Cons: "AA screwed up reservations by rescheduling flights by 3 hours earlier (done not once but two times) causing 6 hour layover. This plus an additional 2:38 delay on next flight made the journey horrible. Will never book an AA/BA flight again for intrnational travel."

Pros: "All crew very friendly & helpful. Went out of their way to help elderly gentleman traveling alone"

Pros: "The flight was on time, cabin crew looked nice and professional, AA stuff at the airport of departure was very helpful with complicated check-in procedure."
Cons: "It was a short flight (less than an hour) and only complimentary drinks were offered, no little snacks (like pretzels, peanuts or cookies)."

Cons: "More than 24 passengers on the flight from LAX to Chicago lost their connection to Venice After we landed in Chicago with 2 hours delays we all run to catch our flight to Venice and we got there 5 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave but was still there instead but we were denied access and send back to customer service"

Cons: "If we did not arrive at the airport 3hours ahead, and get on an earlier flight we would have missed our connecting flight to England. Do Not book such shoes time between flights because often they are delayed."

Cons: "3 hours late leaving Dublin, with poor communicstion on the monitors as to gate info. not to mention the lateness."

Cons: "Flight crew was an hour late to the flight, whereas customers were waiting for far longer than that."

Cons: "3 boarding doors less than 50 feet apart with departures leaving within 15 min of each other created a difficult to penetrate gaggle."

Pros: "There is not much to like when you over charge for seats and have staff who don’t accomodate for family to sit together or someone with a disability who needs to use the restroom often to sit on an aisle seat."
Cons: "Staff has horrible attitude. Price for seats and luggage is ridiculous."

Cons: "Chicago airport is a mess. It took us about 3 hours from exiting international terminal to domestic We managed to board a flight just before the gate close. Literally running in the airport. I believe there are people who missed the flight"

Cons: "They moved our flight around multiple times. We first had a layover in Chicago then through multiple emails and one phone call they just flew us straight to London with no layover. It all worked out it was just stressful not knowing exactly when we were flying out and if we were going to make our connecting flights. It did work out and we did make it."

Cons: "The planes are too cramped, costs are too high, staff just love pointing out a carry on isn't a carry on even though it's sold as one and fits in every other airline's definition of one. Boarding process is ridiculous."

Cons: "charged a surprise of $175 for my third bag although Kayak mentioned i should be charged $75 at the time of booking. AA says it is due to Jordanyan Airlines, why was I surprised by this extra charge?!"

Cons: "Our bags were lost going to Rome for a wedding and our cloths were in the bags for the brides father and sister bridesmade. No updates and the have my phone number and email address. You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!"

Cons: "Although an email was received 3 hours before departure that everything was on schedule, we were told when checking in our whole itinerary had been changed to leave the next day. We had not been contacted and we missed our daughter’s professional basketball game in France. This was the reason we bought the tickets from Kayak to begin with. The cancellations were happening with British Airlines and they were not working with American Airlines to help us out to get to the game on time."

Cons: "A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Pros: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."

Pros: "The crew was very helpful at each stop even though they weren't responsible for the disasters."
Cons: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours and after seated in the AA plane for 2 hours, the flight was canceled because without pilot?! Changed to a UA plane but after seated in the UA plane 1 hour, the plane needed to be maintenanced. Had been changed to another UA plane. After three times into three planes, arrived Chicago at 3:30am without the checked baggage."

Cons: "Good flight experience, but the front desk in Mexico they are really mean. I request to talk with the manager to give me solutions but the manager was the worst. The manager show lack of experience and he was unable to give me solutions. He give me more problems than good news."

Cons: "When I arrived at CMI no ticket was issued for my second leg, so I could not use the internal transit bus to at Terminal 5 at ORD ("for ticketed passengers only). I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"
