First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍
I find it was a bit hot before take off. If there is a way to improve the airflow it would be great
Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏
No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment
The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag
The flight crew was phenominal! We couldn't have asked for any better. They were experienced professionals.
Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations
The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class
Wish the seat don’t have restrictions, can’t fully insert backpack all the way inside.

Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
