Cons: "The wifi was never turned on so we never had any entertainment available. This made the flight less enjoyable."

Pros: "comfortable first class seat"
Cons: "There was no wifi. No entertainment, no ability to work."

Cons: "Made it a smaller flight. It was a lot of people on the plane! We could not practice social distancing"

Pros: "The friendly service from everyone including desk, wheelchair service, and flight crew"
Cons: "Not much at all. Everyone took very good care of me."

Pros: "Crew was thoughtful."
Cons: "Flight departure delayed due to something about waiting for a travel log."

Pros: "The ground crew is helpful in fixing our seats. Boarding procedures are smooth and overall journey is comfortable"
Cons: "the airline can provide more options for us to selecting seat at self help counter. Provide options for food. There are 2 vegan meals out of 3"

Pros: "The 2 flight attendants who continued to work this flight were amazing. The gate agent in Phoenix was also great."
Cons: "7 hour delay initially because of a mechanical problem, but massively exacerbated by an inability to find crew. Disappointing...."

Pros: "Seat was okay. Crew was definitely amazing."
Cons: "I wish the seats were even just an inch wider and more legroom for really tall people like myself."

Pros: "as expected"

Cons: "Everything was perfect and on schedule! Thanks for the wonderful experience"

Cons: "The personal device entertainment wasn't working, which made for a long, dull flight."

Cons: "Please have better seats in normal economy that’s friendlier for people over 6’. I’m 6’4” and I’m still having body pains from being jammed into a small seat that went foward as you lean backwards. So I couldn’t be comfortable for 16 hours of flying. KLM, United, LOT all for example have much better"

Pros: "Flights are on time, and the information on the app was accurate and timely"
Cons: "Not much... it was the easiest flight I’ve taken in some time!"

Cons: "To hot in the back of the plane"

Pros: "I guess I’m happy they didn’t crash."
Cons: "Wasn’t American Airlines promoting a new plane every week? Did that fall through?"

Pros: "Lunch was GREAT- usually fly Delta but this was comparable."
Cons: "WiFi, ESPECIALLY when you pay for a first class ticket, should be free. Further, the instructions for connecting to paid WiFi are NOT printed clearly anywhere. I had to go to the internet while on the ground. There are many movie and TV show options for free on your own device, however."

Cons: "It was great, but returning home was bad"

Pros: "British Airways seats"
Cons: "If we did not arrive at the airport 3hours ahead, and get on an earlier flight we would have missed our connecting flight to England. Do Not book such shoes time between flights because often they are delayed."

Cons: "No internet on plane"

Pros: "Great seats in first class"
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "The have the lotus cookies which is my favorite ."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "No food and no entertainment"

Pros: "Crew made a special effort to find me a nondairy meal (which I had neglected to request)."
Cons: "Web page dysfunction meant we couldn't sign up for wifi. The page asked me to set security questions but the pulldown for the questions had no options to select from. I tried on multiple devices/browsers."

Pros: "Journey on time, crew friendly and helpful"
Cons: "Cramped seat, only 1 toilet"

Cons: "Space!!!!"

Pros: "Crew members were very humane and supportive."
Cons: "We flew a transatlantic flight during storm Grayson in a 757. Not only it was irresponsable, but dangerous. Communications from the cockpit was poor."

Cons: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Pros: "On-time departure and arrival; room to stow carry-on's; able to move to vacant row to give both the other guy in my row and me some extra leg room."
Cons: "If the exit row seats are completely vacant, ask the flight attendant EARLY in the boarding process if you can move into them. I asked a good 10 min. prior to departure from the gate and was told I couldn't do it then. The FA let me move after takeoff and the obligatory "You're in exit row seating ..." briefing."

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Great crew and on time"
Cons: "Arrival G14; Departure H18 with only 35 minute layover, a really loooong walk at speed. Need tunnel from G to H or moving walkways or a "train.""

Pros: "You at least have the one main screen to watch that everyone watches."
Cons: "Unlike most of to other flights, there is virtually no selection to choose from. It is extremely surprising that for a 7 hour trip there is no airborne gogoinflight option to at least watch videos on your own device."

