Cons: Many things. Extra luggage I’ve paid for wasn’t registered when we checked. Also, Kix and Narita didn’t allow our stroller that is IATA certified to be on hand carry even if it was allowed in our flight outside of Manila.

Pros: We asked for the seafood meal option. Great food and we were served before regular meal service. The ANA staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The economy class seats were surprisingly comfortable and the entertainment options were well-rounded. We hope to fly on ANA again!
Pros: I enjoyed the flight because the flight NH9 wasn't fully booked, I used my next seat too. Also, the crews are generally better then usual, more smile. Food also better than last severity trips.

Pros: From the food (dinner and lunch), to the spacious seats, to the impressive beverage selection, there is little I would change. The small touches, including coming through the cabin regularly with delicious green tea, made this a wonderful flight.

Cons: The staff is very arrogant and only looks for ways to make money rather than providing information and helping. NO COURTESY AT ALL. They made me miss my flight and managed to blame it on me despite my being there 1:30 ahead. I’ll never recommend them.

Cons: "We'd like to buy the noodles." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "We'd like to buy some grape soda." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "I'd like to buy a model airplane." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it.

Cons: Again, crew with poor English. We got boarded and then it turned out we would not be able to fly for at least one more hour. So we set for an extra hour in this small airplane. Why did they board us?? It was better waiting in the airport.
Pros: The crew was friendly and efficient. The check-in was smooth and they explained how to get to the gate location. The flight left on-time and arrived early.
Cons: The plane was very warm and the AC was either turned off or set to a high temperature. There was no cold drinks and no ice on the plane and drink service on the four hour flight was only immediately before and after dinner in a small cup. Bring something to drink with you. Entertainment was a Chinese movie on a small overhead screen with English subtitles that were too small to read. Unlike other flights on the same airline, we were not offered a choice of meals.

Cons: Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates.

Cons: Flight got delayed. They kept telling us different answers all day. We were supposed to take off at 1. Then they were going to bus us to a hotel so they had us stand in line for immigration. Then they had us move back to the sitting area for 5 hours. Then they did bus us to a hotel. Said our flight would take off at 9am the following morning. In the morning it got changed to 3:45pm. Then back to 9am. It was a mess. I understand things happen and of course would alway prefer to be safe-- but the disorganization was ridiculous. I have some of the major food allergies (I.E. Wheat, egg). I was near the back of the plane. The two meal options were beef and rice or seafood pasta. I thought, awesome, I can eat beef and rice. Except that by the time they got to me they had run out of beef and rice. Multiple times they said they had no other options. Eventually they gave me a crew meal, which was appreciated. But hopefully this comment can help them plan ahead for allergy alternative meals. On our following China Eastern flight I told them at the beginning and they seemed annoyed. Just didn't feel like I could win with this airline.
Pros: The crew seem to be very nice people. There are making the best out of a bad situation.
Cons: Where to begin? The plane had no modern entertainment systems. There were no televisions for individuals. The group TV played some terrible just for fun TV show. It's a rip off candid camera. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing more discouraging me being given a kiddie cup for your soft drink. No opportunity to ask for a can, they use liter size bottles. The check and the clerk of shirred me that I was receiving an extra long legroom seat. It was not. Only due to the fact the flight was 70% full was I able to move to a exit aisle seat with long legroom. Then I was seated next to a young man who proceeded to belch the whole flight. I guess that's a cultural thing. Just part of the aura of China Eastern.

Cons: Flight was updated with no other options at all. Original flight was cancelled and they booked us on a much later time. Supposedly, we are arriving in incheon at 8pm. With the updated booking, we are arriving at 10pm. On the day of our flight they informed us that ot would be delayed and we’ll arrive at Incheon at 12mn.
Pros: The flight attendants on the plane were very good very sweet very attentive. I also enjoyed the fact that we got a free meal without a ticket.
Cons: The service at the airports for your company was abysmal to say the least. The fact that I had to pay over $100 for my bag to be checked was absolutely ridiculous. The personnel for Cebu Pacific at the Denspar airport were borderline hostile, racially discriminating and nasty. If you’re airport employees were half as good as the in-flight attendance I would fly with your company again as of right now you couldn’t pay me to get on your airplane.

Cons: I had to pay to get seat selection in advance of 48 hours which I have never had to do for a flight. I should have got a warning from Kayak about this. As it is, that was not needed because plenty of empty seats and could have got window seat without paying for advance.

Cons: The only food I ate all day were the two meals on Hong Kong airlines flights. On the flight from HK to BKK we were served a hot meal of Beef, rice and vegetables. At the time the vegetables tasted a little starnge but I was very hungry so I finished the meal. After arriving at my Bangkok hotel I started to feel unwell and by the evening I was repeatedly vomiting.
