Cons: "We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)"

Pros: "they had top movies, which helped me get through. The staff were friendly enough to not be rude and to do what they were suppose to on the flight. the food was good for the first meal, real chicken. second meal only had pork so luckily I had bought a burger in the airport before boarding since I do not eat pork. All my layover flights were on time with on time boarding/ departure which i Highly appreciated."
Cons: "I did not understand why they would use the same seat design they used for a 2-5 hour flight for a 11Hour Flight!! I had never experienced being that uncomfortable in my seat. I am used to flying 13hours straight but with comfortable and Padded! seats with room to move. the seats were not padded and there was little to no space to put your legs in a comfortable position. My back and neck were killing me in the last 2 hours."

Cons: "Children running around because there wasn't anything to do. Passengers ignoring no food and drink signs. A passenger had a nut allergy so no food could be eaten or served with nuts. I understand this serious health risk, but passengers need to be handed out free of charge crackers or cookies if they were counting on eating their own snack. Passengers were putting both their carry on and personal item in the over head storage and therefore there wasn't enough storage for those would only wished to store one item."

Zero entertainment options, save for BYOD which didn't even work for me - never was able to watch more than the first 30 seconds of anything, provided it would work at all. Also the film selection, had it worked, was wretched. Food was bland even by airline standards. Flight was delayed. I'm used to sleeping on these flights, even flying economy, but these seats were even more cramped than I'm used to. Perhaps all this would be forgivable had my flights been cheap, but no - it was about the most expensive trans-Atlantic flight I've had in recent memory."

Cons: "Tough to have a long-haul flight without functioning seat-back entertainment. Mine never worked. Asked three times about it - three times the system was "rebooted" - to no avail. I told each subsequent flight attendant that it had already been reset - they just "tried" it again. Very frustrating over the course of several hours. No one ever checked to see whether their re-set actually worked. Also, not sure why the window seats now have an arm rest on the window side of the seat - seriously interferes with passenger comfort when trying to sleep."

Cons: "Where do I start? Baggage check in is horrible and long. Wait in line for 1 hr with all counter open. Process just too long and too slow. Unclear of instruction for paying extra baggage. Security at gate taking too long to get through. Seat is too small, a larger person took almost 1/3 of my seat for the duration of flight and he wasn't that big. No noise control in aircraft, couldn't sleep at all (9hrs flight), kids and adult taking, playing like there home. The cabin smell very very unpleasant, due to body odor of passengers. Only 4 restroom for whole economy class, but 6 restrooms for 40 passengers of business class Due to the region of the air liner at, majority of passengers were rude, obnoxious, loud, and really really smell."

This group is probably just a little better Spirit Airlines, which I consider the worst airline I have ever flown on. Also, I had to pay exorbitant flight change fees. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

I paid for extra leg room in an exit row thinking it was the same exit row as a BA plane.... The extra legroom I paid for was negligible, minimal difference noted."

Cons: "The policy of having to check-in in order to have a seat is ridiculous and borderline racketeering. If one pays for a flight, they should get the ticket they paid for. It should not be based on whether they check-in because Air Canada wants to make more money on selling their seat because they didn't check-in. This is unacceptable. Since it's a company policy, my wife and I would enforce our own policy in response: we will choose not to fly Air Canada again."

On our return flight from Munich to Houston we had same choices but it was a different type of chicken - curry chicken - and that was excellent. I would recommend you serve the same thing on your Houston - Munich flights! Seat comfort (bottoms) not so good."

Cons: "I was bumped from my confirmed flight and had to sprint across the airport to catch an earlier flight where they put me in the back of the plane in a middle seat with an entertainment monitor that didn't work. The flight attendant said she'd try to reset the monitor and then never came back the rest of the flight. I also was not compensated for agreeing to take another flight than the one I booked, paid for and successfully checked in for. I also got into Austin later than I wanted with this new flight I was forced to take. Overall this experience was a terrible one unfortunately."

