Cons: Crew wasn’t as attentive. While my first flight (I had a layover) seemed extra attention and care was put into the cleanliness and order due to Covid, second flight seemed to be a little overcrowded.

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable. No space. Food made me sick.

Cons: My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers.

Cons: You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case.

Cons: I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers.

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. And it took them over an hour to reroute my flight!

Cons: Paying for simple tea or coffee? I know a profit needs to be made but come on! I was missed completely by the cabin service the first time, and had to ask for tea on the second. I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA.

Pros: The crew was outstanding. They were regularly passing by with water & juice throughout the flight and were very friendly. A+ Also notably, they kept the cabin comfortable instead of the sweat lodge from my previous flight.
Cons: I get that it’s Heathrow and not BA, but the random extra inspection process is super annoying. Nothing happens while you’re waiting in the terminal, then they pull you aside from group 2 as you board and before you know it you’re boarding back in group 5. If security used the time wisely, they could check 10x more people and not screw up the boarding process.

Pros: Not much - inflated BA fare for mediocre offering; definitely not business class when compared to proper premium airlines.

Cons: When I got to dallas there was no one there with a wheel chair to help me get to my next flight. Asked the counter person for information and she almost could not be bothered. After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions.

Cons: That the flight was delayed for 2 hours, information was inaccurate/missing, they knew we'd miss our connections but did nothing except, "they'll deal with it in San Francisco" and when we landed there was no one in sight to help us--no escorts/expedite to gates, no one to tell us where to get rebooked, and after going back and forth between terminals, waited in line an hour to get rebooked on a series of flights that would get me in 22hrs later after my original flight.

Cons: AMERICAN IS THE WORST. Never flying with them again. My flight was cancelled, &they would NOT rebook me until 2 days later. REFUSED to compensate for the hotel I booked for the night. Held my baggage hostage & would not return it for a whole day. And their customer service is non-existent.

Pros: While the incoming flight arrived late causing us to board late, the flight still landed almost 2o minutes early. The staff was very friendly as well.

Cons: Plane was old and dirty, seat pocket had junk in it. Seat was broken and couldn’t stay up. In flight movies were from few years back with a center tv and no head rest screen. Crew on overseas flights tend to be older in age and less tolerant..much better on continental on the same route.

Cons: I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again.

Pros: The boarding process was easy because it was such a small plane and it was not full.

Pros: We were notified of the pending delay in our flight from Athens to Philly very promptly on the morning of the 10th. We immediately called and spoke to a British Airways agent and also a supervisor who was understanding and kind enough to accommodate us by reserving seats on a later connecting flight with American Airlines from Philly to Phoenix. We did not receive a confirming email and ended up calling back. We were then told that Vouchers will be waiting for us at the Philadelphia airport with our names.
Cons: When we checked in at Athens airport there was no information available for our connecting flight in Philadelphia. The AA counter was chaotic, the agents were rude and had changed our seats to 2 separate areas. When we arrived in Philadelphia there were no vouchers waiting for us. The only thing that the agent could find were seat assignments . We stood in line over an hour waiting for her to figure out what had happened and almost missed our connecting flight . Even though my daughter was in a wheelchair with a brace on her leg and in pain, the agent at the counter was not very empathetic at all. The agent also kept saying that this was not correct somebody made a mistake to tell us we were booked and that person will get in trouble. Eventually she spoke with the supervisor and gave us 2 boarding passes.

Cons: The aircraft was extremely too hot

Pros: It was a small plane so I didn't expect much. The attendants were a little disconnected for it being a three hour flight.

Cons: I wasn't able to fly Alaska Airlines due to storm in Washington DC. My first flight American Airlines from Charlotte to Washington DC was cancelled. The second flight Alaska Airlines from Washington DC to Portland was delayed, but I never flew. I got a direct flight from American Airlines from Charlotte to Portland instead.

Cons: 35 minutes off schedule

Pros: Everything went more smoothly this time than on our way to Phoenix. Even though the airport was quite crowded they had enough staff to get us through baggage check fairly quickly. They flight was smooth.
Cons: No problems on this leg of the trip.

Pros: The entertainment was free on our flight and that was very nice. Watch a lot of movies iv been wanting to watch. Pilots flew the plane very well.

Cons: Plane was delayed due to a mechanical in Charlotte (Old USAir Airbus) then ground stop due to weather after it finally got to Baltimore. Loaded us up and then deplaned us. They brought out water and sodas while we waited. Then reboarded and got into Charlotte about three hours late. Lots of very unhappy people. They passed out 800 numbers to rebook. A lot of people missed connections.

Cons: Sat on the ground for an hour.

Cons: They wouldn't allow me to check my bag at the main gate so I had to go through security and check it at the boarding gate. Souvenirs were confiscated because the bag couldn't be check sooner. Then they tagged my bag with the wrong name and destination. It was 48 hours later before I got my bag.

Pros: The crew at the airport and on the plane were excellent. We were on a family holiday with young ones and the crew really took care of our needs. They were extremely courteous and attentive.
Cons: The inflight entertainment options could be more current. We found the options limited... it was a good thing that the flight was short.

Cons: The flight we moved into got delayed after boarding. My wife watched an entire movie before takeoff. This all after having our flight cancelled the night before. I understand delays from weather but I felt air Canada’s communication was kacking

Cons: Did not know you should pre book food. They ran out. Very frustrating. Said they had breakfast food and snacks. All that was left by the time they got to our seats were chips and nuts. And they didn’t seem to care. Entertainment worked better on way back. Could not get it going on way there, even with crew assistance. Line ups for check in in San Jose were crazy. Over 40 minutes.

