This has happened 3 out of the last 4 flights we booked with JetBlue. Thankfully, they didn't switch the equipment and our flight departed with a minor delay. We've learned not to fly JetBlue if we have a connection or really need to be somewhere at the time advertised."

Since you charge people extra to check luggage (how carrying luggage on a flight is considered "extra" is beyond me), you should provide enough space for them to bring carry ons. That adds to the stress of flying. It's almost as if you created a focus group, asked them how to make flying more stressful and miserable, and then did that."

Pros: "The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy."

Will not be flying with United out of Newark NJ again. If it weren't for the friendly passenger in line who let us move ahead we would have missed the flight. Just made it before the gate to the aircraft closed."

I dread flying into Syracuse. They are never on time meeting flights. Baggage claim takes ages. Checking in is a nightmare if you need something other than checking in."
