Cons: "The seat in front of mine had a broken reclining lock mechanism and the passenger kept trying to switch from recline to sitting up and it wouldn't latch in the upright position, so he kept jerking the seatback up and down for the entire 4 hour flight. Also the rows were so tight, and seatbacks were so close together, that the reclining seat in front of me was 6 inches from my face."

Pros: "Flight kept being pushed back multiple times. left about 3 hrs late. Then after boarding and waiting to take off, the pilot tells us a light came on the "dash" and he has to have maintenance come to check it. That takes another 30 plus minutes. Not a good start to the morning."

(Been through Toronto before and thought maybe they had changed the procedure) Airport signage could be improved to accurately inform of baggage pickup and drop off with your connecting air carrier. (Our traveling companions ended up missing the flight home in the confusion.) The airport is going through renovations, maybe it will improve. The flight to LA wasn't stocked properly with food. They ran out of sandwiches/fruit and cheese plates by the first few rows in the main cabin. No earbuds available for those who needed them. Cramped seating. This flight was with BA partner American Airlines"

Flight was cancelled mid-air, so we were returned from the air above Cusco to the Lima airport where there were no other flights departing that evening and no compensation for the inconvencience (no hostel voucher, no upgraded tickets on our next flight, etc). Many people ended up missing their long-planned trip to Machu Picchu as the earliest Avianca could get anyone to Cusco was 11:00 the following morning. The staff was unhelpful, and the lines were incredibly long (about 3 hours). Funnily enough, we were supposed to be on an earlier flight, but due to the length of their check in line, we waited over a half hour in line and when we arrived at the desk 56 minutes before our flight, we were unable to check in (since check in stops an hour before the flight). Truly ridiculous. I will definitely think twice before ever booking an Avianca flight in the future."

Comes down to my shoulders and does very little for my head. Other than that, which the airline cannot help, I really enjoyed flying on Avianca!"

Cons: "United is a poor carrier, there's nothing more to say. I struggled with my check in (I had just had a spine procedure done 48 hrs prior).... and by the time I got help from an agent it was 7:03 am, so... They wouldn't give me a boarding pass for my 8 am flight. Add to that an extremely rude ticket agent who couldn't care less about helping me, and almost seemed to enjoy my predicament, and that sums up my experience with this airline. I will never fly with them again, that's for sure; there's so many other airlines that actually care about their customers, this is not one of them."

Pros: "They changed my layover flight to a direct flight."
Cons: "Had to wait about 7 hours to get my flight changed due to massive line of people and weather.."

Pros: "Ride was ok. Both our flights from Chicago were delayed. No one tried to explain or offer any apology. No one offered to complete anything or offer coupons for meals. I thought that was extremely rude."
Cons: "See above. Very disappointed. There were four of us and my 76 year old father has health issues and was very uncomfortable."

Cons: "..there was a very drunk passenger on the flight. He spilled wine all over another customer. The flight crew kept serving him more alcohol even though he could barely stand with out falling down. Unfortunately, he would shut up the whole trip, speaking in a very loud voice to his seat mate who was clearly not interested in the conversation."

Cons: "PA unreadable, entertainment screen broken, special allergy safe meal lost, luggage didn't transfer to next plane and we actually had to drive back to airport and get it 25 hours later loosing time on our trip,staff apathetic to everything! Will NEVER fly United again!"

Cons: "Seat and leg space could be better due to small number of people flying that short leg of trip."

Pros: "Boarding was pretty quick. The crew was very friendly. I have to say United is one of the best airlines to fly. I really like how they come to offer food/drink, then snack, then water, then coffee. It's nice to have the constant attention. Trash is picked up right away. it's great service."
Cons: "when I just paid 7.99 to watch a movie and the crew makes really long announcements, interrupting the movie. They could make some of those announcements before the inflight entertainment starts. I think announcements should be quick and to the point, nobody likes to hear someone trying to remember what they were about to say. Also there was a problem getting the thing that connects the plane to the building when it was time to be let off and everyone was getting really hot while we waited 30 minutes to be let out."
