Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
I was very surprised that a meal was given on such a relatively short flight. the meal was FANTASTIC. The crew were also very attentive to our specific needs and we would be happy to fly and recommend your airline to our friends.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.

I’d have rated Asiana good except an unfortunate incident in which I felt one of your employee didn’t really help us. During the first leg of the trip, the flight from LAX to ICN, I left my backpack on the plane. When I realized, I reported to one of your employee who promised me that it’d be taken care of, that my backpack will be there at HCM city. When we arrived there, HCM people had no idea and my backpack was still at Incheon airport who denied any knowledge whatsoever. I was left in the cold and felt helpless. I was very disappointed. I’d like someone to look into this and let me know.
It was my first time flying Asiana but i was very pleased with how professional and understanding the flight crew is with little kids. One flight attendant held my 3 year old daughter’s hand guiding her to the exit after landing while i had my hands full with luggage and my infant. She was very helpful.

I was very upset with Underpricer, Cathay Pacific and Kayak! After spending numerous hours on phone and texting on WhatsApp to get seating secured for myself and my Sister only to find out hours before my flight that our seats had been canceled and we wound up in the last row in back of the plane adjacent to toilet! Airline claims travel agent canceled out seats!?!? Out tickets were purchased in April.
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
I am Vegetarian also has Gluten free food. However they gave me chicken and fish which is gluten free, but i am a vegetrain and i requested crew Hindu meal vegetarian, they said they will come back. .but they never showed up even i asked 2nd time. They could have compensate. I also request airline industry to have another option Gluten Free for Vegetarin people as well. Because Vegetarin people will have gluen issue...

Bathroom was not cleaned as often as other airlines does. It was gross for a less than full flight capacity.
Rarely saw a flight attendant. Never received what I wanted from drink service. Twice I was told they would return with my order. I never saw the flight attendant again. I has requested a Moslem meal. I did not receive. It
Cathay Pacific handle my plane delay very well. I will book with Cathay Pacific again in the future trips.

I booked this through Travelgenio and requested a cancellation due to COVID related impact. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and they informed me after the flight had departed that they could not cancel my ticket. Worst experience, will never use them again. Strongly reconsidering using Kayak in future given how poor the travelgenio experience has been.
Broken business class seat which could not convert into a bed and had to switch to a narrower aisle seat to sleep
The flight was delayed. The staff made us wait in the room that is too small and it was crowded and with no seats available for waiting. They did not tell us why the delay occurred.
I was traveling alone with an infant, so the crew was incredibly helpful. Both the international and subsequent domestic flights were impeccable.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours, although to their credit they delayed my connecting flight so people could reach it. Also their site is a nightmare to navigate on a phone. Everything else was good.

Excellent! I had read some negative reviews but I found out that it was not all was not true! The staff was courteous and helpful. The flight take off and landing was nice & easy. The food was good! I asked for a second and I got it easily and without an attitude! All was wonderful!

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

3 hours delay ,we changed plane after boarding and waiting inside
I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT

It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip
I paid an additional fee for specific seats because I was flying with my two children. I even checked in online and confirmed my seats, so at the airport did not think to double check my seats. The lady at the check in desk gave me different seats that were not together, nor did she say anything, even though she could see I was flying with children. Got to the plane and only realized what had happened then. Scoot refused to refund me that extra fee or take responsibility for what had happened.
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
