Cons: "Airlines that actually fly. We ended up renting a car and driving the 3.5 hours from Charlotte to Savannah and actually beat the flight that finally left after 11 pm and landed 1 am. We should have gotten the car much sooner and driven instead of sitting at the airport for 8 hours."
Cons: "My seat did not go back, no entertainment screen in seat, was not allowed to bring on carry on bag because there was “no room”. However, there was plenty of over head spots available. Was overall not happy with Americans Airlines."

Pros: "The crew was very attentive. The seat (as I am sure you know) is not 100% comfortable. One of those little pillows that some airlines provide would have been appreciated as I need a bit more back support."

Cons: "I had a training that I was leading in Indianapolis and in Charlotte we had no pilot so we waited which made us late Then finally a pilot showed up and the we boarded fast but then we all sat on the plane for another 30 minutes which made me super late for my training"

Cons: "The carrier was supposed to be Alaska it turned out to be American Airlines and with that comes the confusion checking in with the wrong confirmation number. On a separate note, this was a bundled itinerary and the Thrifty Car shuttle was so infrequent and slow to the terminal I nearly missed my flight... I am not sure if I would bundle my travel plans again..,,also Thrifty car rental was short on cars in Liz Angeles on arrival"

Cons: "Paid $330.00 +/- for a one way ticket. Some how i messed up on the date and had it for 8/3/18 instead of 8/2/18. Had to pay an additional $500 + for the change. I understand that the fault didn't lie with AA, however, the rate for changing the ticket borders on the ridiculous. I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Cons: "Taxied for 45 minutes. 10 minutes to open the door. Had to walk .5 mile to get to customs. Had express pass because of connecting flight Still had to wait in line with express pass. Then had to transfer to new terminal. Trains out at ohare so buses. Waited another 30 minutes for a bus then 15 bus ride. Missed flight and had to set around for 4 hours for next. Totally unorganized. Not this way in Japan."

The flight was delayed, but the agents at the counter didn't update us regularly with announcements leaving passengers confused and concerned. When people asked what was going on, they said to wait. But for what? They still never answered or announced anything. At least they gave out food, but again didn't announce to all the passengers waiting."

Pros: "There were no seats available together so we were upgraded to the extra room seats so that we could all sit together. As a mother flying by herself with 2 children, one of whom is on the Austin spectrum this gesture of being able to keep us together meant so much to all 3 of us. Thank you"

Cons: "The flight was delayed, at not fault of the crew on board, however the flight attendants did very little to update the passengers on connecting flights and did not try to help in making the connecting flight aware that some passengers would be delayed. I missed my connection by MINUTES (I saw it still taxied at the gate) and they could not hold the plane for 5 passengers connecting. Awful service and procedures."

Cons: "Delay 1st leg. Had to rebook to later flight. Later flight delayed. Then delayed again due to crew time out. Arrived 4 hours later than originally scheduled. Meaning public transportation could not be used to get into downtown final destination. Made an originally short trip even shorter."

Pros: "Brittish Airways is so professional, treats everyone as if they were in first class, served great food, and loved the open bar the whole flight!"

Cons: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."
Pros: "I'm grateful for Kayak's policy of fully refunding tickets purchased and not used within 24 hours. Were it not for Kayak, I'd be out my money for a flight I couldn't take."
Cons: "I purchased this ticket to attend my cousin's funeral. Sadly, the flight was delayed so far beyond its original departure that I missed his funeral and could not take the flight."
Cons: "I missed my flight in Atlanta heading to LA on my way to Brisbane, Australia on Saturday 16th July. The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."
