Pros: Gate for flight to Paris from Chicago was changed at least 4 times. At the gate boarding was supposed to start at 10:15. Kept getting delayed until 11pm and then it finally got cancelled. Noone directed us on what to do. It is 20hours later and I still haven't made it 6to my destination.

Cons: My luggage is lost and none of the American Airlines have been able to locate it. I will never fly with American Airlines again.

Cons: The area I sat in smelled of vomit upon boarding. In addition sat next to a child that pooped himself about 15 minutes after takeoff and his parents neglected to change him for the remainder of the flight. One of the adult beverages that I attempted to order was in the menu, but no longer carried.

Cons: A pilot on the flight dropped a steel heavy thermos on my head from an overhead bin giving me a big bruise , bump and I bled . It throbbed all throughout the flight , gave me a bad headache the rest of the day and I still have a headache today ( the day after flying ) and am taking the day off

Pros: The seats although a bit austere and non-reclining, are actually rathersurprisingly comfortable.

Cons: The baggage charges are annoying. It would be nice to get a free coffee or soft drink, but at least we are allowed water free of charge!

Cons: I got there on time to board, but my mobile boarding pass will not scan. At which point I was asked to go back to the check in counter to have another one printed. Ended up missing the flight because of that. No refunds whatsoever. Apparently the boarding pass issue is common with Aeromexico at ORD

Cons: There was barely any room on my seat and in front. It was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve flown on a fair bit of airlines from 3rd world countries.

Pros: The turkey sandwich was okay.

Cons: I was seated next to an extremely large man. I possessed only half of my seat for the duration of the six hour flight. I asked a flight attendant to move me but she said the flight was full. There should be a protocol for passengers over 300 lbs.

Cons: Everybody boarded at the same time, it wasn’t by zones. Some sort of entertainment would’ve been nice.

Cons: Due to a computer auto correct mistake, I had to buy another ticket because Aeromexico would not change the name on the original ticket....3 tickets for 2 people. They did however move us up to first class for the long flight which was appreciated.

Cons: Telling the truth and giving the correct information! The computer did not give us updated information! If I can help it I won’t fly Aeromexico ever again.

Pros: We were given 100 different excuses for our overnight delay and processing all the passengers took much too long.

Cons: Tell the truth and be prepared to resolve it quickly. We waited on the plane for more than an hour and then again in the airport to get our new tickets and vouchers that no restaurant would accept.

Pros: The flight left right on time and even arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled to Vancouver. Crew were all friendly.

Cons: Entertainment system stopped working 1/3 of the way into the 4 hr flight. Gate personnel at LAX were not ready for our arrival and it took an exceedingly long time to deplane. Initial beverage service was slow - didn't begin until 30-40 minutes after take off
