Cons: "My flight was delayed because an attendant had to be swapped out, then the replacement was stuck in traffic for an hour (why not have all attendants ready on-airport?). Comically, we taxied on the runway for over an hour, which caused more delays with the plane needing to be de-iced. Figured I'd put all that behind me, but then the flight experienced one of the worst turbulences I've been in. We jerked through the skies many times, and the pilots weren't reassuring. Thankfully we landed okay, but not after being late by multiple hours. Also, JetBlue needs to invest in its planes, esp. its Couch section. I felt like a pretzel with on room to breathe."

Cons: "Jet Blue provided 5 sequential delay messages over an hour. Their inability to better estimate departure is disappointing. The real problem is that delay was caused directly by the airline's incompetence. There were no weather issues, the takeoff spots were available. They simply failed to load snacks. Although there WAS a minor prior delay bc a slightly late plane arrival, we eventually were delayed about an extra hour to supply snacks on a 4-hr flight. Given the ground crew had EXTRA time to load and also considering the tiny set of options offered, this is senseless. Further, b/c they ran out of overhead bins, they offered to GATE check my luggage. This was essentially a lie - they put it with checked bags, unlike the gate checked items I watched others retrieve. The combination of these errors led me to arrive at the car rental desk after closure. This caused me to incur a taxi fare, so spend 30 min or so working out an alternative rental the following day, and then yet ANOTHER cab to the Car Desk to get the car. This is the only time in my hundred or so car rentals anything like this has happened. I will certainly think twice (or more) before booking Jet Blue again."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny."

Cons: "Annoying and time consuming to discover that I couldn’t check in for my flight anywhere besides the counter at JFK because I had two layovers and that JetBlue and Hawaiian had completely different itineraries for me. And then when the flight attendant who checked me in mocked my 2 layover itinerary and said there was a direct flight to HNL from JFK leaving later that morning, she at least could have tried to sell me a seat on that flight, rather than rudely laugh at me “I guess you can only do what you can do” like I was too poor or something. That was annoying. I’m bored of the JetBlue snack selection it’s been the same for years."

Cons: "To start, the plane was delayed due to inflight crew getting in late which is fine.. but our departure time never updated and the attendants were transparent but never mentioned a new time. After onboarding we got stuck on the tarmac due to traffic. Flight took off with turbulence to start and finally after 45 mins we got bottles of water. I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. I was offered neither and we only received chips 1+ hour into the flight. One of our TVs broke and the crew wasn’t helpful in an alternative... Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status.."

Cons: "When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!"

Pros: "The atmosphere was just right for flying except when I entered the Aircraft I was totally turned off when I encountered a woman and her child and her carry-on pieces was already established in my seat 2A. She did move when I requested but what got me annoyed she had me locked in my seat because all her belongings remained in the passage way making it difficult to make my way to the restroom. IN MY OPINION THIS WAS A SAFETY HAZARD. I had every reason to suspect that she is known to the captain because he came to greet her. ERROLD"

Cons: "From the time I got to the gate 90 minutes before flight to the time I got off it was terrable. Delays before boarding with no explanation then the same continued onboarding. First it was waiting for bags. Strange when there's a 2 hour+ delay that all the bags weren't there? Then waiting for paperwork followed by the part they needed was incorrect and a new one was on it's way from the hanger.. Finally departed 1 hour plus later. The plane was an old cattle car. Free TV didn't work right, so at did not recline (no it wasn't an exit row.). Most of the crew and gate attendants were rude and indifferent except for on flight attendant. The entire row of seats didn't recline at all. She was very apologetic and acknowledged it was uncomfortable especially on a 5+hour flight. She did offer us something to eat, blankets earbud. Still my back was killing me upon arrival at Phoenix. JEt Blue. Get your act together. This is unacceptable."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 6hrs 30 mins and changed departure gate twice. At no point was there a gate change announcement overhead (there were gate change announcements made for flights to Bermuda, Boston and San Francisco). During the boarding process many people stood and went in before their group was called, one agent noticed it and told the agent checking the boarding passes “all of these people are group A?” To which the other agent replied: “no, but I can’t do anything about it”. If there are group assignments, they need to honor that, as some people pay to board earlier."

Pros: "Cabin crew were great at looking after us and we had plenty of legroom in coach!"
Cons: "The entertainment selection was a bit limited and there was no wi-fi."

Pros: "The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."