Cons: "First of all I've taken quite a few trips and i normally fly Southwest. Southwest service is always great. I had change of plans and hadon't to fly delta; the crew and the pilot were very rude. I was in the lobby area and i was standing when the pilot of Delta passed by he bumped me and literally growled at me, the boarding process a crew member became frustrated with a family boarding. The plane ride was uncomfortable i am 6'3" tall and had no leg room or shoulder room"

Cons: "Well off the start the air on the aisle seat is horrible, the controls are set underneath the window seat so if you had window or middle you had the perfect seat for air. my seat wasnt working, the seat was finicky and would recline, also the TV controls are in a bad spot but that i really didnt care about. The absolute worst was my tray was broken on the right side so it couldnt hold the weight of my drink or anything so i was forced to hold my drink food etc. I had to prop my leg under the tray so it could hold my laptop so i can finish my work which i didnt get to finish because it was to uncomfortable for my leg. Needless to say ive never had a bad experience flying and i used to say that all the time but i guess i just jinxed myself because that was bad. All it was missing was a crying baby."

Cons: "Flight Attendants took forever to come and bring you water, headphones or something to eat. Seats were uncomfortable and my headrest was broke. I paid for Wifi and it didn't work. Food is over priced. Boarding was telling us our flight was full so please check your luggage but I was row 4 and the flight crew let everyone on with two bags and the last people in 4 and 5 were screwed and upset for checking our bags."

When we scanned our passes at the gate we were surprised to learn she found us seats together with extra leg room! What a treat!"

Cons: "They board us on the plane only to have us wait for an hour for our pilot. That's terrible business to have that many paying people to wait for anything, especially a ride before midnight. I asked a flight attendant if she could let me watch the tv in front of me for free considering the inconvenience. She responded in a very matter of fact tone explaining my inconvenience was not a very big deal and actually lied about the landing time to make my claims sound less worthy. I feel like jet blue, virgin and southwest are the only airlines that still care about the customer and their experience and not just how to squeeze more money out of them."

Cons: "First, my original DIRECT flight was cancelled bc of weather. I was switched to a flight w a connection no joke less than an hour later. Why not just postpone original flight? Then, I had a middle seat. I was in between two extremely overweight people that had no business buying only one ticket. It was clear that there was no room for three people and no one checked in or tried to accommodate. Trying to go to the bathroom was a huge ordeal bc the person next to me was barely mobile. If there was an emergency , it would have been a hazard. When I was able to go to the bathroom (after ten minutes of maneuvering ) flight attendants seemed annoyed when people were in the lane. While this is understandable, it was not possible for me to quickly scoot back into my seat. Overall , this was a terrible experience. Entertainment was lacking. It took about 30 minutes to get any beverages after being requested."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed by an hour and 20 min. I arrived at Dallas for my connector to Austin, 25 min before my departure time. I could have made it, however, the plane taxi'd at the gate for at least 10 min, then the door wouldn't open. When I finally got off, I sprinted to my next gate, thinking they may hold it for a few minutes as there were many people connecting on that flight to Austin, but instead they did the opposite. When I arrived there were other people waiting who had arrived 10 min before the departure time (also from a delayed flight) and the doors were already closed. There was no representative at the gate to even tell us this, until we had waited over 10 min, and when he arrived, he said the doors were closed, and all of us were too late. Why would you close the doors early, knowing that other connectors were coming in. Additionally, on my return trip, my flight was cancelled, and I never received a reason for its cancellation, just an automatic rebooking that put me back in New York a day late. I had to be on the phone for an hour, rebooking a flight that United didn’t have. They instead put me on an American airlines flight last minute that I barely made. This wouldn’t have been so bad if this wasn’t the second time this exact scenario occurred within two months, when my siblings attempted to return home for the Christmas holidays. United is terrible."

Pros: "The United help desk was very accommodating, and the woman who helped me went out of her way to find me a flight with another airline that would get me to my destination faster than the next United flight. She was also kind enough to upgrade the first half of my trip to first class at no extra charge."
Cons: "While my journey was pleasant once it began, I arrived at my destination 10 hours later than planned. I was supposed to have a quick direct flight to Austin from Newark I the morning, and it was cancelled because the pilot didn't show up. There was no rescheduled flight, and suddenly 60+ people were trying to find extra seats on the next Austin flights which were of course also booked. Many people were put on standby, but the next flight was overbooked so not even everyone with tickets made it on the plane. I ended up having a 2 leg, 6 hour journey that left 5 hours after my planned departure (which was a direct 3 hour flight)."
