budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.

Didn't manage to get luggage on the plane to Bari. The luggage was checked in all the way to Bari.
budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!
Unfriendly staff at boarding gate. Unclear announcement at about gate change. Low cost airline with no amenities on board. Bring your own water.
Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day
…not even a power outlet. Nothing but uncomfortable seating with unhelpful staff.
Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .
Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.
Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.
No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Seats weren’t comfortable Hard to adjust and seat in front was damaged and repaired with tape minutes before we took off Repair was best the repair man could do in the 2 minutes available but it meant stowage couldn’t be used Entertainment choices could have been wider Staff were very good
They canceled my flight and made things harder but they booked us on Air France but cancelling my flight late at night uncool bro
Old plane, food not that great - lacked taste. Crew was nice but strict.
Comfortable seats and lie flat setup. Decent food. Very attentive crew.
Terrible airlines, kept lying to me about the fact that my connection flight was cancelled. Left me hanging until last min. NEVER AGAIN
Upon departing and landing, the man seating in front of me had his seat leaning back. Taking off nobody told him anything. Landing someone from the crew said something but the passenger ignored him and nobody followed up. Felt a bit unsecured. If this that is some of the basics are missed, what else was overlooked?
On time, reasonably comfortable for economy, decent food. All in all a very good experience.

great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.