Cons: "The flight took off two hours late. We were suppose to arrive at our destination at twenty minutes after midnight, and instead did not arrive until 2:30 a.m. You felt like the pilot got on the plane when you did with no planning involved on how to get to Austin. I later learned that Jet Blue has the worst on time record of all the airlines. And you got nothing to compensate you for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed in Kayak for not making it known on our ticket that we were flying from New York to Austin on Jet Blue. When buying my tickets on Kayak, it appeared on my itinerary that all my flights were on Iceland Air. It was very confusing to me, as I don't travel very frequently. And airport staff is not very helpful when you are in this situation. Due to all the confusion, I will probably use another airline search tool for my next trip to see if I can lessen the confusion."

Pros: "Seating is spacious, food was okay, entertainment was sufficient but not the best. Overall I was impressed with Jet Blue and will most likely fly with them again in future."
Cons: "Didn't like a huge argument taking place between one family which held the flight up by at least 30 minutes. The crew were very patient with this family, but the passengers were not. I think the family should have been removed and asked to take another flight so that my flight could leave on time. It made everyone very nervous because we didn't know to what extent this conflict would escalate, so we had to sit listening to 3 or 4 members of the family arguing and constantly removing passports from luggage and going back and forth in and out of the plane. One member of this family actually entered the cockpit, which unnerved me because of the risks with terrorists these days. The family appeared to be of muslim descent."

Cons: "I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled."

Pros: "Literally the worst flight I’ve ever been on in my life."
Cons: "We were seated behind a woman who brought a sick cat into the flight. The stench of cat feces was overwhelming. When we addressed it with the staff, they were incredibly rude. I also shared that I had a very significant cat allergy. The staff continued to be incredibly rude, and eventually offered a single seat in the back, which would not accommodate the two of us. The woman next to us also expressed her extreme discomfort and was condescended and disrespected, as well. Shocking, miserable experience."

Pros: "The entertament options from new releases to tv shows was good .."
Cons: "The staff was disorganized and seemed a bit frantic at one point they announce a need for a doctor on board .. we where never told that the passanger was allright .. There was a chilld who sat behind me that kick my chair the entire time and stuck his hands in between which where sticky in between the seat over and over again grabbing me he was loud and sick with what seem to be a cold and kept touching me though the seat would not listen to the adult that was with him i understand that he is a child but this went on the entire flight which was over five hours my back is still not ok .. snacks where serve late into the filght once.. staff was not friendly..."

Cons: "Direct TV didn't work -- provided only one station, with a constant scroll across the bottom of the screen promoting the imminent start of movies that we're impossible to access. And even this one station would disappear from time to time. None of the seat-mounted controls worked -- including channel, volume, brightness, and music. And you couldn't even turn the damned thing off so it glowed in your face all through the overnight flight. In short, a terribly boring 6.5 hours aloft in terribly uncomfortable seats."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed three hours because of air conditioning malfunctioning on the plane. We sat on the tarmac for almost two and a half hours, and it must have been around 85 degrees on the plane. There was a lot of miscommunication about whether we would be switching aircraft. They finally told us to deplane because we were probably going to switch planes. After 15 minutes in the terminal, we reboarded the same plane. Got to LA 3 hours late so had to deal with horrible rush hour traffic, which we had hoped to avoid had we taken off on time."

Pros: "The convenience of landing and being so close to home. Only wished there were more flights avail with better times."
Cons: "1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 5 hrs. Not the airline's fault but waited in the help line for over an hr before the agent told me there was no earlier flight I could be placed on - she was incorrect. Pointed out that there was another flight that had also been delayed and therefore hadn't left yet - she agreed, put me on standby. At the gate, the boarding crew did not know what they were doing. The plane was 20% empty but crew made situation very hectic by giving standby passengers seats, taking them away, and then realizing there was actually enough room on the plane. Crew was friendly but incompetent in terms of problem solving."

Cons: "First thing, when i arrived to check my bags the lady giving help was useless, i was really stressed and i asked her some questions and she was answering upset, then i found a guy who help me to do my things there. In the boarding there wasn't any space for my things, my carry on bag and my personal item .. i was trying to get some help to one of the guys working inside the plane because the top compartment was full, when i ask him he just say that space is for all in the plane isn't suppose to be space for you there if some other guest took it.. I was really upset because i paid for my flight ticket and it was included my carry on and my personal item.. otherwise i know there is more people in the plane but is not like i brought more things than the ones i paid for... if you don't have capacity for all the guest you should say it before... The flight was delayed with an hour.."

