My information was stolen, and someone used my card to purchase airline tickets. Everything has been submitted to my bank, and the police. Thank you!!
Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience
The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.
They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.
The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.
The crew was attentive. The food was delicious. The flight was smooth.
We had a wonderful experience overall. The only issue was check-in our luggage at the Split Airport counter. It was very confusing because we needed to pay for baggage.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.
Premium Economy is good value in comparison to Business Class. Not all the perks of Business but a lot of leg room and wider seat and elbow room. Food was very good. I even asked for a Gruner Veltliner wine which was not on the trolley and the attendant went into Business/First to get me a glass. Nice little touch. I would like to have a wider selection of music -- more 70's-80's (guess how old I am).
It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.
The restrictions regarding carry-on baggage is too strict. My wife was forced to check her carry-on bag. Never had this on other airlines.
Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.

Both my luggages were never sent from Istanbul. After 10 hour flight from DC to Turkey and another 12 hour layover in Istanbul Airport, I would’ve at least expected to find my luggages when I arrived in Addis Ababa, but that wasn’t the case. After 2 hours of waiting at the luggage carousel, we were told that our luggages would be arriving the next day after midnight. I was already so exhausted, that I hated having to come back to the airport the next day. Thankfully, I received both my luggages the following day. It’s just, the whole experience was exhausting.
My flight has been changed twice so far. Disappointed with Turkish!
Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again

Was not good experience going to Houston from Istanbul, had to wait about an hour and a half to just takeoff. Disappointed in that part.
My experience with Turkish Airlines was extremely disappointing. I was denied boarding for my flight from Istanbul to Miami because they closed the gate 30 minutes before departure, even though I was present and ready to board. This arbitrary rule forced me to book an alternative flight, not even to Miami but to Atlanta, costing me $1,342.92. Upon arrival in Atlanta, there were no connecting flights to Miami available through Turkish Airlines, so I had to purchase an additional ticket with Southwest Airlines for $270.98. In total, I had to spend $1,613.90 on new flights. As a result, my total travel time extended to 35.5 hours. The flight was overbooked, and implementing such arbitrary rules allows Turkish Airlines to exclude passengers without compensating them, compelling them to purchase new tickets to reach their destination. This practice is unacceptable, and I plan to report it to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate regulatory authorities.
What I didn't like was the flight crew. They were very Rude!!! They need to be trained on how to work with people. I worked in retail for over 36 years and in management for about half that time. And the thing that was Most instilled in us was GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CREATES LOYALTY! If your goal is to be the top airline and move alot people, then you best work on training your cabin crew! I'd rather spend a few more dollars for great customer service than a great ticket price and great treated poorly.
The seat in the 787 was broken and did not keep us in the upright position. Also the entertainment system was broken for some channels and only had audio and no visual display.
Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
There were not enough staff and signage to direct people to Wizz Priority lanes for check-in and boarding. It didn't feel like we were Wizz Priority holders.
They boarded us despite knowing we wouldn’t be taking off for another hour and boarded us into a plane who’s air conditioning was not working properly. So we were sat in a hot plane for an hour with no access to the bathroom getting hotter and hotter. A little bit of communication between the teams would have avoided this.
Crews are great, chill, good snack sets on offer, I didn't feel they play any annoying budget airline games. I will probably fly with Wizz every chance I get it

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.
The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.

The flight was never confirmed, I was not sent a ticket, and my account was charged for this flight. I’m trying to get my money back for a flight that was not booked or confirmed. Terrible experience
Don't fly Pegasus, terrible service at the airport and boarding was really bad. Both flights I took with them were significantly late. This flight had us all changing the gate at the last moment and it was chaos.withour explanation or apology. The planes have seats that don't recline and seats are really hard. The crew on board was good both flights, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this airline. It's not worth it and I won't be flying them again.
The airport staff were some of the worst I've ever flown, and I fly at least 50x every year. From the staff at the gate, to the check in staff, to the ticketing sales staff. My experience in Instanbul was so bad Ill.never fly Pegasus again. They were incredibly rude, dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst if you want to fly a budget airline I'd go elsewhere. The airplane seats are really uncomfortable and don't recline at all, you get charged for every single thing so in the end you will pay more flying with them. The crew on the plane were the only kind people we encountered with Pegasus.
Flight from London was delayed and we had to hurry up to catch the connecting flight to Riyadh
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.
I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁
The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.
