The caretaker of the person didn’t care about the uterine in the seat that I brought to her attention. The man seated in front of me complained about the odor and pointed also noticed the uterine in the seat. I accidentally put this info in the comments on my flight from medellin to panama. This took place on this flight."

Cons: "This way the worst travel experience I have ever had. Arrival/departure with Kopa was the make unorganized thing I have ever witnessed in all of my travels. I literally felt like a prisoner during the boarding process while getting absolutely no communication from staff."

Cons: "From LA to Santiago ok, from Santiago to LA (Panama stop) terrible. 7 hour delay and gave a $10 voucher to buy $8 bottle water, what a joke."

Pros: "I was seated in exit rows both ways, so there was more leg room. I really liked that they gave one full meal during the flight and then a snack just before boarding. It is a long flight, so no food - or just piddly snacks - would have been miserable. The movie selection was good."

Cons: "For business class, I expected my seat to recline more. The footrest didn't extend much, and it wasn't really conducive to sleeping... my feet/legs were very uncomfortable. I expected better than that. Also, I tried to use the entertainment screen & it didn't work well; then it froze & wouldn't work at all."

Pros: "I am a premier member of other airline and they treated me bad (gate counter). On the way to Ecuador, they have placed me in a group 2 however on the way back home is different. I asked for the change the group number since I am a premier member of the Star Alliance. People at the gate counter weren't kind at all, especially in Panama City International Airport."

Cons: "Panama gate, there were not enough seats, one had to stand, or lay on the floor. LAX, did we land in Inglewood? We had to bus to the terminal (which made elders carry their luggage up steps); it had to stop every time we were within certain feet of a moving plane, your staff telling people to move closer on the bus, when we were already packed in. It added a much longer time to the trip, and I saw COPA planes attached to the terminal, unfortunately we were not one of them. I paid for the upgrade, which was fine, buy the Panama gate, and the bus situation was bad. Health & happiness..........."

Cons: "I did not like having to sit on the floor while waiting for the plane to board. After going through screening, we were held in a room that had about 75 chairs for a plane that held over 150 passengers. room and seating was way to small for the passengers boarding the plane."

The first time resulted in a two day delay and they tried to blame my connecting flight when , in fact, they had oversold the flight. The reps at LAX were horrific. The only She was awful. manager refused to talk to me about the issue as she had other customers to take care of...devil spawn. No help. I had to call the online number to get another flight and they tried numerous times to talk to her but she refused. Yet, I would see devil spawn on her phone laughing and joking and talking... but too busy to help the consumer. She was awful. Horrible."

Pros: "The service was ok but they seemed like young jokers who were there just for their job (money) and less to make our experience good. They were always hanging out and laughing in the back."
Cons: "Someone should remind people in English and Spanish that the screens on the back of the seats are light touch. The lady behind me kept pounding in it until I asked her nicely not to and I think she didn't speak English so she just looked angry and shrugged me off. It was quite a problem for me."

Cons: "Copa 302 dumped us at the LAX terminal's immigration processing area along with 500+ passengers. I'm guessing that passengers from 3 or 4 other flights just overwhelmed the immigration staff . Cons: "I think the boarding process could be improved. Alaska Airlines boards from the rear (after 1st class and mileage partners) and that sort of helps the bottleneck in the middle. I would have liked more choices of movies...but, gee - I managed just fine."

Once we got to the airport, our seats were given away to someone else. They placed us on row 17 an exit row!!!! Once we got to the gate they had to reassign us to another seats, they told me we cannot all sit together. I started complaining and final placed us on row 10. After takeoff we realized the seats on this row does not recline!!!!!! We had 6 1/2 hour flight with 2 kids with NON recline-able seats. It was trip from hell.... the staff at the check in were rude, unprofessional and lied. Next, time I would not fly with an airline that can not deliver 4 seats."

"My flight from Lima to La has been delay for 2 hours l has to run because l had a conecction from La to Phoenix of course the airport was a mess because it was under construcción. My coneccion was delay again for 45 minutes! Well l made it l guess! The landing was horrible!!"

Cons: "7:50 am flight, arrived EZE 5 am as instructed, boarded plane at 10:40 am, missed connecting flight and spent 14 hours in Lima, shuttled off to a hotel 1-1/2 away, for a 2am flight. Arrived next day in LA and missed shuttle. Both legs very poor service on and off airplane, added security for having to enter Peru complicated and delayed things further. LAN used to be the best to SA, LATAM is the worst, never again."

Pros: "- Flight in bound to Peru + 7 hrs late. Family of 4 separated. - Flight in bound to Cusco Overbooked. Sent us on a different flight. - Return flight from Cusco Bumped (+4 hrs late), promised voucher and upgrade due to all the previous issues. - Return flight out bound from Lima. Would no recognized any of the promises nor the inconveniences of the other flights and the promises. (In Lima all was denied by the land people but they kept on sending us from one person to another for over 3 hours until the final minute when all passengers where on board they said they could not do anything). Family was separated once again."

Cons: "our flight from LAX to Montevideo was delayed by 8 hours, making us miss our connections. We arrived day late. Our luggage a day after that. Our friends went back home on another LATAM flight from Buenos Aires that was delayed. They were flown for 2 days around South America before making to LAX."

Cons: "The seats are small and too close together. I sat behind a woman who reclined her seat into my face the entire flight. I could not put my tray down to eat. Very uncomfortable."

They had assigned 3 people to my seat which was an isle seat I had chosen upon purchasing my ticket 5 months prior. I was changed to a middle seat. They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

Pros: "A good amount of room, really enjoyed that you could check in two 23kg bags free. It helped a lot with the carry on baggage issue (lack of space, too many people wanting to put their too large bags in the overhead bins). Good entertainment selection, they provide headphones which is nice. Comfy blankets. The crew was attentive and patient."

Cons: "I showed up to my flight from Lima and was told by Latam that my flight wasn't in their system. Due to the late hour and lack of customer service agents by the time I was able to get to the front of the line (phone calls didn't go through to anyone) the time had passed for me to even check in. According to Latam, Virgin changed my flight and forgot to rebook my return home. I ended up sleeping at the Lima airport, paying out of pocket almost $2000 and having to fly through Miami. No one took responsibility for the fact my ticket was changed and I wasn't informed - unacceptable."

Cons: "Coming from the cuisine of Peru, I expected the food in coach to at least not taste like rubber and have some variety. A ham and cheese pastry for dinner didn't quite cut it. At least they offer free wine and beer."

Cons: "Everything. We never made it to the last flight because they cancelled our flight home, stranding us (myself, husband and 2 small children) in Ecuador. I have traveled extensively for almost 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such a terrible company with such shady employees. It was unbelievable and we aren't the only ones. Just take a peek at their social media accounts. They don't allow reviews anymore but there is a community of people who have been stranded in South America by LATAM and the link is easily found. They seem to have a ploy to try and get people to buy extra tickets. Seriously a scam. Stay away!"

Cons: "When buying a flight price and the airline on which I fly are the two most important factors.... LAN transferred my flight to AVIANCA and the food was terrible and the flight attendants weren't very friendly in general. The experience was not very enjoyable"

Cons: "Even though it was the same exact plane at the same exact flight. All passengers had to get out, go through a security check point, then wait in line to board again. And at boarding all carry-ons were searched by hand, proving that the security check point is useless."

Cons: "We would watch other people on the plane across the aisle or in front of us get food options but when it was our turn to be served the flight attendants just handed us whatever was closest without asking our preference. If something is unavailable just say so."
