The experience was among our best ever renting a car. Enterprise was outstanding in every respect. The very attentive young lady we dealt with even accompanied us on our walk-around, looking and noting everything about the vehicle and even using a pocket tool to measure the tire tread. The same attentive treatment, this time from the young man on duty, repeated itself when we returned a few days later. It should be noted that both the value of the deal and the quality and performance of the vehicle more than met our expectations. Every car rental operation should be like this one!

We never received a car. When we got to the budget counter they told us they had been trying to contact us but didn't have the correct number. I'm not sure how that's possible since we provided it to kayak and through the website qeeq should have had it. We received no phone call, no email or text. The person at the counter told us that we would not be charged because they would not be running the credit card so we needed to do nothing further when we arrived and they did not have a car. We have now been charged by q e e q for a rental we did not receive. This is our first time through kayak, what a complete disaster.

They wouldn't let me get a car they said my credit score was not high enough and that I didn't have a credit card so I want to report this to a manager or someone higher up cause long as you have a debit or credit card and money on your card you should be able to rent a car

I was sent an email to remind me to bring my drivers license. In the email they should have included that they do not accept debit cards and only except credit cards. Because I did not know this I was not able to rent the vehicle and my trip was canceled
