We had a long flight and there were no reading materials to purchase at the airport so we were really looking forward to watching a movie and were so disappointed to find that you couldn't see anything but shapes moving on the screens in front of us. im not sure why you would even offer a movie if half of the people on the plane can't even see the screens."

Pros: "The fact that I did not have to disembark in Trinidad was.the highlight of the trip. The flight attendants on both legs of the journey were very courteous and attentive. Comments from the captain in the cockpit were also pleasant and informative. Carribean Airline is improving in my estimation, especially in their treatment of Guyanese passengers. Thanks a bunch!"

Cons: "On arriving at the check in at orlando, there was a sea of humanity and no one telling which line was for the various destinations. On the return from kingston they had me send in my checkef luggage then asked me to weigh my take on luggage. Fortunately I was within regulation but if i needed to redistribute my things should I throw stuff away because my valuables were in my hand luggage."

Pros: "Overall I found this to be a good experience. The flight departed and arrived on time, which is always important to me. The flight was too short for food and entertainment."

Cons: "Hated the fact that I had to stand in line for over 1hr to b checked in due to the system being up n down. Manager at station refused manual check-in. There was no web-check available and manager claimed her didn't know it didn't work while the person combing the line told me that it was not working since December. Pilots also didn't communicate on a timely manner. They were told of a 1hr delay after pushback but neglected to tell pax. I was not happy to say the least. How could I forget having to stand in a second line to pay for my additional bag after the 1hr wait to be checked in"

Cons: "I had to wait little too long for my luggages, this is going to Trinidad and comming back to Fort Lauderdale."

Cons: "I checked two bags and one of them had food in it so I specifically asked that it would be marked priority so that it would arrive. Unfortunately non of our bags arrived. Not only did my bags not arrive non of the bags from any of the Caribbean airlines passengers arrived. They have a luggage lag and only luggage from people who flew previous day's was on our flight. I was disappointed that I was garanteed to receive my luggage but then not to have received it."
