I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again"

For a daily if their system, they denied service to passenger. This is the second time with them. Last time when another airline missed connection and this time a ticket that I purchased. Doubt if I would, again."

Fastidiously weighing and forcing mutiple repacks of carry-on bags even though well under total limit of checked & carry. (Doha agent told me dfferent rules appied for carrry on 2nd plane even though I asked specifically frm original agent who checked me thru to final dest--insisted I check main carry on even though there turned out to be plenty of overhead room on board). Poor coordination of checkin lines, security lanes, and flow of people -- all fixable with a little forethought, engineering, and better utilization of circulation space -- and much clearer communication!"

Pros: "My flight from Chicago to Doha was late to come in and there was a gate agent waiting for us and two other passengers with a sign when we got off the plane. He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

Cons: "The crew at the ticket counter was quite rude. Our suitcases were 2kg heavier so, in front of them we opened and removed items and then they still made us go through security all over again"

The airplane chairs were small and no leg room, on a 7 hour flight to Barcelona that was exhausting! Couldn't manage to get some sleep at all. Overall, at least I arrived to my destination safe and sound. Thank you!"

Cons: "Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Cons: "I will never ever fly Qatar airlines again. The boarding for this flight in Doha was horrendous. I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

Cons: "Aisle seat Middle Row D, Economy class, very little leg room- 175cm/5’9” - not enough knee space to stretch out without burying your knees into the seat in front- dinner meal was good - snack was subpar - no replacements for snack if you didn’t like your 1st choice - didn’t have that problem but a woman 1 aisle up was rudely addressed by the flight attendant for asking if she could discard her sandwich in exchange for Ramen- the same attendant even loudly told another attendant not to girl this poor lady some noodles - they cost $1 at the store - don’t know why she was holding out and making a scene over Ramen"

Cons: "AA lost put my checked baggage onto a different flight during my layover in Philly to my final destination. After losing my baggage, it took them over 24 hours to return it to me, telling me that it would only be "another hour" till they would deliver it to my house. No airline is perfect, but I don't like being lied to about my baggage not being transferred properly to my final flight, nor do appreciate how they kept giving me vague estimates and round-a-bout answers about my checked bag which they lost in the first place. If I can help it, I will never fly with American Airlines again; they have lost my business!"

We left the gate on time, the seat was comfortable, entertainment was varied, flight attendants that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant, food was hot and very good, pilots got me where I wanted to go, and that little container of ice cream - oh I love it! The plane was not completely full, which made the seating more comfortable than it would have been if the plane was full."
Cons: "I was ushered into what became a very slow line to board. The employee at the end of my line had to deal with a few problems so I ended up boarding close to the end, behind those with higher group boarding numbers than I. Having a single line up to the two boarding employees, would avoid that, albeit make a longer line to begin with."

Cons: "AA didnt give a boarding pass because of an error in their computer. When it was finally resolved the flight was gone and all they could say was sorry and said they would refund the money. They would not accomodate us or try to get us on another flight until they day of the returning flight. Unfortunately because of this my father missed seeing his friends and family who he has not seen in over 40 years for a reunion. We never received notification that anything was wrong with the flight and we were given the run around for 2 hours until they realized it was their fault and we missed the flight. Then they just offered a refund. In my opinion they were overbooked and did this on purpose, because it could have been resolved in minutes. I am disappointed with all parties involved including Kayak because of not notifying us of a problem. Thanks for ruining possibly the last time my father would be able to see his family and friends."

Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Pros: "Original depart for London was 3:15, but when I called from Praque and my friend called from NY we were both told that depart from London is 2:15 and arrival is at 5 instead at 6. It was a mess!"
Cons: "Original depart from London was at 3:15 and arrival in NY was at 6pm. But when my friend called from NY about the arrival he was told that the plane will arrive at 5. I was told the same when I called from Praque. I have to stress that we mentioned the right flight #. When I came to the gate (exhausted) we departed after 3pm as originally scheduled. It was a mess! Otherwise the service was good."

Pros: "My seat changed by a crew when I boarded on the plane and I thought that was rude but then I realized that all the row seats were empty. The newest airplane was clean, nice and had a cool entertainment system. All the crews were very friendly, nice and outstanding customer service especially one of the elder crews (Asian man) was very attentive and caring about all passengers. I hope he will be on the board for my return."

Cons: "Had worse return flight experience. The flight was supposed to depart at 10am. While everyone was boarded, we were told the airplane missing a part. All of us had to wait for 2 and half hours for the crew to tell us that the part was in London. Thus, the flight had to be canceled. Then we waited to pick up our luggages from 12:30pm to nearly 4pm in order to get transported to a 40- minute drive away Hotel. I was starving because I didn't have breakfast as I tried to catch my flight and no food was provided during the waiting time. Plus, the entire day was wasted. Oh well, at least we were provided accommodation for the overnight, 2:40am breakfast, 4am airport shuttle, and 8am flight to get to our destination next day."