Pros: "Nice aircraft,"
Cons: "let down by unattentive staff and felt more like a budget airline with the fact that you have to pay for meals"

Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "1 hour delay turned into a 3 hour delay. We waited at the airport for more than 4 hours and could've used that time to explore Chicago instead of rushing to the airport only to board, de-plane, and then board again. No vegetarian options were given for food."

Pros: "Flight from CLT to CDG was excellent surprising amount of room in economy, modern plane with usb power and good IFE. Service was excellent but plane was only half full."
Cons: "Flight from CDG to ORD was awful. Dated 767 that American Airlines should be embarrassed by. No Wifi, IFE was a few screens suspended from above, overhead compartments couldn't fit standard size roller board bag, which makes no sense."

Pros: "The plane was very nice and very comfy. Not a whole lot of leg room where I sat (economy) but it was a cheap ticket so I can't complain."
Cons: "Overbooked flight made storing carryons annoying and hard."

Cons: "AA gate attendant assigned two of us to the same seat."

Pros: "That I arrived safely"
Cons: "I did not like the departure delay from 6:05 to about 9:50. Why did have to wait so long for a pilot to come, and then further wait for a flight attendant to arrive"

Cons: "One flight attendant in my section (23H), plonked food down on the tray with a curt, "passengers-are-a-nuisance" attitude. Her male colleague, when I asked about a spoon for the tub of ice cream said "It's there. If you can find it, you can eat it." I am a 71 yr old woman, and was shocked to be spoken to with such impertinence. Had I not already been travelling for16 hrs, having started the day in the Occupied Territories, I would have reported him to the senior person on board. I was just too tired."

Pros: "Slick boarding"
Cons: "No movies on way out."

Pros: "The extra leg room, giving everyone a free movie screen. Over all experience was better than any other airline I have experienced."

Cons: "Iwould like my money back notting i bever made it home"

Cons: "Had to be rebooked due to safety issue on my departing flight and lost my connection in Washington DC. Hours of sitting."

Cons: "I was going to miss my flight and so I called the AA and they would not credit, reschedule or do anything for me. I had to just waste the money as the change fee would be just as much as buying a new ticket. Teaches me a lesson for every straying away from Southwest."

Pros: "Everything was fine for the short flight. Plane left in time schedule. The crew was friendly."
Cons: "Storage on backrest are smaller than other flights. My iPad didn't fit. Appropriate size from phone up to a kindle size tablet."

Pros: "prop plane small, noise, shaky no problem. Great connection, plane was not full."

Pros: "The flight was delayed. I did make my connection"

Pros: "nothing. horrible flight."
Cons: "Aweful experience. I waited for hours in the airport because there was no plane available. thank you for wasting my time. No food served on my first class flight. All airport restaurants closed down so no food available and yet American airlines left me stranded and hungry."

Cons: "I purchased a round trip ticket to Miami for my infant son and I to accompany my wife on her business trip. First off, there was a 2.5 hour delay. The flight was overbooked. The lady at the ticket counter would not switch my seat to be seated next to my wife and 4 month old infant. Luckily the gentleman beside her was willing to switch seats so that she could comfortably breast feed our son. My checked luggage was severely damaged. The side of the luggage was caved in and one wheel was completely ripped off while the other was partially damaged. A cart had to be rented in order to transport the broken suitcase through the airport to the rental car service area where we picked up our car. The infant car seat belonging to a $180 traveling system was damaged and is missing pieces that secure the broken canopy. We were rudely advised by a staff member to file a report as she pointed in the general directional of a line a mile long. We have been advised by the manufacturing company to discontinue the use of this car seat because it is no longer considered safe for the baby to travel in. Should we ever be involved in an accident, the car seat would likely fail to ensure the baby's safety due to the mishandling by American Airline employees. Unfortunately since the flight was ridiculously delayed and my son was ill, we were unable to file the report. My wife has since contacted American Airlines via telephone and intends to write them a formal written complaint."

Pros: "generally on time"