Cons: "TSA held me up with a 30 minute bag check so I arrived for an 11:30 AM flight at 11:16 AM. I was told that because I was a minute late they wouldn't let me on even though the plane was still in the runway and connected to the terminal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent disappeared for 10 minutes while the plane took off. I then went to go speak to a customer service agent who wouldn't even look at me while I spoke. She actually started listening to and talking with another agent while I was talking to her. Then when I was finished, she started arguing with me until another agent said "he's not worth it." JetBlue just lost my business."

Pros: "The crew was helpful."
Cons: "Flight was over two hours late. No excuse was given. Original Departure time was 9:30pm. Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv."

Pros: "We got to our final destination."
Cons: "We needed to wait for "just a few minutes." The Captain said. Then, no other communication at all and we left over an hour late for a 45-minute flight, no explanation. I hate when they leave you in the dark and aren't upfront. The connection from Emirates to JetBlue we had was almost impossible. Two healthy adults, arriving on time in NYC with two hours to make a connection. With walking as fast as possible and not even going to the bathroom, we barely made the flight. Customs. Change terminals. Go through security again. ridiculous."

Pros: "The people who worked there were professional. The other passengers were nice."
Cons: "The seats, even the upgraded ones, didn't recline sufficiently to let my head drop back. This meant that for a period of four plus hours, I was stuck in an incredibly uncomfortable sitting position -- tilted slightly forward, via the placement of my head. And it also meant that the only way to try to sleep was by pitching forward over the tray, hunched forward in a way that didn't allow me to breathe fully. I tried slouching down, and it didn't help. The way that the lumbar was positioned also pushed me forward. The pillows were too small to lift my head much off the tray. Perhaps it's my height and weight. If I was shorter or taller or thinner, my options might have increased. Regardless, if the airlines are going to squish us together, they might consider how to give us some flexibility with regards to placement of back rests, like we have in cars -- adjustment of lumbar curve."

Cons: "I was disappointed in the boarding, I traveled with my young daughter and infant son and when they announced those who require additional time, handicap assistance,etc I proceeded to board then all these other folks also jumped up skipping me and my children when it was not their turn. And the gate people allowed them to do so I had to be the one to say excuse me we were here 1st. On top of that when we landed back in NY I heard my stroller get tossed and discovered when I got home it was broke. So upset!!!"

Pros: "It was a short flight"
Cons: "Everything about the stews reflected that they'd much rather be somewhere else. Boarding was made into a ceremony worthy of the Papal Stations of the Cross - for God's sake, you were only boarding 40-odd people! Food...??? You're willing to SELL me junk food, water?!!! Far and away the worst aspect of this flight, though, was the ticket counter personnel, timing, process-boundness. A. the counter did not open until 0930 for an 1130 flight....you require me to be present 2 hours prior to takeoff, yet your people are not available to service B. the woman at the counter forced me to check luggage that I have carried onboard aircraft all over the world with no flack from anybody, my protestations notwithstanding C. she then explained that our checked luggage could and would not be checked through to our final destination and when I protested that I had had no such issues coming east and could not understand why we were having this conversation, she referred me to "policy." Malarkey. Want to hear something funny? The bags ended up being checked all the way, making my departure from the secure area to claim my bags at JFK pointless, and necessitating my submitting to security lines and scrutiny once again. As I said to my wife at the time of this debacle, if Aer Lingus is the only airline flying US-UK and a rowboat is my only alternative, please pass me the oars."

"Old plane. Zero leg room. Dour staff. Turn lighting on repeatedly on redeye - spend half the time making useless announcements. Impossible to sleep even if you were in 1st class."

"I had to cancel my trip because of COVID delta. My brother who I visiting got scared and didn’t want me to visit. I paid for insurance that you provided through your site. Allianz hidden in terms that canceling because of COVID fear isn’t covered. I was never offered insurance through delta on your site witch I would have bought. Delta isn’t even giving me a credit for a flight and keep my money. What a scam and I’m very disappointed in the services I received."

"Boarding was on time (if not a little early). The flight was unfortunately not properly catered for snack boxes in main cabin. This is likely a one off instance, but it’s a long flight for no food options other than pretzels and Biscoffs. Service was attentive and friendly. This particular flight offered Delta’s DeltaOne lay flat first class seats. Would highly recommend. Flight left on time and arrived early!"

