NOT due to weather conditions."

Your crew on the ground and in the terminals in Panama City are running scams! Beware! Very disturbed by this and plan on sharing this on social media as a beware to copa travelers going through or to Panama City! Literally set up check point at ramp to plan confiscating stuff bough in the terminal after already going through security!"

Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Ultimately I was rebooted for 2 days later with various bits of inconsistent info along the way. What a circus that was. Worst part was the departure time of the return flight. Lufthansa and United (codeshared) showed 10am as the time on some screens but 11am on another. I still never understood the actual schedule."

They should pay us a cancellation fee like they charge us when we cancel. Incurred additional expense getting to Manchester, NH. Not happy with United."

Pros: "If it weren't for the convenience of a non-stop flight, I would not fly Frontier. I call the airline "Fleeced Here." They nickel and dime their customers for everything. Seat charge when checking in, carry on bag charge, charge for soft drinks and asking the customer for a 15, 20 or 25% tip for a service that once was part of the flight attendant's job responsibilities. The trip added approximate$ly $150 more to my flight. I will keep that in mind the next time I choose a carrier. My $176 ticket bloomed to $325 before I got home. :("

Seats are plastic buckets with no recline (which to be honest is great from the tall guy sitting behind you) covered in a very thin layer of pad and leather. No headrests, which means if you're taller than 6 foot, good luck being comfortable. Tray "tables" are a joke, it can barely accommodate a glass of water. Oh, and water? That's the only thing free with Frontier. Glass of OJ, Sprite, maybe Bloody Mary mix? Nah, you can pay for that. Brought headphones to plug in and watch a movie? Too bad, there's only the gray plastic in front of you. Basically, don't fly Frontier if you can afford not to."

Cons: "Boarding was completely disorganized. The attendant shouted the boarding order which was completely ignored. Our flight was delayed but we didn't know because because the sign indicated that it was "On-time" because we were held in a holding pattern for more than 45 minutes our plane ran low on fuel and we had to be diverted to Colorado Springs to refuel. Because of these delays we missed our connecting flight. We stood in line for more than an hour to see when we could fly out. We were told the airline would not compensate us for a hotel room even though the next flight out was not to be until the afternoon of the next day. Because of a convention in town there were NO hotels available. I am a 70 year old woman and I had to spend the night in the airport with my grandson. I have not had any sleep and we are still waiting (3 & 1/2 hours to go as of now) for our flight out. Because Frontier does not partner (I think this is likely the other way around) with any of the other airlines we could not even get a flight with one of them. Beyond that the seats are plastic with barely any padding and most uncomfortable. I will NEVER use this airline again. I am outraged."