Wild goose chase sent us on a one hour, $26 train ride to Milan central station where we learned the train air canada told us to take didn't exist. Suddenly forced to take a 2.5 hr, $500 cab ride to Venice.

Pros: It is one step back from Air Canada Rouge but it is the best airline flying to LA
Cons: I missed the blankets and pillows

Cons: Several hours late due to repairs, despite the plane originating from Air Canada's hub. Seems they should have had a spare available to not delay us the several hours that they did. As I live 2 hours from the airport, it was not until I got there to check in that I was aware of the delay.

Pros: The flight was quick. Great crew.
Cons: My flight out of CLT was delayed but I was still able to catch my connection in Toronto so it all worked out.

Cons: We got held up in Calgary due to the fact they lost everyone's checked bags then we finally got to LA they still had lost them. They told us they would have the bags to us in a matter of hours but it took 3 days.

Cons: Cold air blowing on our seats that apparently could not be turned off - we asked twice. Very crowded in terminal with several flights boarding at same time, didnt know when we were being called up and didnt know which line to be in- very confusing

Cons: There was no entertainment, flight was delayed, in the back row so couldn't recline seat, sat right next to bathroom, and the only attendant was busy all it took a long time to get her attention.

Cons: No leg room, narrow seats and no individual air control's. It was a surprise when they came around and offered movie rentals which they didn't do on the flight over from Toronto to Barcelona. If we fly with Air Canada another time we'll check first to make sure it isn't Air Canada Rouge before we book.

Pros: I had an open seat next to me; the flight wasn't full, so I was able to stretch out more comfortably. The crew was very nice, too.
Cons: I didn't realize I needed the app to access entertainment, and I had no way to download it when I got to the plane. I saw that a leg of my journey was on Rouge, and assumed it would be a shorter leg, not the longest. It was disappointing.

Pros: It was not a full flight, and I was able to get up and move to an empty row and stretch out. The crew on this trip were AWESOME!!!!! All very nice and helpful.

Cons: Flight was delayed. Was supposed to leave 5:15 pm but did leave until 9:30 pm. They could have given us a more accurate time so we could have not gone to the airport so early instead of saying 45 minute delay and then 1 hour and then constantly delaying it to 4 hours. Nothing was offered in compensation.

Pros: The flight attendants were GREAT. The seats are crammed so close together that I had trouble getting my under the seat suitcase wedged in. On other airlines, the suitcase fits very nicely underneath the seat, allowing me to rest my feet on the suitcase. I am on the short side, so having the suitcase to rest my feet really helps. On the flight to Toronto, my daughter had to do it for me. On the return flight, the sweet flight attendant put the bag in and took it out for me. I really appreciated that
Cons: I know that all airlines have reduced the seat size and spacing. But it seems like Air Canada is worse than most.

Pros: organized boarding; timely departure and landing; baggage swifly appeared at carosel; younger members of the crew were great
Cons: Most senor member of the crew on the flight [female/blond] was flat out rude and clearly should not be interfacing with clients on flights.

Cons: On the way back from Quebec City to Montreal we were asked to check our carry-ons as luggage, because "there is no room' on the plane. It was an empty flight. ALL overhead compartments were empty. Both flights - Quebec to Montreal and Montreal San Francisco were late. As the result, we have to spend 1.5 hours in the baggage claim area, because "there are no baggage agents in SFO available". THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON WE ONLY HAD CARRY-ONS! By far, one of the worst flight experience in the last 10 year.

Cons: No entertainment system. Seriously? No TVs for an international flight?? They should at least tell you that in advance so you can download movies and bring your chargers. We didn't get drink service until about 2 hours into the flight. Terrible. Food was boring and bad. Finally- we had to pay for wine and beer. On a $1000 flight? I have traveled internationally at least 15 times and this was by far the worst flight yet.

Pros: The service was excellent. Our flight into Calgary was delayed due to bad weather in Newark so we missed our connecting flight. Because of this, the airline payed for our hotel room and for a portion of our meals. Everyone was so helpful and kind when it came to answering our questions and helping us make our experience an easier one.

Pros: Departure was on time. Flight was fine on 777 aircraft.
Cons: Food was OK but they came through with food and drinks too often to get any sleep on a long flight.

Pros: First flight I've taken in a long time where there were any empty seats. The Manchester to Toronto leg was on time and there were no hassles or problems. The crew did a good job on the meal service and were attentive for drink service throughout.

Cons: 11:45pm flight delayed by over two hours! Boarding was unorthodox and time consuming given the arrival of the delayed flight. Due to the delayed arrival of the aircraft at Los Angeles, the gate assignment was given to another aircraft and we had to board a bus and be ferried to a remote field at LAX that was literally 15 minutes a way by bus in order to board the flight to Toronto. The boarding process was incredibly time consuming and inconvenient. Flight ended up departing Los Angeles at 2:15am.

Cons: No on board entertainment. Even with the Air Canada app for the phone, the choices were so little. Very long flight without any movies to watch. Will not book with them again.

Cons: My sister is still stuck in Paris after she was rerouted there from Toronto to catch a Royal Air Maroc flight. The air canada office closed and the phone line people have failed to ensure that her ticket was paid for so she's been stuck for two days in Paris and traveling a total of three days!!
