1 person checking us as we boarded, left gate on time, 12.30 we are told we were held for 15 mins as other flights were waiting to take off, captain due to rain … they were having a longer gap between take offs , 3pm we took off , they went land route via New Orleans in to Florida landed at 5.45pm offered coffee and a biscuit

There was no internet on the flight. As an executive flying during prime business hours, having internet is critical for a smooth experience. This impacted productivity and time that will need to be spent later to do the work I could have done on flight.

Terrible boarding - 4 flights boarded from the same gate. Chaos there; long ramps to the plane.

Fine except from Chicago to moline three different gate changes and flight times

The food could have been better and the entertainment could have better movies or streaming.

Connection times always good online, but not in reality when first leg is delayed (2 out of 2 times this trip).

Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.

My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation

My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. The flight was delayed several times as they didn't have pilots. Then we were boarded on the plane and again waited on the tarmac for over 30-40 minutes waiting for pilots to board. The in flight entertainment was confusing at best on how to use it. It took multiple attempts to get wifi to connect and by the time it worked the flight was almost over.

The flight was delayed and gate changed so that was not fun and the flight to Dallas from LAX was very delayed on Sunday. It was just not a great experience due to the delays both ways.

Fine. No announcement for Concierge Key to board. Not a big issue just pointing it out.

Totally uninformed of the situation. Not yet sure about compensation. Highly disappointed.

Horrible. Their delay cause me to miss my connection, the the flight they rebooked was delayed over an hour because they over booked the crew. They also left my suitcase out in the rain for hours ruining items I had in the suitcase and blew off my complaint.. worst experience ever.

Nothing available at the assigned hotel as far as brush, toothbrush, etc after forced layover with bags that departed

I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.

Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