Pros: "Crew was extremely nice. I dont' like to fly and the take off was so rough, I spent the whole flight in the bathroom. The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."
Cons: "Very rough take off but that is mother nature not the air line :) Took off almost an hour late. LAX scheduled too many flight to land at the same time, Had to wait on the runway in Reno."

However, once arrived in PHX, the connecting flight was in the same concourse, which was often not the case. So, could easily make the connecting flight. Also, the push by crew to "valet check" carry in luggage was too aggressive, especially since there was ample space to store luggage above the seats, then having to wait 10 minutes or more to retrieve luggage at entryway while being concerned about connecting flights was an example of a poor system for serving passengers when a flight is let."

Pros: "Overall it was a fine flight we were delayed an hour boarding. But this is good because apparently they didn't have a place for us to unload in Boston and we would rather be walking around the terminal in Chicago than sitting on the plane on the runway"

Pros: "I got an upgrade to economy plus for the first time in my life. The supper was good, the service was efficient and the staff was courteous, one of the best flight crews that I’ve had with United flights, and the extra leg room was a great welcome."
Cons: "The snack and breakfast were left to be desired. Upon arrival to destination, we had to wait for one hour and ten minutes for a gate to be available in spite of clear weather. I made my connecting flight just in time. Many other passengers missed their connecting flights. In this situation, it would have been appreciated if there were staff to direct us to help speed up the process, but most passengers with connecting flights were running around like headless chickens and loosing patience as we were left to fend for ourselves. Once again, United managed to drop the ball."

Cons: "The fight to flint was canceled last night beacuse they had no captian. What the heck!!! My mom is a senior citizen and the last thing she needed to be doing was schlepping all of her things to and from the airport in fridged temps. She’s battling a major cough and is now so exhausted!! This is totally unacceptable...not to have a captian?!???! Please respond as to how I will be reimbursed or what I can do to feel satisfied."

Pros: "The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy."

Cons: "United uses very old and inadequate planes for a route between two major financial centers. No plugs for energy, very bad entretaiment videos, no music, unpleasant crew....this was my last try for the coming years, as I sent same reviews before....!"

I definitely saw a lot of people raising their hands...but the crew was there to help out. Kudos to them! And I was in Economy, which definitely doesn't offer much room for a man who's 6'1". However, overall, I was comfortable and not disappointed in my purchase at all--especially for a 10+hr flight."
Cons: "I think the flight was fine. I just wished that for a flight that's 10+hrs, that there would be screens in the back of each head rest, like there is in the domestic flight. I think that makes more sense. I would also be more inclined to make movie/tv purchases, in order to keep myself occupied."

Cons: "I was not informed about the delay until after I checked my bag, otherwise I might have chosen another flight. I was informed that though I could possibly change flights, my bag might not. I have the UA app, and did not receive timely notification. Free WIFI would have been nice as a compensation. A 4 hour delay means I miss my bus and extends my travel time significantly, one more night away from home. You did offer $50 of mt next UA flight for the next year, but I don't fly that often. Considering the reason for the delay was they were waiting for a plane was frustrating."

Both of my knees were on the back of the seat and I was at an angle. The lady next to me looked like she did't like me being turned toward her. Many extra seats including the emergency exit row (that has more room) was available when we took off but I was told we couldn't sit there without paying extra. Cheap 1 hour flight. Won't tolerate it for anything else."

Cons: "My flight from Seoul to Portland, OR was cancelled. They made us wait on the plane for 5 hours trying to reboot the plane and could not let us off during it due to customs which is understandable. However the process of rebooking the flight was a nightmare. I waited in line to rebook for 4 hours. They flew me to Japan, then to Denver and then to Portland without any seat reservations. They didnt want to provide any customer service or upgrades. It took me 48 hours to get back home. The flight attendants were also rude on both legs home. All in all, I would never recommend United for international or domestic flights. They have poor customer service and their planes are always delayed."

Pros: "The crew was awesome very patient understanding and amazing, not having available entertainment like some of the other Airlines in the seat was not very satisfying to say the least"

Cons: "There was no USB port to charge your phone. No personal screens on back of chairs. The flight attendants were the worst crew I've ever met... They didn't even speak the language when 95% of the passengers were Korean. Then they would get frustrated that they couldn't understand. I also hit my call button three times to ask for a pen to fill out customs sheet, but no one came after waiting 30 min. I assumed they were busy, so I got up and walked. But nope, they were all just hanging out in their area chatting and drinking. Ive never written a bad review, but in this case I almost even said something on my way out of the plane because it was just that bad!"