One always had to wait in line with 3/4 people in front of you ..at minimum….. while you waited , the crew made it clear that you were in their way …. Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

Cons: "My daughter was booked on this itinerary and was finishing her last leg of journey. Complete ticket was booked thru Delta Airlines. Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? Pros: "I paid 60 bucks for an emergency row exit, take get some extra leg room and space so that I would be fresh when I arrived in Munich. However KLM allowed a passenger — who did not pay for the emergency row to sit next to me because he needed the extra space because he was a liarge man, and clearly didn’t fit very well in the economy seats. Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Cons: "When my flight with American Airlines cancelled, I felt so panicked because I needed to be in Florida on Saturday night. But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Impossible to rest due to lack of space. I tried to put my head down on my tray table but couldn't since it hit the seat in front of me. Mid flight my 13 year old daughter got back spasms. Upon arrival we could barely walk and looked like two old women limping down the jetway. No idea how a tall or larger person could have even sat down."

Cons: "That we had to sleep like homeless people on the floor of JFK airport as the airline was not able to provide for a crew and therefore cancelled the flight. The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

I barely even spoke to her except to make sure of my vegetarian tray to which I got the nasty reply "You'll have to wait because I don't have it with me now". If I wasn't so focused on sleeping as much as I could I would have written her name down. No complimentary cocktails for Preferred Seating? Seriously? What did I upgrade for exactly? Literally four inches of space? Late, rude, money sucking industry who holds no accountability for wrong doings. Don't get into the Health Industry.. you'll kill people with this flippant attitude. Bleh.. I doubt I'll fly with Delta again. The thought of having to do so turns my stomach."

My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!"

Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."

Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline."

Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours."

The flight attendants showed up about 30 minutes later, carrying bags of food from the resurants in the airport. I understand the flight attendants need to eat, but our flight was delayed prior to their landing and this added an additional delay. In total my flight was delayed about 2.5 hours."

I live in NYC so can get myself around, but kayaks pushes were infuriating as I am traveling with a wheelchair guest and your System is sending out the INCORRCT information. You almost caused my mom to miss her flight, which would have been very bad for medical Reasons."

All attendants were hanging out together in back for first part of trip discussing personal issues. Then moved to the front to hang out and then the pilot came out to hang with crew! Who is flying the plane!!! I will not be flying this airline again! Who is in control of the safety of these passengers? No staff on that plane even looked up! Most view I saw was the back side of the agents heads. Let's not add the fact of carry on costs of $45 each way AND you have to pay for everything you eat or drink on these flights! Literally the saying goes "it costs peanuts" I mean a few peanuts! For crying out loud you have to pay for peanuts! In my humble option a few very low cost items could improve this airline... they should make those changes effective immediately if they want to see higher reviews."

Cons: "We had all sorts of issues with this trip. I booked flights months in advance because I liked the flight times and the fact they offered a direct flight. I was then contacted by the airline to say that they had to change the flight times, which unfortunately no longer worked for our trip as we were leaving on a cruise… Both the departing and returning flights were affected. This caused us to have to stay an extra night in Orlando as the flight was too early for us to be able to depart our cruise ship and get to the airport. They did offer us $50 vouchers per passenger for the inconvenience but that did not nearly cover the cost of the hotel or transportation that was needed. Boarding for our departing flight seemed fine. We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before our flight with no issues. However when we arrived in Orlando the airline had lost all five of our suitcases containing everything we needed for our week long cruise that was departing the next day. The airline could not tell us what happened to the bags or where they were, or when they would arrive. We were forced to spend our extra day in Orlando shopping and replacing clothing items and swimsuits for the cruise. It was a huge pain and inconvenience and put a huge damper on our trip. They did offer a reimbursement amount per passenger per day that we were without luggage but I have a little confidence that I will ever see this money. The lady in the baggage office was as helpful as could be but it was clear that this happens far too often. I also did not like how you are nickel and dimed for everything on this airline… You have to purchase seats to ensure your family will get to sit together, pay a higher amount for checked baggage than other airlines, pay for carry-on bags ( in retrospect I should have done this since they lost our checked bags) and you have to pay for any drinks (including soda or juice) and snacks while in flight. This was our first time flying frontier airlines and the whole experience was a major turn off."

There were no forms of entertainment on the flight, not even airline magazines, which made for a very tedious 2.5 hour flight in less than relaxing seats."

Cons: "I chose a $50 piece of cardboard to sit on, that didnt recline. I knew some of the exit row seats dont recline. But I figured the furtherest ones back might since they wouldnt be blocking the actual exit when they recline. There was no notification when choosing this seat that it doesnt recline, like other airlines have. I think you need to let people know this when paying an extra $30 for a "great" seat. I should have just picked a seat that reclined for cheaper, since all the seats are the same. They all are paper thin."

Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly. I feel like they put a lot of focus on ensuring they're friendly, responsive and have a nice sense of humor to make up for their airlines terrible timing and equipment."
Cons: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Cons: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

Pros: "Arrived at airport at 940 pm which was great because we were early but didn't get off the plane until almost 12am due to an airplane being worked on at our parking gate and also had to wait for local sheriffs office to board the plane to escort a lady off the plane when we finally did park and during that time the flight attendants were yelling at the paying customers because they had their phones out. One flight attendant even smacked a phone out of someone's hands! Will take a miracle to get me and my family to ever fly frontier again. Worse flight experience ever."

Cons: "I booked my flight then reserved and paid for my seat a few days later on Dec. 4th (a month before my flight). I chose an exit window seat because it was a red eye and I wanted to be as comfortable as possible. I received a confirmation email with my seat number. The day of my flight I checked in online and they made me choose a different seat than the one I had already chosen. I again chose a window exit seat but had to pay a difference of $4. I got on the plane looking for my seat 11A only to discover that there was no row 11. They put me in a non-exist row! They then asked me to sit in an aisle seat because that was the only one left. The flight attendant told me to go to the desk when we landed and get a seat refund. I got to the desk to meet a very unfriendly woman. I told her my situation and she told me I would have to call customer service. Never flying Frontier again! How could I possibly be assigned a seat that didn't exist?! I talked to some other people and they said the same thing happened to them."

Pros: "I really don't understand"
Cons: "It's too much delay that cost me almost my job. I had almost 7hrs transit in Denver and the plan has been parked there for almost 7 hours and when we start to depart, all frontier employees start doing things they supposed to do an hour a good. I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."

Cons: "No info given on ground for delayed Flt. Said "on time" departure and it was already past departure time and hadn't boarded yet. Waited 45 minutes at gate, no announcement. Preceded to runway, de-iced, no announcement. ( my seat mate , southerner hadn't known what was happening). Servive and attitude was definitely a 1 and pilots were first off plane. This was on top of our Orlando to Denver flight that was delayed 8 hours with no weather related cause. We had to rebook on another airline. Frontier said, every flight is only a 50% chance of on time departure!!!! Way too much for 79 year olds. We are an airline family so recognize the "care less" attitude. Never Frontier again."

Pros: "(1) Waited almost two hours for checked bags at the Denver airport. (2) They double charged me for carry on on the return flight ( I had to call and wait on hold for 45 minutes to get a refund after the trip). (3) my friend had to take a train back to Iowa after boarding return flight to Iowa because flight was cancelled due to no pilots available (4) my return flight to Orlando was delayed 2-3 hrs so my arrival ended up being 3:30AM. Weather impacted but larger airlines would have adjusted better. Horrible all the way around and I rarely complain about travel or service in general."

Cons: "Everything else. Horrendous customer service. Two legs of the flight were delayed for hours (both for mechanical reasons). They had no other flights to my destination but they would not rebook through another carrier (there were nearly a dozen flights on other carriers) or refund my money. They do not recognize FAA Rule 240 (which I know they don't have to but most airlines do under these circumstances). They looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. I spend 9+ hours at the Denver airport through no fault of my own and I got to my destination at 3:00 am the following morning (instead of the originally scheduled 10:50pm -the night before - arrival time)."

Cons: "Didnt have someone at the gate to check my luggage or even to put in on the next flight. The security then took all of my stuff since I had to try and take it through the tsa and check it at the gate. Overall annoying and I would like to have my money back for the bags that I didn't use!"

Cons: "I was checking in on my app while I was on my way to airport. Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before departure time. The app didn't work and keeps on telling me the app has error. I restarted phone and everything. I had to check in at airport with no bags. When I arrived, there WAS NO ONE at check in desk. I was standing at empty security checkpoint and I could see my gate. The frontier employees were at gate early and never came to assist me. I waited for an hour until my flight left. You can imagine how furious I was- ridiculous for me to have this kind of experience. Thankfully united airlines got me on plane. Never flying frontier again."

Pros: "I like that the flight attendants seemed like they were having a good time."
Cons: "I didn't like that there is very, very little leg space on the plane. I didn't like that Frontier sells itself as cheaper than other airlines, but then charges $25-35 to bring a bag on the flight. Virtually every person that flies has a bag, so the "cheaper" flight is actually just as expensive as any other airline. Also, on a 4.5 hour flight from NYC to Colorado there were zero complimentary drinks or snacks. This, again, adds to the price and makes it the same price if not more than flying with a possibly more desirable airline. As we were boarding the flight, Zone 1, 2, 3..etc were called but they never called Zone 4, just assumed everyone would get up. The woman directing the boarding process just walked away and never came back to welcome those passengers as well. This was the first time and certainly the last time I will fly with Frontier. Unfortunately, selling yourself as a more affordable option should come with reasons to keep your new customers, not give them countless reasons to pay a little extra to fly with someone else. The business model here feels a little scammy, as a consumer. I assume you will be able to keep customers for a while through selling yourself as the more affordable option, but people are smart and will catch on to the fact that is a bit deceiving."

