Nothing

Airline called for boarding by zones but ignored this. Website difficult to find how to book business class. Generally in attentive boarding crew

Cons: "Online check-in process. Boarding pass not available to be added to wallet. Unable to view; had to have the boarding pass emailed to me. No option to set up SMS tracking foe flight status."
Pros: "I liked nothing, and am sorry for the time i waist it with Alitalia. Especially after not letting me use the lounge even thought I am an elite plus with skyteam and Alitalia is one of the alliance member."
Cons: "Applying the rules and respect my skyteam elite plus membership."
Cons: "changed 2 times the departure time and I lost my train to Rapallo, having to sleep in Genova. Had to buy other ticket to Milan and loose this ticket I had bought.,..."
Cons: "Crew didn’t show up. They later said it that they weren’t picked up. Weak excuse since they’re probably near the airport/airline could have informed us/flight could have been delayed properly. Everyone was there, plane was locked and departure delayed by some 36-40 minutes"
Cons: "Strike delay. Very poor food. Cramped chairs. I flight entertainment"
Pros: "Boarding was ok compared to other Alitalia flights"
Cons: "A snack between the meals. More food options for the second meal."
Cons: "El avión, en especial los baños, muy mal estado La tripulación con poco tacto para atender La comida en primera muy poco apetitosa"
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "they must work on quality and price"
Pros: "the flight was on time"
Cons: "for sure the seats, the screens and bathrooms. the plane was so old!"
Cons: "Snack was packaged bread stick bits. No flavor. Must take of headsets for take off and landing."
Pros: "good onboard service"
Cons: "the business class wasnt really so good to my expectation."
Cons: "We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options."
Pros: "Crew was pleasant there were many seats vacant"
Cons: "Flight boarding starte 25 minuets late"
Cons: "Boarding was late again, 25 minutes this time Seats are Too Tight"
Cons: "Alitalia and SkyTeam still can't figure out how to check luggage through on separately ticketed flights, even if both flights are the same airline."
Cons: "horrible seat ergonomic"
Pros: "legroom, service, boarding, meals"
Pros: "Everything was great except that our srtoller was nos given back in our stop in Rome and we needed it badly."
Cons: "Everything was great except that our srtoller was nos given back in our stop in Rome and we needed it badly."
Pros: "Plane was new"
Cons: "Plane was late"
Pros: "Crew was ok.."
Cons: "Legroom inside the aircraft is too small. Salted and sweet snack options including cookies. This is on a two hour flight. Very uncomfortable journey"
Pros: "We arrived in Dusseldorf, there was a wheelchair waiting thanks to AirBerlin, and the rest of the trip was excellent."
Cons: "Check in was chaos. A different Alitalia flight had been cancelled so there were mobs at the check in at 4 a.m. waiting for the Alitalia personnel to appear--AirBerlin was open and staffed, but Alitalia was at least 1/2 hour late and all check in had to take place in person at the counter and no counter was specified for our flight. I had requested wheelchair assistance (I'm 80 years old with back problems), but there was none available."
Pros: "There were lots of entertainment options"
Cons: "Had my call button on for an hour to get some water to take an aspirin and no one ever came."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "No free food, even drinks need to be paid."
Pros: "Really comfy headrests and blankets. Easiest plane I've slept on by far."
Cons: "Headset wasn't working so I could watch tv or listen to music."
Pros: "Almost nothing"
Cons: "- Rude crew - Uncomfortable seats - Broken seats - Missed our order for Vegan meals"
Pros: "Almost nothing"
Cons: "- Rude crew - Uncomfortable seats - Broken seats - Missed our order for Vegan meals"
Pros: "Flight was quiet and smooth"
Cons: "Food was substandard Leg space very crummy"
Pros: "Wine was offered complimentary to the meal"
Cons: "Boarding process was a mess, flight was late due to the confusion. Crew took forever to collect trash after the in flight meal was over."
Pros: "Not much, but food was decent."
Cons: "Oldest plane I've seen in recent years, crew barely acknowledged our presence (talked to each other the whole time), no working air conditioning, and big metal boxes in front of the window seats that take up all of the leg room (yes these seats aren't cheaper."
Cons: "They forgot my luggage but knew exactly where it was was and got it to me the next evening."
Pros: "Nothing Flight was 40 minutes late, terrible communication at the airport."
Cons: "There is probably more legroom and better service on RyanAir."
Pros: "Crew was nice and seat comfy"
Cons: "They should upgrade their intartainment system"
Pros: "Check in easy."
Cons: "Two hour weather delay Impossible European connection (which I somehow made) No luggage (it didn't make connection)"
Cons: "Missed a day of work"
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and didnt get information from the hungarian ground staff about the reason. They just changed it for Austrian Airlines but I don't like Austrian Airlines and i had also an Insurance for this ticket. After a long conversation I could fly by Lufthansa with stopover in Frankfurt."
Cons: "f"
Pros: "Check-in was great both coming and going."
Cons: "Food was easily the worst I've ever had. Staff were courteous but not friendly on board. Boarding in Rome was a free for all. Seats were extremely cramped. Bathrooms were not kept clean. The coup de grace, probably not Alitalia's fault, but JFK"s , we sat on the terminal after we landed for 45 minutes waiting for a place to park the plane."
Pros: "Crew very nice on Air Berlin"
Cons: "Long layover in Rome."
Pros: "I liked receiving my luggage 2 days after I got to Rome suitcases were lost by air Berlin last time I'll ever fly air Berlin the seats are crammed horrible horrible experience never again"
Pros: "Did not misplace my suitcase as they did on my October 28,2016 going to Rome. That was very stressful!"
Cons: "Alitalia customer service not answering and updating information on misplaced luggage. They acknowledged the mail...that's about it!"
Cons: "The boarding was chaos in both Munich and Rome. Apparently Al Italia had instituted a new computer system and the workers did not know how to use it. I spent hours on line getting a boarding pass in Munich, and then again another in Rome (in Munich no one was given boarding passes for connecting flights). I spend hours again in lines to get a boarding pass for a flight to Palermo, missing my connection and only getting a much later flight to Palermo. It was utter confusion. Shame on Al Italia."
Pros: "Can't think of anything."
Cons: "The seats were the most uncomfortable my husband and I have ever experienced. The huge headrest forced us to sit bent in a C shape with our heads bent down, no way to sit normally and relax. It was pretty close to torture for a long flight. I just wanted to rip the thing off the back of the seat. I will never fly on a B777 again if I can help it. Its particularly rich when the captain comes on the address system and tells us to sit back and ENJOY the flight. Additionally, boarding started a full hour before scheduled departure, then the flight was delayed an additional 45 minutes while they waited for somebody's luggage. If you boarded early, you got to enjoy sitting there nearly 10 hours for an 8 hour flight."
Cons: "No in-flight entertainment (not even radio). Seat headrests not adjustable, so bad luck if you are tall. Food was the smallest pastry I think I've ever seen. Tray table was dirty when I folded it down."
Cons: "The flight crew was very rude, never answered call bells, were drinking and socializing in the back of the plane. Worst airline I've flown by far and I'm an avid traveler."
Pros: "Left on time with no delays."
Cons: "Delayed in airplane upon landing in Rome. Barely enough time for connecting flight."
Cons: "The hold over from Rome to Athens was too long! Wish I had taken more time in booking the flight."