Cons: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party. It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags. The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."

Cons: "2 direct flights, 15 hrs in delays, first delay the staff flight attendants, were discussing among the passengers waiting how they were going to claim distress do that it wouldn't hurt their pay because they were going to "time out". The first delay was made wor service because we then we're waiting on staff to fly the plane. Your meal vouchers didn't work at a restaurants in the Orlando airport...in Milwaukee the restaurants were closed by the time we used them there....When we arrived in Milwaukee our luggage was wet. I had white pants and shirts that were water stained....traveling with 6 people on the return flight was miserable. By the time we got a flight out it was midnight . The flight attendants were so loud the WHOLE flight talking about their personal problems. It was 2 AM and they were VERY VERY inconsiderate that we had been waiting 7 hours all day even though they may have been just starting their day. It was very very RUDE. So we were given 100 vouchers?? OK well my husband and I are both school teachers. We can't plan a trip in 90 days . We have our summers free. So they'll expire in 90 days. Wow, thanks a lot. Also. You can't use them for baggage fees? That's a crock. We have 6 people. I'll spend almost $500 just took get our bags to and from somewhere and that's with the voucher"

The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."
Cons: "The fact that you pay for a ticket then you have to pay for a seat then you have to pay for a checked bag, then you have to pay for a carry on if you wanted to bring one, then you have to pay $2 for a soda which I do not drink anyway, pretty soon you'll have to pay to get a cup of water. Im glad I can bring my own water on the plane. And my own food. 2 Hours the desk opens before a flight? the line was crazy. I will never fly Frontier again. many people I spoke to said the same thing, they wont either. Cons: "I was drawn to Frontier because of the cheapest fare, only to find the add-ons pushed my round trip fare up $159.00. This is the first time I had to pay for any seat, but the seats are hard and they don't recline. My departure time was delayed two and a half hours. There was another 40 minute delay at arrival gate because the gate didn't work. My luggage was lost on my return flight, but returned speedily the next day. Your staff was great. I would return (if I needed to) for any one of those events except for the add-ons. I felt tricked into paying more."

They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. Cons: "The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!"

Pros: "Read the fine print. This airline is cheap for a reason. There is a fee for carry on bags, and nothing is complementary. Seating is randomized unless you pay extra for a preferred seat. I opted for the cheapest option, no carry on and a random seat. This placed me at the back next to the rest room, but that's how it goes. Seats were very small, with the least leg room I've ever experienced. Thankfully, my flight was only 2 hrs long, and though we were delayed boarding 30minutes, we still arrived on time. Crew was very friendly and the plane was clean. I would recommend this airline for a short flight in which you have no luggage!"

Cons: "This was my first flight with Frontier. I didn't know that the seats do not recline, there is no wifi, and you have to pay extra for literally everything. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra for all bags (I've never heard of anyone charging extra for a carry on) when I purchased my ticket. I chose Frontier due to the affordability of the fare, however once the extra fees are taken into consideration, this was no longer the lowest price available, and there was certainly no other reason to make this airline stand out as preferable over other airlines."

Again, the boarding process seems like it was purposely made to be more horrible than it ever needs to be. I felt like steerage with the seats being so extremely close together. Again, the training of your flight attendance needs work. This flight a passenger asked about the seats reclining and the FA said they're "pre-reclined". Really?! That is extremely insulting."

Cons: "It was a 4.5 hr flight and i was1 degree from breaking a sweat the WHOLE flight. I talked with the stewardess twice. The first time she said she would adjust the thermostat. when she opened the door to the thermostat i noticed it was set to 74*. There was no change in the plane temp. i let it go on for about 30 more minutes and pressed the service button. she came back and turned the light of quickly. I asked to purchase a cold water to cool down, then asked her to feel the air coming from the vent. she had a few words with my wife and said she didn't design the plane, then turned and walked away. VERY uncomfortable flight. Seats were too close as well."

We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment! Could have made snacks and non alc drinks free. NO NO NO. We had to pay another $11 for water, apple juice, food and GL of wine. SERIOUSLY. WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT??? Missed several opportunities for "Little things that count". Give all $300 to one of us for a free ticket-we won't be flying with our grandson again. I will give you a chance to fix that. Pros: "1. Easier to board because much fewer luggage is brought on board. This is because they charge $40 each for the larger carry-ons. The smaller item (fits under the seat) is free. Best way is to check a large bag ($30 when paid in advance), which is cheaper than the carry-on. This is all made very clear on the website. 2. Also, we did not pay extra for a seat assignment, to see what we were given. In both flights, we were given decent seats together. 3. Crew very nice. 4. Very smooth landings."

While in flight I went to the bathroom and saw the two back rows were completely empty and there were 6 other open seats in the isles and window that were not the extra room ones."

Cons: "Ther are now cashless which can be good, but on this particular flight did not work for me. Everything is piece meal priced, even a drink of water on the flight. I wasn't able to choose my seat and ended up in the last row in the center seat in front of the bathroom. The costs for checking or carrying on baggage is completely ridiculous."

Pros: "The people were great, uncomfortable little seats, ridiculous "tray table" big enough for half a sandwich or a drink, not both. Rubber bands instead of a pouch? Ridiculous charges for carry on, head stewardess thought she was a comedian, not funny & really unprofessional. bathroom out of order, empty bottles & wrappers on the floor & on my seat- all in all, adding in flight delay, an utterly disappointing second chance flight on Spirit. Please go out of business & leave the job to other companies not out to make your profit by treating customers like cattle."

Cons: "Usury charges for all services, including seat changes, carry-on prices, lack of complimentary snacks & drinks on board. Major complaint. Long delays (hours and hours). Both flights. One 6 hours delay. Another, 4 hours delay. No prior notification. Passengers were forced to spend down time at the airport gates or be charged for finding other flights on nearby airlines with more timely departure. Just for the record, I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. I didn't save money and I didn't enjoy 10 hours of wait time with not believable explanation. (Sent for another plane to fly the route -- same excuse on both flights) Additionally, check in was ridiculously slow. Two clerks to manage hundreds of angry people. The equipment problem that was used as the excuse to send for another plane was justified by the clerk who was checking me in answered my question with the following statement: "You wouldn't want to fly a plane that could fall out of the sky, right? There is no reason that person should be handling customers. That kind of 'in your face' response to an inquiry about a 4 hour delay is unacceptable. We should have been compensated in some way other than be told 'take it or leave it, at our expense. In this case, an 8:55 p.m scheduled departure delayed to 12:30 a.m. boarding time would have gotten us to our destination (LaGuardia to Ft. Lauderdale) at 3:30 a.m. Our pick up plans would have to be scuttled. That, Spirit Airlines is unprofessional and unacceptable. For me, in my first attempt to fly with you, ended any further booking on Spirit Air. With this kind of performance, you will fail. (P.S. I happen to fly a lot and am a million mile customer on American Airlines and a steady customer on Jet Blue. I'd like my survey review to be forwarded to somebody who will actually see it. Pros: "I literally hated everything from boarding to picking up my baggage"
Cons: "The most uncomfortable seats, nothing on the plane is free (soft drinks, snacks, everything costed money). We waited 35 minutes for our bags to be put on the belt.. The plane was old and decrepit, no tvs or any sort of entertainment. Our flight on the way home was cancelled thank god I bought flight insurance because spirit airlines is BS. I'm surprised they're still in business. Oh and I had to pay for my effing seats AND my baggage, including checked AND carry on bags. I'm never giving this airline my business anymore and I suggest all of you do the same!!!!"

Cons: "They downgraded my flight and waited until 30 sec before the door was to close to get 7 other people they never assigned seats to & rushed them on the plane"

Cons: "I arrived to my gate to be told I couldn't bored. Traffic was heavy getting to the airport and I arrived to the gate 10 min before departure time. The plane was still parked at the gate but two other travelers and myself were refused access to the plane. The lady at the desk rebooked us flights. But booked my travel companions flight for the wrong date. Thanks."

Pros: "Nothing, i got informed the flight was cancelled 1 hour before the flight. They could not get me to take another flight at a later time. Had to pay extra for parking, hotel and food. I was jn stand by."

Cons: "Let's start with the cancellation of my flight from FLL to NYC. You alert me at noon that my 4 PM flight will be cancelled. Thanks, I swear I hadn't booked off early from work and made my way up to FLL so I could beat the holiday weekend traffic. But it's not just my flight to NYC was cancelled, you didn't have any flights leaving South Florida to NYC, or Philly for that matter (trust me, I asked) for the customers who were stranded. So myself and the friendly employee at the front counter finagled me onto an 830 flight to beautiful Atlantic City, where I could then catch a Greyhound to Manhattan later that night. Well, instead of catching that 8:30 flight, it gets bumped until 11. Beautiful. I land in Atlantic City, with a bit of time before my Greyhound because I didn't want to cut the original 11 PM arrival time short, which seeing as I landed around 2:15 AM seems like it was a great decision. I guess I did luck out that there was another Spirit flight to NYC from Detroit that was rerouted to Atlantic City, who you rented a bus for. I managed to catch a ride on that bus with the passengers who were stuck in AC for 2 hours and made it to LaGuardia at 4:30 in the morning. Throughout this whole process, there was nothing done to try to make the journey more enjoyable. I would've settled for a couple of drinks on the plane to be honest, it would've shown some effort on your behalf. So no, I did not enjoy my flight up there. And the fact that my positive statement above was that literally nothing went wrong is meant to be read as a damning indictment of the service I was provided by your company."

Cons: "1.- the charged me for my small carry on 2.- terrible seating,,.. so uncomfortable 3.- unprofessional staff 4.- no complimentary service at all.. fly attendants are there for nothing you have to pay for even a glass of water 5,- check in line are for ever.. if you want to check in online is so complicated (i always check online with other airlines and are so easy and fast) 6.- i arrived to the airport 40 min before my fly and the did not want me to aboard my fly stating that it was late for 5 min bc i needed to be to the airport 45 min before the fly.... that was just the excuse to charge me 200 more .. at the end i spend 360 for a trip that initially though would cost me 150 from NYC to Florida.. that a ripped off.. I WOULD NEVER EVER FLY WITH SPIRIT AGAIN and i would never recommended to any of my colleagues or friends. i was expecting something different since it was my first time flying with spirit"

Cons: "The staff was rude from the gate to some of the flight attendants not all. Poor customer service skills. The 2 ladies at the gate let me stand there for 5 minutes and never asked what I needed. One finally came over rolled her eyes and told me I needed to sit down. I told her no because the flight was boarding and she told me standby needs to sit down and wait . However, I had a boarding pass and simply needed a seat assignment and when I said this she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes again and took my boarding pass. Extremely rude. Inside an attendant proudly walked down the aisle saying "ugh what's wrong with you people and these phones these days." Then proceeded to get on the intercoms and say "I will have them take the plane back to the gate if you just can't be compliant." Were we on a school bus full of children going on a field trip? How about you explain the reasoning and importance behind needing to turn off cell phones and stop use and maybe you'll have more compliance than getting on the intercom and threatening the customers. I have never been on a flight like that and after my flight back home I never will again. Cheap flights or not it was just AWFUL."

Cons: "We were delayed. The plane was extremely dirty and the back pocket in my row was tearing off. Seats feel cheap and a bit unstable."

Cons: "What didn't I like.....everything. There was nothing likeable about this trip. Flight was late departing. Then after boarding and starting to get to the jetway ..delayed due to re-routing by the FAA due to thunderstorms. I was not offered any snacks...the row ignored as the cart was rolled down the aisle. This was the most turbulent flight I have ever taken. Original arrival was 6:35p. Actual arrival 10p. I intentionally took an afternoon flight due to spirits food policy... Needless to say I had no dinner and was in too late to eat ..most establishments closed. Our checked bag was on another turnstile as well as a few others from our flight & we were not advised... Here we are standing around waiting...finally having to find staff to see where are bags were. Overall if the spirit staff had been more helpful.. Possibly offered complimentary snack or beverage I would have been more tolerant but due to the total lack of customer service from Spirit I will never fly them again."

Cons: "They didn't give us seats and no other choice I lost all my plans"

Pros: "My first and last time flying with Spirit, for a multiple of reasons. First of, the flight was delayed over two hours, the gate agents were clueless as to why and how long it would be. Second, the flights attendants were unprofessional. I'm trying to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, but the door wouldn't open all the way because the flight attendant was sitting down, as she saw me struggle to squeeze in, she wouldn't bother to get up. Overall, it's and experience I never want to endure again."

Pros: "the only thing I liked were the passengers"
Cons: "Everything else was terrible! Disorganized gate, disorganized check in, we left 5 hours late and then we were told the staff needed to be changed for this domestic flight, they did not have a sticker on the plane registered so they had to fill out paperwork for an hour after we were delayed and sitting on the plane, there were only two hosts working the beverage service and they only came around one time until the end of the flight to collect trash. It was very crammed and I would never take a Spirit flight again!"
